Hotel con colazione a Reggenza di Sleman

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom. Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service. The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time. Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

The Porta by Ambarrukmo hotel provides excellent service. The staff are consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are well-maintained, modern, and convenient, offering both comfort and functionality. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, everything about the hotel—from the service to the amenities—contributes to a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Soggiornare all'ARTOTEL Yogyakarta è stata un'esperienza piacevole e rigenerante. Fedele al suo nome, l'hotel fonde un'ospitalità moderna con forti elementi artistici, distinguendosi dagli hotel convenzionali. Fin dal momento in cui si entra nella hall, si viene accolti da audaci opere d'arte e tocchi di design creativi che conferiscono all'ambiente un'atmosfera giovane e contemporanea. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e progettate con cura, con il giusto equilibrio tra funzionalità e stile. Pur non essendo eccessivamente ampie, le stanze sono ben distribuite e risultano accoglienti, non angusto. Il letto era comodo e la pulizia generale è stata impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno. In termini di posizione, l'ARTOTEL è comodo per esplorare Yogyakarta, con facile accesso a bar, ristoranti locali e attrazioni principali. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, il che ha contribuito a rendere l'esperienza piacevole. Nel complesso, l'ARTOTEL Yogyakarta è un'ottima scelta se si apprezzano gli hotel boutique con carattere e personalità. Non è solo un posto dove dormire, ma uno spazio creativo che riflette il vivace spirito culturale della città.

Una delle più grandi camere che abbia mai soggiornato in una stanza d'albergo. Per il prezzo ragionevole non potevo chiedere di più. Il colazione era buona.

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

Nel corso del nostro soggiorno di 2 giorni, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte prima di trovare una camera adatta (la quarta) senza alcun problema. I problemi andavano dallo scarico del water rotto, al forte odore di umidità/muffa in camera, alle lenzuola e agli asciugamani vecchi e ammuffiti in camera, ecc. Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile, ma siamo rimasti delusi dall'esperienza.

Luogo tranquillo e tranquillo per riposare. Esperienza stile di vita del villaggio dove è necessario fare il vostro fuoco per riscaldare l'acqua. Sono fornite attrezzature di base (elettricità, acqua). Sono disponibili frutti biologici (guava, pomodori, papaya)

Qui La proprietà è molto vecchia e non è più gestita da Sheraton, che è notabile in tutto l'hotel. I bagni e i tetti si sentono obsoleti e in necessità di rinnovamento, e lo stesso vale per il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria, che non soddisfa le aspettative. Ciò detto, il personale è molto cooperativo, amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare, che è certamente un aspetto positivo del soggiorno.

Per la posizione è molto vicino all'attrazione turistica di lava. La stanza è abbastanza pulita, ma ci sono alcune strutture che sono un po' mancanti, come il bagno non è stato aggiornato e ci sono molte parti dell'edificio che potrebbero dover essere riparate. Il servizio è abbastanza soddisfacente, i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli.
