In generale molto buono. C'è un distributore di benzina con un minimarket e un McDonald's a pochi passi.

La vista sull'oceano dell'hotel è bella, ma c'è solo una stazione di servizio vicino alla piscina dell'hotel chiamata "Aqua World", che è una truffa. Ingannano i turisti convincendoli ad andare in una spiaggia dall'altra parte della baia per fare moto d'acqua e parasailing. Il paesaggio e l'esperienza sono pessimi, e i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Non capisco perché il JW Marriott dovrebbe collaborare con questa compagnia per convincere i clienti a cambiare posto. Immagino che stiano pagando un sacco di soldi all'hotel. Questo servizio ingannevole è il principale danno all'esperienza.

Era pulito, aveva una spiaggia privata e una piscina e il servizio era eccellente. I prezzi al minimarket e al ristorante dell'hotel erano relativamente accessibili e il cibo era delizioso, ma ricordo che l'acqua era costosa: circa 700 yen al litro. Dalle camere non si poteva accedere al balcone.

Un ottimo hotel, situato nel cuore della zona alberghiera. Il servizio, l'ambiente e la ristorazione sono migliori rispetto al Westin.

La camera è fantastica, la posizione è eccellente, anche il servizio è molto buono, prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare qui la prossima volta. È una vacanza meravigliosa. Non porterò mio figlio e starò con gli amici. Ha lasciato un'impressione indimenticabile. Grazie.

Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!

We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

This hotel is very awesome

I didn't leave the resort during my 3-day stay, and the resort had everything I needed. The food at the restaurants was good, and the room service food for the most part was good.

Oh my gooood! It’s just like another world!

The hotel didn’t have an all inclusive package so it became very expensive since you have to pay even for water . Otherwise the rooms are nice and spacious .

酒店總體而言還是不錯的，環境很棒，工作人員很熱情有禮貌，一天主動打掃兩次房間，有私人沙灘，酒店的餐廳真的超級好吃，比外面的要好很多，價格也合理。但是作為度假酒店而言，房間設施有些簡單，同時辦事效率不高，通常需要等待一段時間。
