Prima dell'epidemia, c'era una sorta di emozione, quindi tornato, c'era una sensazione familiare, la nuova stanza di decorazione sopra c'era una piccola freschezza, e la luce semplice è anche buona! Ho sentito che la finestra è stata anche cambiata in un suono isolato. L'effetto è buono. La reception è ancora familiare con un sorriso caldo, o molto soddisfacente esperienza di soggiorno. È tutto, hotel primavera!

位置很好找，駟馬橋地鐵站旁邊，E口出來就可以看到酒店的招牌，老闆大氣三個招牌很顯眼顧客也很好找，酒店風格年輕時尚，門口的這個招財貓我的小孩非常喜歡，機器人小孩也覺得很新奇，前台小姐姐還讓機器人和我家小孩互動，服務細節滿滿，我特別喜歡酒店裝修風格，智能化的更方便，主要是電熱馬桶不用冰屁股了[捂臉]。酒店還有洗衣機對我們這種出門遊玩的人太方便了，小孩吃東西容易弄臟衣服也不怕，洗完就可以烘乾，不錯不錯，我老公很喜歡酒店的健身房，每天晚上都要去跑上一小時，一體化的酒店方便便捷！前台小姐姐的服務也很好，感謝前台小姐姐無微不至的照顧，下次來到成都一定會再次選擇這家門店！

E'molto tardi per arrivare all'appartamento, ma il responsabile è ancora molto tempestivo per rispondere e guidare l'alloggio. Il servizio è molto in posizione. Le strutture di vita nella stanza sono molto complete, le funzioni sono buone e l'esperienza di soggiorno è molto comoda! L'appartamento è in una grande cassaforte. Ci sono negozi convenienti sotto. Dopo l'edificio è la strada commerciale e il centro commerciale. Sono molto convenienti per il tempo libero!La prossima volta che verrà a Chengdu, sceglierebbe qui!

La signorina e la sorella della ricetta hanno un buon servizio, perché ci sono molti vestiti da lavare. La ricetta è specialmente venuta in camera per prendere i vestiti per aiutare a pulire. 在成都酒店有很多，但在網絡上選擇了半天最後還是選擇了西環酒店，酒店的服務環境衞生都很棒，房間內的設施裝扮也很到位，酒店的位置很好
出門就可以做到公交車，不管打車還是選擇別的出行方式，入住這裏都很方便，酒店在商圈內，很多好吃的，酒店設施也很好，很值得推薦的一家酒店⋯
另外，訂房的時候看見平台上房間缺陷是沒有24小時熱水，結果問了前台的妹妹，她説搞錯了，是24小時熱水😅😅😅

Questa volta, con la famiglia, sono andati a Chengdu, e ho trovato un hotel di classe tesoro! Una volta che la macchina entra nel parcheggio, c'è un guardiano che ci dice buon saluto, e dopo averci comandato il parcheggio, ci aiuta a mandare il bagaglio alla reception. Una volta entrato nella porta della reception, ha suonato un gentile saluto e un sorriso dolce per le sorelle della reception, come il vento pulito, Lasciate che il viaggio sia un po'fuori!Ci sono anche piccole sorprese come un trucco fortunato, i bambini giocano a buon fine, polvere di ghiaccio caratteristica di Chengdu e così via! La piccola sorella Wang sulla reception ci aiuta a prendere i bagagli, a trasportarli nella stanza per tutta la strada, a presentarci le strutture dell'hotel e i luoghi e le rotte di mangiare e divertirsi intorno. La sala suona il gentil saluto della sorella Wang ogni giorno quando esce e torna all'hotel, Preoccupati di non essere stanchi e di non essere felici!La nostra famiglia si sente particolarmente felice di vivere qui. La prossima volta a Chengdu, sceglierebbe l'hotel!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di recente ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Dal momento in cui sono entrato, sono stato attratto dal leggero profumo dell'hotel. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e professionale. Non solo mi ha accolto calorosamente, ma mi ha anche illustrato in dettaglio le strutture e i servizi dell'hotel.
Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, con un arredamento moderno ma accogliente. Il letto è morbido e confortevole e mi permette di godere di un sonno di alta qualità ogni notte. Inoltre anche la dotazione della camera è molto completa, dall'aria condizionata al Wi-Fi, tutto funziona perfettamente.
Anche la colazione dell'hotel è molto ricca, con una varietà di piatti cinesi e occidentali, e il gusto è davvero delizioso. L'arredamento del ristorante è altrettanto squisito e anche l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è molto premuroso.
Anche la posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto vantaggiosa, con comodi trasporti e ricche attrazioni nelle vicinanze, che lo rendono molto adatto per viaggi d'affari o vacanze.
Nel complesso, la mia impressione di questo hotel è molto buona, sia che si tratti della qualità del servizio, dei servizi delle camere o della posizione, sono tutti di prim'ordine. Lo consiglio vivamente agli amici che necessitano di un alloggio, credo che anche voi vivrete una piacevole esperienza.

