The service at the villa was top notch. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The villa complex was quiet and felt very safe. The villa itself was slightly older but very well maintained and clean, the gardens were beautiful. There was a small amount of construction sound next door, but this didn’t bother us. The pool received sunshine for a couple of hours in the middle of the day.

A truly awful stay. Only the staff who helped with check-in were friendly. On the second night, I discovered there was no hot water in the room. I called the front desk, and a technician was sent to fix it, but the hot water stopped working again shortly afterward. It was already close to 1 a.m., so I had to take a cold shower. They only contacted the hotel again the next morning to fix it. After checking out, no one helped with my luggage. Even after storing my luggage and calling a taxi to leave, there was still no one to help with luggage service. Such a terrible stay; I will never stay here again. I strongly advise against staying here. For the lack of hot water, they only offered an "apology" without suggesting improvements or confirming the issue. The location is also very inconvenient; even taxis can't easily get in. I haven't stayed in such terrible accommodations in a long time. A truly awful experience, the price was completely disproportionate to the experience.

We came to the Elysian after being in a rather luxurious resort, however we were very impressed with what they had to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food was excellent and although a bit dated, the facilities were clean and well maintained.

I love it! Clean, helpful personnel, goed breakfast continental of American. You name it you got it. Love my pool in front of my room. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank for the exclusive service. I felt really at home

The villa was nice, big enough and clean. Breakfast was good with enough variety. The staff were very nice and helpful, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable. It’s not far from the beach or the shops. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! it was fabulous ! we had two villas with private pool and it was more than what we expected. The pictures fall short for the amazing villa ! Huge and comfortable. Best of Bali.,, it’s people !! So kind and adorable. We especially loved Yulie from the front desk. My grandma passed away back home during my stay here and the hotel was kind enough to prepare an offering basket for me to throw petals of flowers in the sea as a way to honor her life while letting her go in peace. So appreciative of this detail ! Late breakfast is available and can be brought to the room. Portions are great and the taste is wow !! Walking distance to a beautiful private beach. We loved and would not think twice to stay again

Really amazing place and service. Modern design connected with nature. 100% privacy. I was delighted. Very quiet, no sounds in the night. Fully recommended to stay here. You will not need even the sea. For me the best holiday accomodation in which I ever have been.

這次來到Seminyak，選擇了入住The Elysian。它是一間帶私人泳池的 Villa。每間 Villa 都擁有自己的庭院和泳池，隱祕性很好。一關上門，就像擁有屬於自己的小天地，可以自在地游泳、發呆、享受難得的寧靜時光。 喜歡這裏鬧中取靜的感覺。走出門步行能到熱鬧的街道、餐廳、咖啡館和按摩店；回到 Villa，又能遠離喧囂，慢下來感受度假的節奏。

Вила отличная, место расположения хорошее все в пешей доступности пляж, магазины и тусовки. Претензий к виле нету , встречают вежлива , улыбчивые, уборка на 5 баллов. Завтраки клеве кроме европейского ну тут и понятно, все остальные на 5 балов, порции большие. Не повезло нам , что за забором была стройка и понятно, что очень шумно, а также не используешь свой приватный бассейн - тк начинаешь плавать, а на тебя смотрят 30 балийцев, сто на своем говорят и смеются, короче приватность только поздней ночью . Целый день шел дождь крыша в ванной протекала и все текло в душевою - ситуация не разовая тк уже образовалась плесень. Сам персонал очень отзывчивый, по любому вопросу всегда помогут. Правда к русским в целом на Бали отношение не однозначное - мне как бы и пофиг, но в день рождения даже не поздравили, а вот австралийца поздравили в этот же день начиная с номера, завтрака и подарка . Но это все мелочи и к качеству отеля отношения не имеет .

性價比極高的酒店，環境和衛生都很好，最特別的是早餐竟然是任點的😍😍可以一次過吃盡各國特色的早餐，餐廳面對着公共泳池，感覺很舒服，唯一美中不足的，是職員不小心倒瀉糖漿🤣🤣但沒影響整體感官，very good👍🏻

Шикарная вилла с классным приватным бассейном. Вилла чистая, просторная, все как на фото. Отдельно выделю бассейн. Длинный и достаточно глубокий 1.4 метра было прямо оптимально. Вкусные плотные завтраки Рядом проверенный обменник и магазин. До центра идти 5-7 минут. Из минусов, въезд и парковка, если вы на байке то стыки между плитами (вместо асфальта) слегка пугают.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Seminyak rundum genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles, was man braucht, ist bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Scooter erreichbar. Besonders begeistert hat uns der eigene Pool sowie die Großzügigkeit der Zimmer, die viel Raum zum Wohlfühlen bieten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, eine Minibar sowie täglich kostenlos bereitgestelltes Wasser. Auch die hochwertigen Bettwaren, frische Handtücher und die sehr gute Badausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die zwei Zugänge zum Bad. Das Frühstück ist ein absolutes Highlight – sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität der Speisen sind hervorragend. Auch das Essen im Restaurant, ob zum Lunch oder Dinner, war für uns durchweg exzellent. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Das Housekeeping könnte stellenweise noch etwas gründlicher sein, und die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer dürften gerne komplett lichtdicht sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
