Es una de las mejores experiencias en hoteles que hemos tenido durante más de 30 años de viajes. Sin duda, el personal profesional y encantador, ayudó mucho con la atención proporcionada, y un servicio siempre por encima de las expectativas. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, nada más hermoso que el patio central con el pequeño estanque y el jardín, además de la zona de la gran piscina común, ¡un 10! El desayuno tiene una gran calidad, mucha variedad en su oferta y siempre dispuestos a prepararte un plato más contundente. Recomendada la tostada con aguacate y huevo escalfado, una gran forma de empezar el día. La habitación que nos asignaron nos pareció una de las mejores del hotel, con varios espacios separados y una piscina privada. Para quedarnos aquí muchos más días. Deberían mejorar la conexión wifi en esa zona del hotel, dado que apenas pudimos conectarnos en la habitación durante los días que estuvimos. Al tener que trabajar en algún momento, esto representó un problema, que rápidamente olvidé con un chapuzón en la piscina. Gracias a todo el personal por su trabajo extraordinario.

Questa potrebbe essere la mia esperienza preferita in hotel finora. Amantaka ha creato uno spazio davvero speciale, rendendoci sentire come ospiti veramente apprezzati. La proprietà si trova nel cuore della città, quindi è facile vedere le viste e catturare le prenotazioni per cena. L'hotel ha un tuk tuk complimentare, che rende le cose ancora più facili. La nostra suite è venuta con tutti i tipi di perche, tra cui 2 pranzi gratuiti e un trasferimento aereo complimentare (io odio quando super costosi hotel vi prelevano per il pickup sembra carino, lol). Amantaka aveva anche la più figa di tutti: LAWRING FREE! E' così pragmatico e pensativo, soprattutto perché abbiamo viaggiato per settimane prima di arrivare a Laos. Abbiamo preso una crociera al sole sulla barca Amantaka, che noi consigliamo molto. Venne con snacks e abbiamo ordinato un po' di vino dall'hotel. Amantaka ha organizzato tutto con professionalità. Molto divertente e molto bella. Il compleanno di mio marito, abbiamo finito di cena invece di rimanere all'hotel. La cucina di Amantaka era aperta tardi per cantare il suo compleanno e portare un dolce al nostro ritorno. Non chiederemmo mai a nessuno di fare una cosa del genere, ma il fatto che si sono spinti sopra e oltre è stato estremamente toccante. Questa è una vera esperienza di 5 stelle. Non possiamo ringraziarli abbastanza per mostrarci la bellezza di Luang Prabang.

鬧中取靜的合院酒店，建築非常好看，中間是泳池景觀，泳池旁邊保留了幾顆參天的古樹，讓人有一種很強的庇護感。關鍵詞簡約典雅，傳承了安縵的氣質，但價格上可以有更多的年輕人可選擇體驗。看到有很多人也給出挑剔的評價，但我想説的是沒有任何一家酒店是絕對完美的，對我個人來説度假產品，服務設施完善，但也不需要過度服務。我覺得這一點這裏已經做的很好了。Adrian Zecha説過:“這世上沒有一塵不變的東西，一個人必須去積極擁抱新的生活方式的變化。”也是我們應該有的人生態度。下次還會選擇。

E'molto piacevole, non voglio andare 🤣 Prima ho deciso due notti, e subito dopo aver fatto il giro, ho deciso di riprendere due notti. Da costruzione a design della stanza, la cestina di pane per la colazione è piena di stile francese, anche il cuscino è molto caratteristico, o SLH, la stanza è grande, questo prezzo è davvero superfluo! Il servizio della reception e del ristorante sono molto atteggiati. Ci sono un po'di alberi di uova davanti alla porta della nostra stanza. 😬 può essere indossato su entrambi i lati ogni giorno.L'hotel ha una piccola piscina e un bar. Due chilometri dalla città, c'è un bus di notte al mercato notturno, e il giorno loca chiama il bus non può essere in kip di circa 5w.La reception dell'hotel può anche aiutare a chiamare il bus di notte.La sorella della reception ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere il problema che la scheda sim non può chiamare comprata. Spero che ci sia ancora una possibilità di andare in futuro 🌞

The staff were lovely and always greeted you with a smile. The pool area and gardens were well maintained. The rooms were a little dated and although nothing wrong with them I think I would opt to stay in one of the small hotels or villas along the nam khan next time rather than this little extra out of the centre. Breakfast choices were good with a nice non sugary muesli, milk & yoghurt, nice cafe latte and an egg station plus toast, croissants and Asia stir-fry dishes. They had free bikes you could use, although I didn't see any helmets. As noted, for what we paid it was 'ok'.

