Hotel con colazione a Reggenza di Sleman

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom. Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service. The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time. Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

What a beautiful hotel! I enjoyed my stay and the large room with the amazing view of the Merapi volcano. I had a couple meals at the restaurant that were very good and a delicious breakfast box to-go one morning. The staff was excellent. Everyone at the reception desk was always helpful and warm. Chiara gave me superior concierge service with sightseeing help. I’m happy to recommend this hotel. Yet it’s necessary to realize that the hotel is an hour drive from the downtown and 1.5 hours from the international airport. It’s close for trips to Merapi and several temples, including Prambanan and Borobudur. But if you also want to visit sites in the downtown, you’ll be quite far away.

Great hotel, good view from the room at the city. But even better (actually amazing) 360° view from the rooftop, including of course towards Merapi. The room is good, there is a nice pool on the rooftop, as well as a good bar. No pool towels, though. The gym is very small and has a funny triangular shape, was a bit overcrowded with only 6 people at the same time. Only downside was the breakfast, fresh omelette was good, but some of the sweet bakery goods among the most tasteless things I've ever had. That said, still a great hotel with a nice art focused lobby and friendly staff. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hospitality feels genuine and the staff are warm and attentive without being over the top. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable straight away. Breakfast is pretty standard, but still good enough to start the day. The swimming pool is nice and well maintained and yes great if you want to relax a bit after meetings. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it’s pleasant for a morning walk. If you’re heading to Malioboro, it’s about 20 minutes by GrabBike and around 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. It’s also close to Plaza Ambarrukmo, which is convenient. If you don’t feel like eating at the hotel restaurant, there are local spots just a short walk away like bakso and soto nearby are cheap and tasty. Overall, a comfortable stay for business trips. I’d come back again if I have meetings in the area.

Staying at ARTOTEL Yogyakarta was a refreshing and enjoyable experience. While not overly large, the space is well laid out and feels cozy rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable, and overall cleanliness was well maintained throughout the stay. Location-wise, ARTOTEL is convenient for exploring Yogyakarta, with easy access to cafes, local eateries, and key attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, ARTOTEL Yogyakarta is a great choice if you enjoy boutique-style hotels with character and personality. It’s not just a place to sleep, but a creative space that reflects the vibrant cultural spirit of the city.

Una delle più grandi camere che abbia mai soggiornato in una stanza d'albergo. Per il prezzo ragionevole non potevo chiedere di più. Il colazione era buona.

Nel corso del nostro soggiorno di 2 giorni, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte prima di trovare una camera adatta (la quarta) senza alcun problema. I problemi andavano dallo scarico del water rotto, al forte odore di umidità/muffa in camera, alle lenzuola e agli asciugamani vecchi e ammuffiti in camera, ecc. Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile, ma siamo rimasti delusi dall'esperienza.

Qui La proprietà è molto vecchia e non è più gestita da Sheraton, che è notabile in tutto l'hotel. I bagni e i tetti si sentono obsoleti e in necessità di rinnovamento, e lo stesso vale per il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria, che non soddisfa le aspettative. Ciò detto, il personale è molto cooperativo, amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare, che è certamente un aspetto positivo del soggiorno.

Per la posizione è molto vicino all'attrazione turistica di lava. La stanza è abbastanza pulita, ma ci sono alcune strutture che sono un po' mancanti, come il bagno non è stato aggiornato e ci sono molte parti dell'edificio che potrebbero dover essere riparate. Il servizio è abbastanza soddisfacente, i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli.
