L'hotel è stato aperto non molto tempo fa. Le camere sono grandi e molto pulite. Tuttavia, il resort è così grande che ti perderai comunque dopo aver soggiornato per due notti. Si consiglia di mettere più segnaletica per indicare la strada.

La posizione è relativamente remota e il servizio deve essere migliorato. Ambiente confortevole e spazioso Ci sono molte opzioni per la colazione ma il gusto potrebbe non essere adatto a tutti L'insonorizzazione della stanza non è molto buona, sento spesso il rumore della stanza isolata

L'hotel è nuovissimo, quindi molte strutture non sono ancora aperte. Anche l'ambiente circostante è nella media

Amazing hotel and fantastic service would highly recommend

It was an amazing experience at Meru Sanur. Our stay was exceptional! The stunning pool, luxurious suite, and top-notch facilities made for a perfect getaway. Special thanks to Ade, Fal and Asri for their outstanding hospitality and care. While the food at the restaurant could be improved, everything else exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Exceptional! Totally agree with the other positive reviews. The only thing to add is that as of August 2024 they are still finishing the Meru, so not everything is completed, but everything that matters is open (gym, pool, restaurant opposite the beach) so there’s no problem. Also no noise or disruption experienced. The Bali Beach hotel (big white building) is next door and that is undergoing a major renovation but again it didn’t affect us as they have done everything possible to hide the renovation process. The Meru is an extension of that hotel, but it is brand new. I found that a little confusing when I was deciding where to book because people have posted pictures for both hotels that confuse them. The Meru is a big wood and stone complex and the beach pool is directly in front.

Is a big & new resorts in Sanur area. Room is big and new. Everything is perfect. Breakfast also many choices. We really like it and definitely be back if we visit Bali again.

Отель превзошел все наши ожидания! Мы проводили наш медовый месяц на Бали и останавливались в 5 отелях, с уверенностью могу сказать, что Meru был самым стильным из них! Очень приятно, что сотрудники отеля так подготовились к нашему приезду и настолько постарались, чтобы поздравить нас с медовым месяцем: расписали поздравлениями зеркало, сложили милую фигурку из полотенец, наполнили ванну с лепестками и подготовили для нас вкуснейшие шоколадки. Чувствовался максимальный уровень заботы. Отель совершенно новый, открылся только в этом году. Часть отзывов, которые мы читали до бронирования, были негативными из-за этого, но мы не столкнулись ни с чем, что могло омрачить наше пребывание: номера огромные и стильно оформлены, бассейн большой и идеально чистый, лежаков свободных было предостаточно, завтрак очень вкусный) Даже пожалели, что забронировали так мало дней в этом отеле и хотели перенести бронирование следующего, но к сожалению, уже была недоступна отмена. Обязательно вернемся в следующий раз и останемся подольше!

We chose Bali Beach Hotel because of their excellent rating and reviews. We cannot agree more! During our stay from 7 to 10 Mar 2025, we were touched by the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. Check in and check out was a breeze, and reception staff were always ready to attend to you. Thank you for the exceptional service from Rio who arranged an unforgettable full day tour for us to Nusa Penida for a land tour and snorkelling experience with Ray Fish fast cruises and Sparrow snorkelling, where we were ensured a smooth journey from hotel door stop right back to the hotel. And not to forget the packed breakfast for us, and sending us photos of the entire trip thereafter taken by the driver/ guide. We really appreciate it! The dining experience at the hotel was also good. Of notable mention is the restaurant Roso specialising in Indonesian cuisine. We could feel the detail that went into the preparation and presentation of the food which was definitely “sedap”! Thank you to staff Aya and chef who came to explain the dishes and condiments and made sure all was well! If you are planning to visit Sanur, this is highly recommended for a relaxing and pampering retreat. Though there are plenty of accommodation along the beachfront, do consider Bali Beach Hotel if you are looking for a modern (infused with Balinese elements), newly renovated, spacious, high floor room, proximity to Sanur harbour and also walkable distance to Bali icon mall! Will definitely be back if I do return to Sanur area!

We initially booked the Bali Beach Hotel which is attached. Due to works and upgrades to the facilities we were upgraded to the Meru during our stay. The rooms are spectacular, food is plenty and delicious and the massages are amazing. Communication and service from all staff was next level. Only gripe is the main pool was a bit warm. We had a package through luxury escapes, excellent value. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself

Our stay was excellent and this accommodation stands out as our favourite after trying numerous venues in Bali. It's great to see attention being given to upkeep and maintenance, as we've noticed some popular, high-end accommodations looking worn. We frequently recommend the Meru or Bali Beach Hotel - Sanur to our friends.
