In generale, un soggiorno deludente. Non rimarrei qui. Non consiglierei. Ho prenotato questo hotel attraverso Priceline 2 settimane prima del mio viaggio. Priceline mi ha detto che era un hotel ”3-Star”, e le recensioni e le foto sembravano buone online. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel la sera, potevo dire subito che era sbalordito, e c'erano molte persone a ogni entrata, fumare, urlare, Il desk front dell'hotel faceva fronte alle desk front for a local bikehouse and a bar & bar. Sono arrivato alle 8:00 e c'era una festa più sicuramente. Il personale dell'hotel e del ristorante giocava musica, danza e svolgimento. Erano amichevoli, ma la lingua e l'atmosfera sembravano poco professionali, e non avrei voluto portare i miei figli attraverso la stanza. Il processo di check-in era veloce e regolare. Mi è stato dato una stanza sul secondo piano (nessun ascensore). La stanza, oltre a sentire un odore di cenere, era sporca. Il pavimento è stato aggiornato, ma i mobili erano vecchi, sporchi e sfogliati. La pittura era sfogliata e chiusa in molte aree. Il sapone/shampoo/etc era il più economico che abbia mai visto. Le foto sono fuorvianti. Trovo difficile credere che questo sia un hotel 3-star. In generale, un soggiorno piuttosto deludente. Non rimarrebbe qui. Non consiglierei.

We stayed at Wingate by Wyndham, Vineland NJ for a soccer tournament. We booked for 3 nights (Fri-Mon). The night we checked in, I confirmed with the front desk that it was for 3 nights. We get to our room and we cannot open the door: both keys didn’t work. When we went back to the front desk, they fixed it, reluctantly, commenting that I should keep the keys away from my phone, even though I explained that I had been there less than 5 minutes and kept the keys in my hands the whole time. The gentleman at the front desk was irritated, commenting that it was not possible, upset he had to redo the keys. We get into the room to find out the door doesn’t really close. Then we noticed the sheets are stained. Given the hotel is packed we let it go. The hotel is full of kids and thus we expect some level of noise. What we didn’t expect is to hear the wedding party until 5 am, Friday night to Saturday morning. The walls are so thin we could hear the music and full conversations happening from the lobby (we were on the fourth floor). This means we didn't get much sleep, and as the wedding was an event held by the hotel, the noise couldn’t be kept down. Or so we were told. On Sunday I get a call asking me if I want to extend my stay. I was very confused given my booking confirmation shows 3 nights, and the front desk confirmed that my check out was Monday when I checked in. No concerns, they say they can extend it, but not without commenting that I should always ensure I book the right number of nights. Overall, we were very concerned with the service received with the added tone that we were to blame for lack of planning. For a good night sleep, choose another location - you can hear all conversations in the room next door.

Cynthia gave me excellent customer service! She greeted me as soon as I walked In & made the whole process very simple. I was even having some issues with my Marriott app that no one else was willing to walk me through at the other hotels I stayed at. She is definitely a keeper!!! Can’t wait to come back !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti per poter esplorare l'hotel a lungo.Abbiamo prenotato una suite che non potevano darci la prima notte, ma questo è stato risolto rapidamente dal personale amichevole. Questa è una proprietà più vecchia Holiday Inn Express e l'hotel potrebbe utilizzare alcune riparazioni e aggiornamenti. Let's start with staying at this awful hotel ruined my entire trip and I had to leave early because they haven't refunded my money AT ALL!!! I'm owed back $1100.00 plus medical costs and the manager doesn't come in or return messages!!! Judy was supposed to credit me today for leaving early, instead she took MORE money out of my account!!! The incompetence of the staff is astounding!! Christine is nasty and should never be a face in customer service with her mouth. Night one, my toddler and I get bit by BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! I'm severely allergic and needed MEDICAL attention and medication as did she! I requested money back to move to another hotel and christine screamed at me telling me the manager wasn't in and they have to first check for bugs but proceeded to tell me the guests before me had the same problem in the same room!!!!!!! Obviously wasn't exterminated and even after moving my room no one EVER exterminated so expect bedbugs!!!! I had anxiety the whole time trying to sleep even after being moved and they have taken more money because they don't know how to credit a debit card!!! This is fraud and they're violating contracts with Visa!!!! I asked for the commercial insurance to file a medical claim and have had no response!! I had serious welts and pain after these bites because i'm so allergic!! i'm owed a lot of money, insurance information and an apology!!! I had to spend more just to check out early today to get out of that dump!! Wear socks because the floors are absolutely disgusting and turned our socks black !! Don't waste your money they scam you, don't do the right thing, and better contact me in 24 hours or the health department will know as well. If you want filth, watching the cops there constantly until 2am, anxiety and to be robbed it's your place!! Roger needs to do right by my kids and I!! Messaged him on social media and he ignored us there too!!! FRAUD!!!!! Give me back my $!!!! Get someone there to exterminate! I have medical proof I was bitten up by bedbugs and your own employee eve saw it! Eve also refunded money on the wrong card!??!!! Impossible to get credit on my debit card??
