Fantastico
UUtente ospiteNel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica, la posizione è perfetta, vicino a tutto, negozi, ristoranti, attrazioni!! Non so se questo aiuterà qualcuno, ma per coloro che hanno intenzione di usare il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto (costoso), fate attenzione agli orari di punta perché potrebbe volerci un po' di tempo per riavere la macchina! Ci tornerei!

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

UUtente ospiteAttenzione, c'è un costo nascosto: ”Verrà addebitato un supplemento di 25 $ al giorno per l'esperienza urbana a camera” presso questo hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. Il costo della colazione è molto complicato se avete pagato in anticipo. Innanzitutto, dovete sostenere di aver pagato in anticipo la colazione per ogni persona in camera. In secondo luogo, dovete chiedere e confermare alla reception l'importo del credito per la colazione che avete pagato (nel mio caso 38 $ a persona al giorno, tasse e mance incluse). Non è una colazione a buffet, dovete pagare un extra al momento del check-out se avete ordinato più del credito per la colazione. Quando ho chiesto se, se avessi saltato una colazione, potevo utilizzare il credito extra per il giorno successivo, le risposte sono state diverse da membro del personale.
Un hotel molto costoso, specializzato in grandi conferenze, non dispone di forno a microonde, frigorifero vuoto (su richiesta) in camera e piscina. Non sollevate le bevande e gli snack nella scatola sul tavolo (ci sono dei sensori sotto) a meno che non vi dispiaccia che vi venga addebitato. Il frigorifero è pieno di bevande. Avevo paura di toccarlo, persino il concierge non sapeva come aprire la serratura del frigorifero. Ma caffè e tè sono gratuiti. C'è una persona (non la governante) che viene in camera per controllare e riempire tutte le bevande e gli snack, compresi quelli gratuiti.
Abbiamo prenotato la nostra camera molte settimane prima, ma dopo il check-in mi sono accorto che i prezzi delle camere erano scesi rispetto a quelli originali, forse perché non c'erano abbastanza partecipanti alla conferenza.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight.
The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near O'Hare Airport. I will definitely stay here again

UUtente ospiteWe booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.