Omg this hotel was incredible. We were with a group of 18 and were staying 2 nights. Check in went very smooth. The owners/workers were absolute Gems! Staff was so friendly and helpful. You have to take your shoes off at the front door or you can take them off and put them on the inside shoe rack. Which I really liked. It also probably help keep there stunning wooden floor looking so darn good. The whole place was so clean it sparkled. We were on the second floor. It has this really cool looking stair case. Our room was a really good size. My mother and father in laws room was a bit smaller but still stunning. The bathrooms were incredible and looked to have recently been reno'ed. The shower always had hot water. It was the first hotel room that I didn't get any bug bits from. They did not have a funny mouldy smell. I don't believe this place had ac but it did have a ceiling fan that did the job (Im a night sweater). Wifi was free and worked really good. There was a mini fridge with water in it. They served a really good breakfast out of the smallest kitchen eve. It is the only meal they sever but there is a convenient store across the street for snacks and local & international restaurants around every corner. It was in a good very quiet location. Lots of things were in walking distance. If not the front desk would order you a tub tuk. They will arrange laundry to be picked up and sent out. It did take about 24 hours. So if you are going to the Kuang Si Fall the next day maybe don't send your swim suit to be washed. Would stay here again in a heart beat! I actually didn’t want to leave.

I was here as part of a G Adventure Tour. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly however, they did not really go out of their way to be helpful. It was also somewhat centrally located. It was about a 10 minute walk to the night market. The other positive was the fact that there was a very inexpensive place to do laundry around the corner. The cons …. I think they get a lot of tour group business and therefore, perhaps don’t really care. There are eight bicycles on display for guests to use. However, none of them work. They either have a flat tire, or the lock is broken. I was directed to a Guesthouse down the street to rent a bike for the day. Breakfast is really hit and miss. If you happen to be there on a day where there are at least two tour groups, there is a wide variety of selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods. If you are on a day where it is only your group, then the options are quite limited. You have fruit, toast, and some kind of egg. They don’t mention it but you also can also order noodle soup. On the last day that I was there, it was especially annoying, because the cook had made a wide variety of food for a photo shoot, but it was not available to eat. And the irony is these photos will be shown as what is available for breakfast, but it is not available for breakfast. There is a pool, but there are no pool loungers. Nor will they provide you one if you ask. I was asked to change my room, as it was reserved, but I ended up just changing hotels. I highly recommend the Grand Luangprabang. For an extra $20 you receive a magical experience on the bank of the Mekong river.

What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants. Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed. Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required. There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.

酒店裝修很漂亮，硬件上滿分，衹是服務上不行，前兩天晚上住了另外一個酒店400元一晚每天都有一份冷飲配送到房間，這邊什麼都沒有。瓶裝水是玻璃瓶，喝不完要外帶走都沒有辦法，打的是環保的口號。 預定了兩晚大床房間，帶着孩子加了床，每晚30美元，住下來800元一晚，性價比不高。因為已經在琅勃拉邦呆了3天，想問問酒店是否第二晚可以退房，打算去萬象玩2天。前台的答覆是沒有消費是可以退房的，但是需要攜程同意，電話攜程告知要跟酒店再落實。落實下來說酒店經理不同意，覺得有些不可思議，為什麼剛才前台沒有說需要經過經理的同意，現在才告知經理不同意。為了不損失800元，我們繼續住。而第二天才知道原因，整個酒店那麼多房間，唯獨我們一家住，完全就是包下了整個酒店。前一天也才見到4家人住。所以可想而知性價比不高。酒店經理應該多花時間去考慮下為什麼這麼高的空房率，怎麼去提升酒店的服務，不然徒有其表。

Sono rimasto qui per due giorni, mi sento molto bene, il piccolo fratello della reception è molto entusiasta, ci aiuta a prendere il bagaglio e ci invita a bere la zuppa di mel. Non è lontano dal mercato notturno, camminare circa 13 minuti, ciclismo 4 minuti, tornare dal mercato notturno al hotel, e dire il prezzo a 30000. La cosa più che mi fa piacere qui è la colazione, davvero molto buona, tutto quello che mangia, frutta, caffè ghiaccio, frutta, pane, polvere di riso, uova, rulli di primavera, cibo troppo dolce, il cuoco è molto buono, il cibo è molto buono, molto tranquillo, la bici può essere affittato gratuitamente, andiamo in giro per il fiume Meg, per vedere il sole che sorge il fiume Giaqi,

Stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends. We’ve been travelling SEA for 2 months now, and this has been by far the best place we have stayed. The hospitality was 10/10 and there was no request that was too much, even at 2 AM. We had ran out of toothpaste and the owner even provided us with his own until we went to the shops. When we checked in the owner provided us a map of the town, and a break down of all of the things we can do during our stay there. The owner spoke perfect English. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes from here for a reasonable price. They also sorted out our transport to the airport. The room was great and it was cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in the room. Bottles of water and fresh towels were provided daily too. The location was great, it’s under a 10 minute walk to the night market where you can grab some great food. Another 5 minute walk or so and you can find the bars. Overall we could not fault the experience and if we returned to Luang Prabang, we would not hesitate to stay again.
