Hotel con parcheggio a Luang Prabang

Ho avuto una grande esperienza in generale. Il servizio era amichevole e professionale, e il personale era sempre disposto ad aiutare. Le strutture erano pulite, ben mantenute e comode. Ho davvero goduto il cibo anche buona qualità e gusto con molte opzioni.Vorrei sicuramente raccomandare questo posto e ritornerò felicemente.

Situato in una stradina del centro di Luang Prabang, la piccola facciata dell'hotel passa facilmente inosservata. Il parco è tranquillo, con splendidi giardini e una piscina. L'architettura generale è in stile coloniale francese. Le aree comuni e le camere sono decorate con fotografie antiche, sculture in legno e tessuti, che conferiscono un tocco di storia. Le camere sono di medie dimensioni, con mobili d'epoca e servizi relativamente semplici ma funzionali. Nel complesso, questo hotel è adatto a chi preferisce un ambiente tranquillo ed è interessato alla storia e alla cultura.

Molto bella casa con reale affari locali Laos. Se hai bisogno di un buon sonno, è facile camminare ovunque. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, se si desidera prendere viaggi di giorno o 3 giorni consiglia un buon prezzo per prenotare con l'hotel.

We initially booked one week but decided to extend our stay for another week, which already says a lot about our overall experience. While there are certainly some areas that could be improved, we felt comfortable enough to stay longer and would consider returning in the future. The room was generally clean and offered good value for the price. We especially enjoyed having a terrace and a bathtub, which made our stay more relaxing (also for our cat). However, some attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance would make a noticeable difference. For example, spider webs, dust around ventilation areas, and air-conditioning units should be cleaned more regularly. In our room (#13), the air-conditioner was heavily clogged with dust when we arrived, to the point where the cooling performance was noticeably reduced. We politely mentioned this to the staff, and to their credit, the issue was addressed immediately. We were very grateful for their quick response. Since then, the unit has worked much better. There is still a slight musty smell, so a professional deep cleaning of the air-conditioning systems once or twice a year would likely improve both air quality and guest comfort. One thing we appreciated throughout our stay was the willingness of the staff to help whenever a problem was brought to their attention. Requests were handled quickly and professionally, which is one of the reasons we decided to extend our booking. As digital nomads, reliable internet and a functional workspace are very important to us. The internet connection was stable and fast enough for our daily work, often reaching download speeds of around 8–12 MB/s. We also received a chair and an extension cable upon request, allowing us to comfortably use the large dresser as a workspace for our laptops. This was greatly appreciated! The location is another strong point. Two large supermarkets are within a short walking distance, making it easy to buy groceries and daily necessities. The Night Market is also easily reachable on foot, and the main road is just around the corner, where electric scooters can usually be found for exploring Luang Prabang. If we could suggest one improvement, it would simply be a warmer atmosphere from some members of the staff. A smile is never mandatory, of course, but it often makes guests feel more welcome. We would like to give special recognition to the evening receptionist, who consistently greeted us with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Her kindness always stood out and left a very positive impression. Overall, we believe this hotel offers fair value for money, a convenient location, reliable internet, and a team that genuinely tries to help when issues arise. For those reasons, we chose to extend our stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable base in Luang Prabang.

Great location near the center. Very spacious family room and pretty baby bed. Smal but good and tasty breakfast spread. Good size swimming pool for swimming a few laps. Only down side is the water pression in the shower is not very strong.

Il mio hotel precedente era al completo, quindi il team di gestione di Ctrip mi ha aiutato a cambiare camera e a scegliere una con vista sul fiume. Sebbene questa sia più tranquilla rispetto agli hotel sulla strada principale, è così isolata che bisogna camminare per oltre 15 minuti per raggiungere le attrazioni principali come il Museo Nazionale. Dopo aver ammirato il tramonto sul Monte Puxi, ci siamo diretti a sud, scendendo dalla montagna. Ho camminato al buio per mezz'ora guardando una mappa e non sono riuscito a trovare la strada per tornare indietro! Inoltre, con una camera con vista sul fiume, si viene chiaramente svegliati dal rumore di motociclette, auto e soprattutto dei camion della spazzatura alle 23:00 (le 12:00 ora cinese). La camera è arredata con mobili in legno nostalgici e aprendo qualsiasi finestra si sente un forte cigolio. Non ci sono tende, quindi anche se si vuole fare un pisolino durante il giorno, è comunque luminosa! L'unica nota positiva è il proprietario, che è stato molto disponibile e mi ha aiutato a prenotare le navette per la cascata Spectrum e la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. Parla un ottimo inglese.

Прекрасный отель опишу подробно. Во-первых, он находится на удалении от центра города, и это очень хорошо, потому что в центре очень шумно, кафе, бары, караоке, толпы туристов. В отеле есть бесплатный шаттл, это очень удобно, ехать совсем недолго. Во-вторых, есть спортивный зал и бассейн с мелкой зоной и с нормальной глубиной 160 сантиметров, чистят его каждый день. Когда целый день гуляешь по храмам и горам, то это просто отлично - вечером поплавать и расслабиться. Третье, интернет был очень хороший, ничего не надо ждать. Четвёртое, завтрак по меню, его надо выбрать на следующий день с указанием времени, была и сытная еда, и салат, и фрукты, голодными никогда не были. У нашего номера был отличный балкон, там кресла и столик, прекрасно можно посидеть и посмотреть на закат, почитать книгу, или пропустить стаканчик. Убирали чисто. Самое в отеле лучшее - это его работники, очень внимательные, добрые, всегда готовые помочь. Будем с большой теплотой в сердце вспоминать прекрасную Vilaikham. В общем, обязательно туда вернёмся, если снова приедем. Есть ли что-то отрицательное в отеле? Совсем немного. Туалет, который разделён с номером только символической дверцей, сначала шокировал, но оказалось, что не так это и мешает жить. Если же прямо помешает, то на этаже есть туалеты, это всего несколько метров пройти. И шумные китайские туристы, которые кричат, как школьники, всё время, но это в любом отеле мира одинаково, такие уж они эмоциональные. В общем, плюсы перевешивают многократно, мы там неделю прожили, и было жалко уезжать.
