Io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di andare a breve distanza di un giorno dalla vita urbana occupata di Cebu e abbiamo provato Palm Beach. C'era una piccola piscina di dimensioni di jacuzzi con due piedi come la sua altezza, che non era più difficile da vedere i bambini nuotano. Il piano della spiaggia era slancio, perché c'erano molti verdi, quindi non troppo incitanti a nuotare. Siamo stati incaricati di rimanere al quarto piano, a cui mio marito ha commentato come un ospedale in sala 😅 Ci era una porta di connessione ad un'altra stanza, i clienti erano così alti e non ci facevano sicuri. Andare a casa, è stato così difficile trovare un taxi e devi aggiungere P200 solo per fornire uno. Il servizio era ok e era un buon soggiorno in generale.

Malinis at maayos naman ang room, mabait din si kuya na nag assist samin at pinayagan din kami mag early check-in dahil napaaga nga ang dating namin sa Cebu, in short, all goods and well recommended si Freddo for those travellers na ang hanap ay may matutulogan lang. Isa lng ang ayaw ko didto, yung tubig hndi malakas at medyo may amoy 🫣 but the rest is good, malapit sa lahat likod lng din ng mall at malapit convenient stores

New place so everything works, it's clean, resteraunt is nothing special. No American breakfast. Very few selections for dinner. We found one dinner and it was done well. Overall we were satisfied. Just wish the restaurant had more options.

Проживала 2 ночи.Отель похож на европейский, есть горячая вода в душе, питьевая вода в кулерах на этажах, отличный вайфай, просторный номер,красивое здание. Расположение в центре,до ТЦ Алайла минут 15 пешком. В номере есть мини кухня: плитка,кастрюля,мультиварка, микроволновая печь, чайник,посуда и столовые приборы. Сковороды нет. Номер 604. Простыни на обоих кроватях были с пятнами, похожими на свежие, пульт от кондиционера заработал только на второй день после повторного обращения. Пульт от телевизора так и не ожил. Конечно же,как и в других отелях Филиппин,где я жила, в номере не убирались.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Not only was it very budget friendly, but it also exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality. The staff are some of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met – always welcoming with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed.
If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable, comfortable, and run by genuinely caring people, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. One of the things we appreciated was the spaciousness of the room—it was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of friends, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped.
However, there were several aspects that fell short of our expectations. One of the first things we noticed upon entering the room was that the television wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t browse through channels or select anything to watch, which was disappointing, especially since we were hoping to unwind with a bit of entertainment after a long day.
On a more positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any concerns and greeted us with warm smiles, which we truly appreciated.
Still, there were other areas that could definitely be improved. For instance, the absence of a bidet in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially considering that it has become a standard amenity in many hotels. This may seem like a small detail, but for us, it affected the overall comfort and functionality of our stay.
Overall, while the hotel did have some redeeming qualities—such as the spacious room and the helpful staff—there were noticeable shortcomings in the amenities and room facilities that made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. With a few upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience for future guests.
Было очень шумно из за соседей китайцев , которые гуляли до 3 ночи видимо. И с утра , очень было слышно все , что происходило в коридоре , в итоге не выспались , и сонные поехали спать в другой отель. Отель достаточно чистый , но все равно , чего то не хватало . Душ Плохо работал , спортзал такой маленький , в бассейне я не купался . Завтраки не оплачивал, так как филлипинская кухня ну так себе . Приехать по спать можно, если , нету вариантов лучше))0 Но лучше доплатить денег )) и остаться в другом месте)
Il Mist Mountain Resort è un bel hotel recente e ben integrato nell'ambiente. Offre una vista splendida, un ambiente fiore e lussuoso, nonché preziose comodità. Il personale è molto simpatico e la cibo è buona. Raccomando questo istituto.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, the location and price are acceptable. However, there’s an issue that has become increasingly frustrating, and I hope something can be done about it in the future.
During my first stay, I noticed the hotel advertised a mini refrigerator in the room, which was a nice feature. Unfortunately, I found there was no mini refrigerator in the room when I arrived. I didn't make a fuss about it, assuming it was an oversight or perhaps not included in the room type I had booked.
On my second visit, I specifically asked the front desk at check-in whether the room had a mini refrigerator, to which they assured me, ”Yes, sir,” it was equipped with one. I was pleased to hear this, expecting a positive change. When I entered my room, I found the mini refrigerator and noticed that it was running—at least the indicator light was on. I placed one of the complimentary water bottles inside, thinking I might want something cold later.
However, in the middle of the night, when I woke up, I checked the water to see if it had cooled down after several hours. To my disappointment, although the mini refrigerator was on and the indicator light was lit, I didn’t hear the usual compressor sound that signals it was actually cooling. I even checked the temperature settings, which were set to the maximum, confirming my suspicion that the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly. It seemed to be there for show, rather than providing the service that was advertised.
When I checked out, I made sure to inform the front desk about my experience, both during this stay and the previous one. Moving forward, I’ll be more proactive in asking for assistance from the front desk if the mini refrigerator continues to be a problem. If this equipment isn’t functioning, it might be better not to advertise it as a feature at all, so guests aren’t misled into thinking they’re receiving something they’re not.

JJigs SevNearby key sights, good enough for short business trips as easily recognizable by public transport. Complete but facilities are a bit outdated. Easy to deal with front desk and reservations. Overall, great value for its price.

Had a good internet connection and a tv if you want to watch news update. To sum up! Its a good place to relax especially if you have kids wants to swim in the pool
