Nice hotel for business trip in Bielsko Biala

酒店很大，酒店餐飲環境超讚，位於市中心，對於有購物需求和城市觀光的人來説，非常方便。但是略微有點堵車。樓下停車位。

床太小，枕頭是一個方靠枕，太高了，睡不好

L'hotel si presenta moderna, proprio a ridosso di un grande centro commerciale. Le camere sono adeguate, pulite e con il confort necessario. Bagno in linea con il livello dell'albergo. Ottimo ristorante con menù alla carta, colazione internazionale con buona scelta. Di sicuro da consigliare.

Ottimo hotel situato nel centro città, comodo se si devono fare acquisti visto che c'è un centro commerciale e negozi vari nei pressi. Camere spaziose dotate di ogni comfort e bagni molto ampi e dotati di vasca, anche se io preferisco la doccia. Molto pulite sia la camera che il bagno- La colazione è buona e il buffet ben fornito di dolce e salato. Ultima cosa, il personale tutto è molto cortese.

The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic - with fruit, cereal, hot food and many more options. The staff overall were very helpful when needed. We particularly liked the filtered water in the lift area. The location was great too. The door to the mall was a lovely surprise. We were very central and very close to the train station too.

not exactly the 4 star standard of other european cities. The hotel room is not really bad but not really good. Altogether : acceptable but i do not feel like to recommend it. Particularly irritating the fact the hotel is encircled by urban streets who the locals use a formula one circuits with extra noisy motorbikes...

We have stayed at the Qubus many times as it's in a prime location, easy walking to shops and bars etc. Room is nice and clean, TV and free WiFi and excellent air conditioning which is a must in the summer months. Bathrooms facilities good with free toiletries. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelettes etc available. Only thing I would say, hotel could do with a gym and a real bar! There used to be a bar on the ground floor but it closed and has never re-opened, we appreciate you can go to the restaurant but it does not have the same vibe as a real bar, probably the only let down for us. Looking forward to returning again at Christmas.

We were attending a wedding at Bielsko-Biala and stayed at this hotel for three nights. Our room was small but the twin beds were quite comfortable. We had breakfast each day at the 4th floor restaurant which was very nice, a lot of selections were provided. I especially liked their fresh/homemade items. We also had dinner there two nights. The food was great and servers were attentive/helpful. The front desk was also very helpful. A special thanks goes to Magdalena for all her help before/during the stay. Without a doubt, we would stay there again! We enjoyed that it was connected to the mall and did some shopping in our down time. The only caution I would tell others, our hallway reeked of cigarette smoke on several occasions. (If you have severe allergies) We weren't the only guests that mentioned this, and we were informed it was caused by the outside intake vent. Once we got inside our room, it seemed fine.

No heat working when I arrived. Offered noisy space heater. Room smelled like a mix of smoke and body odour. Bathroom smells like pee. Single bed pushed against a wall. I have never been to prison but I expect it might be a bit better than this hotel. 2 stars as staff was nice and breakfast was decent.

I'm here from one year and all time i went here this hotel is really nice and all people from staff i met for me always a pleasure, the position in Bielsko biala it's amazing, room is comfortable and completely, restaurant it's really good parking for car and WiFi it's perfect
