LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Incredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation.

La struttura della stanza è buona. Non è così grande, ma hanno impostato la struttura davvero buona, quindi si sente ancora spaziosa. Nessuna cassetta, solo uno spazio aperto limitato per appendere i vostri vestiti. Sono rimasto qui per 2 notti, e purtroppo ho avuto molti problemi durante questo soggiorno: 1. Dopo aver fatto il check-in, sono andato subito nella mia stanza e ho scoperto che era una stanza super confusa (un altro ospite ha appena fatto il check-out e non l'hanno ancora pulita). Quindi ho dovuto tornare al lobby e chiedere un'altra stanza. 2. In questa nuova stanza, il CA fu fugato e si è sempre gonfiato finché il CA era in funzione. Ho dovuto mettere una bolla, un contenitore, o qualunque cosa fosse. Gli ha detto che avrebbe seguito. Non hanno fatto niente fino al giorno in cui ho controllato. 3. Il secondo giorno non potevo nemmeno aprire la porta con la mia carta di camera. Sono riuscito a rimettere la carta solo per una notte, quindi ho dovuto tornare al lobby. Sono riuscito a rimettere senza spiegare perché è successo. In realtà il personale era molto carino e amichevole. Solo tutti questi problemi mi hanno dato l'impressione che questo hotel non sia abbastanza professionale. La colazione era buona. Non molte opzioni disponibili, ma abbastanza buona per riempire il tuo tampone. La posizione è grande. La stanza è pulita. Parcheggio limitato ma avevano servizio valle.

Soggiornare all'ARTOTEL Yogyakarta è stata un'esperienza piacevole e rigenerante. Fedele al suo nome, l'hotel fonde un'ospitalità moderna con forti elementi artistici, distinguendosi dagli hotel convenzionali. Fin dal momento in cui si entra nella hall, si viene accolti da audaci opere d'arte e tocchi di design creativi che conferiscono all'ambiente un'atmosfera giovane e contemporanea. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e progettate con cura, con il giusto equilibrio tra funzionalità e stile. Pur non essendo eccessivamente ampie, le stanze sono ben distribuite e risultano accoglienti, non angusto. Il letto era comodo e la pulizia generale è stata impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno. In termini di posizione, l'ARTOTEL è comodo per esplorare Yogyakarta, con facile accesso a bar, ristoranti locali e attrazioni principali. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, il che ha contribuito a rendere l'esperienza piacevole. Nel complesso, l'ARTOTEL Yogyakarta è un'ottima scelta se si apprezzano gli hotel boutique con carattere e personalità. Non è solo un posto dove dormire, ma uno spazio creativo che riflette il vivace spirito culturale della città.

Ho avuto un problema con la mia stanza, ma il direttore in carica ha gestito la questione con grande attenzione e con grande impegno, e hanno fornito una soluzione rapida ed efficace, dimostrando chiaramente leadership e determinazione. Grazie alla loro rapida azione, siamo riusciti a trascorrere la notte in modo confortevole e tranquillo. La stanza stessa era ben pronta e ben pronta. In generale, eccellente soluzione dei problemi e un soggiorno tranquillo.

Questo posto è fantastico, mi piace tantissimo soggiornarci, è davvero ottimo, ha Netflix, lo consiglio vivamente.

The location is strategic. Room is so comfort and clean. The environment also calm and relaxing. We always have great stay in Loman Park Hotel!

Qui La proprietà è molto vecchia e non è più gestita da Sheraton, che è notabile in tutto l'hotel. I bagni e i tetti si sentono obsoleti e in necessità di rinnovamento, e lo stesso vale per il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria, che non soddisfa le aspettative. Ciò detto, il personale è molto cooperativo, amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare, che è certamente un aspetto positivo del soggiorno.

Per la posizione è molto vicino all'attrazione turistica di lava. La stanza è abbastanza pulita, ma ci sono alcune strutture che sono un po' mancanti, come il bagno non è stato aggiornato e ci sono molte parti dell'edificio che potrebbero dover essere riparate. Il servizio è abbastanza soddisfacente, i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli.
