I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful. After checkout, the nice lady on duty went above and beyond by assisting us in booking a Didi and even contacted the driver on our behalf to ensure everything went smoothly. This level of service made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient to nearby amenities, including shopping areas, restaurants, IFS, making it easy to explore the city. Sweet strawberries from pushcarts vendors are easy access too. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

L'atteggiamento del personale nei confronti del servizio è molto buono, educato e cortese, non posso lamentarmi, quindi gli do cinque stelle. Lo spazio nel negozio non è molto grande, ma il layout è molto concentrato e la resa dell'illuminazione è molto suggestiva. È a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, molto vicino all'hotel, e anche i servizi dell'hotel sono molto completo. Continuerò a rimanere qui la prossima volta che andrò in viaggio d'affari!

Cosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose. The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates The needs-improvement: - Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com - Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands - There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

因為帶長者出行，看圖片以為投影衹能投屏，特地打了電話詢問一下，居然可以看直播電視，入住當天，小姐姐特別熱情的幫忙拿行李，還麻溜地幫我們調好直播電視、登錄會員，對長者實在是太友好了，屏幕又大，長者看的也清楚，智能語音也非常好，睡到床上可以直接喊關燈關窗簾不用動手了，簡直棒的不得了！而且這兒環境衞生特別棒，乾乾淨淨的，住着很舒心。地理位置也很優越，出行啥的都很方便，必須給個大大的好評！