Una famiglia di tre persone ha viaggiato il primo maggio e ha prenotato in anticipo una camera con letto king-size a Chengdu. Siamo arrivati all'hotel alle tre del mattino. Il bel ragazzo alla reception è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci ha spostato in una suite gratuitamente La stanza era grande e relativamente pulita Il bagno (con spray a soffitto) era molto spazioso e aveva anche un Il soggiorno ha tende elettriche e biancheria da letto per un sonno confortevole. La posizione è molto buona. È proprio accanto all'ingresso della metropolitana quando esci dal ristorante. Prendi il numero 1 e il numero 4 per il monastero di Wenshu, i vicoli di Chengbo e Kuanzhai, che sono tutti a 1 fermata di distanza. Così conveniente.

UUtente ospite1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

UUtente ospiteI dettagli vincono, il miglior popolo che abbia mai vissuto, nessuno.Benvenuti a frutta e acqua calda, diverse attività stagionali, bambini e adulti possono godere.Senza TV, metteranno un vecchio libro sul letto, senza tracce deliberate, le persone possono davvero stare tranquille. Il personale deve scrivere molte cose a mano, accogliere le carte, i suggerimenti caldi in ogni scatola, le lettere di benvenuto al colazione, onestà piena.Si presta anche attenzione alla protezione ambientale, portaci a guardare i fiacchi, sottolineare di non portareli, il loro ciclo di vita è molto breve e lo vediamo. Non posso scegliere una popolazione che è un po'di problemi.

La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

MMoments of travelingUn po' datato, ma nel complesso è comunque un buon hotel in cui soggiornare. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non a pochi passi dalle vie dello shopping, è necessario didi. La colazione è buona. C'è molto cibo nelle strade dietro l'hotel. Questo è un punto a favore. La lobby è al 33° piano e per raggiungere le vostre camere dovrete prendere 2 ascensori... 😂 nel complesso è comunque stata un'esperienza positiva.

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

UUtente ospiteUn hotel molto pulito e con un buon servizio, tutto il personale dell'hotel è super cordiale. Sentiti benvenuto qui, la posizione è fantastica, proprio vicino alla zona commerciale. Cammina dritto per 10 minuti e poi puoi vedere il famoso panda IFS, super comodo. Anche se si trova in città, non si sente alcun suono! Anche il letto è super comodo. A proposito, ci hanno persino dato la fascia per capelli con il panda super carina il giorno della partenza.

CCatherine HumeLe ragazze di ricezione sono molto gentili, amichevole e utile. La stanza è pulita e grande, il letto è molto comodo. Il colazione cinese stile è una dieta libera ed equilibrata, adatto a chiunque adora cibo cinese! I pomodori di ciliegia gratis sono freschi e dolci. Lavastoviglie - lavatrice è disponibile al quarto piano.La stanza ha un po'di odore di molda, ma il manager ha promesso di risolvere il problema con la pulizia. In generale, l'hotel è prezioso per i soldi, sono molto felice del soggiorno e lo consiglio ai miei amici e alla famiglia.

UUtente anonimoPer i viaggiatori con lo zaino in spalla, probabilmente è sopra la media. Il motivo principale è che la posizione è molto buona ed è comoda per andare ovunque. Anche il servizio è buono. C'è una sala comune all'interno e una caffetteria all'ultimo piano evento di incontri con l'erba il giorno in cui sono andato.
Devi prendere sanitari e articoli da toeletta dalla reception e puoi sempre trovare qualcuno lì. Il materasso nella stanza è pulito, non ci sono allergie al naso e anche il bagno è pulito.
Solo le strutture sono leggermente diverse. La seconda e la terza immagine sono foto reali. Pensiamo che le parti più diverse siano il palo da arrampicata e il pannello laterale del letto. Haha, i materiali sono completamente diversi.
Successivamente ho scoperto che la foto del bed and breakfast che avevamo prenotato per quattro persone su Ctrip era una foto di sei persone (／_＼)
Oltre ai problemi relativi alle strutture sopra menzionati, l'esperienza complessiva è comunque molto buona. Se alcuni amici vogliono trovare un ostello economico in città, allora vale davvero la pena prendere in considerazione questo hotel e tornerò e ci tornerò.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
