Hotel con colazione a Chania

Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

Un posto assolutamente fantastico in una posizione perfetta, solo un breve passo lungo il mare, davanti alla vecchia città storica di Chania e al porto di Venezia. In un altro senso, un giro ancora più breve verso il porto e la spiaggia di Nea Chora - che ha un sacco di bar e ristoranti. La struttura è situata direttamente sul lato del mare in una posizione tranquilla - con una bella piscina e una vista incredibile sul mare ovunque si trovava. Aveva la mia camera pronta presto - che era fantastica. Ero incredibilmente fortunato a avere una suite con un tubo caldo proprio sul fronte del mare - bellamente decorata, fresca, pulita e la vista dal balcone era incredibile. Credo che il colazione sia incluso per tutti gli ospiti, che era bello con una vasta gamma di bevande calde e fredde e pastiglie. L'unica critica è di me stessa che non sono rimasto più. Tornerei in un battito cardiaco!

Questo è stato uno dei tanti hotel che abbiamo guardato, ma dopo tante recensioni positive sull'hotel e il personale non c'era alcun brainer da prenotare e non siamo stati delusi. L'hotel è pulito e gli adulti lo fanno solo un bonus. E 'a 10 secondi di distanza dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è una coppa mai sovraccarica e l'acqua è cristallina chiara e morbida per un lungo cammino. Molte piccole negozi e posti per mangiare in questo piccolo villaggio. Colazione in hotel era buona, deliziosa. Non sprecato per la scelta, ma abbastanza per qualsiasi gusto. Piscina è grande sempre ottenere un letto. Ma siamo andati principalmente alla spiaggia. C'è un posto per noleggiare una macchina vicino e un viaggio a Chania Old Town è assolutamente necessario. Volevo tornare qui per essere sicuri e a questo bel hotel. Molto consiglia.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive. The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

Oggi sono tornato a casa dopo aver passato una settimana straordinaria in questo hotel a famiglia, e posso dirvi che è stata una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto, piena di persone carine e di grandi condizioni meteorologiche greche. L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato, si dispone di molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Lidl è a piedi solo 5-7 min. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel c'era un grande negozio di caffè- Muoversi. Il centro di Chania si trova vicino all'hotel, con una fermata di autobus che vi porterà a una bella passeggiata e a una deliziosa cena. Ogni giorno le ragazze si assicuravano che la nostra stanza fosse pulita e che abbiamo nuovi asciugamani, e facevano composizione piuttosto impressionante da fiori e asciugamani 😁 Il manager dell'hotel era estremamente amichevole e sempre affrontato in modo efficace le richieste che avevamo .La colazione era deliziosa e il nostro soggiorno era estremamente piacevole. Visitare questo hotel per sentire l'ospitalità greca sorprendente.

酒店很好，環境優美，有自己的沙灘，沙灘上躺着聽海，還有服務員給水，真是愜意。服務也不錯，看我們是四人入住，給了一張加床，還在榻榻米上鋪了被子，很是周到。

Molto bella esperienza, l’accoglienza è stata perfetta, le camere si trovano a 2-3min della ricezione i’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Il signor de l’accueil ha anche proposto di portare la mia valigia la stanza non è di ogni giovinezza, ma è molto grande e bellamente decorata. La stanza è un po’ umida ma ben attrezzata, ci è anche un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidifier d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les réfrigérateurs ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détail. Il colazione è corretto e con prodotti locali e le cameriere sono davvero gentile e servibile. Le plus c'est très clair l'accueil et le personnel les personnes sont absolument adorable, à l'écoute, on m'a recommandé les restaurants autour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l'emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!
