Hotel con spa a Chania

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

Favolosa esperienza in questo hotel. Servizio impeccabile per tutto il mio 4 giorni qui, e la camera era spaziosa e bella! La colazione era piena, tutto era sorprendente. Vorrei poter rimanere un paio di giorni qui. Sarò sicuramente tornato se visitassi Creta

La prima linea di vista marina è privata della spiaggia, il parcheggio gratuito è anche un elemento aggiuntivo. Vivono le camere di vista marine. Il soggiorno e il balcone al secondo piano possono vedere il paesaggio, ma l'effetto climatizzato è troppo cattivo, il piano è troppo caldo, la temperatura dell'isola è molto alta nel luglio, la temperatura dell'aria condizionata non può essere affrontata con comodità molto cattiva. Tutti gli oggetti dell'hotel sono soggetti a tasse, compresa l'acqua, non c'è una consegna gratuita.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

La camera era spaziosa e l'hotel era super pulito e estremamente confortevole. Tutto si sentiva nuovo e il servizio era davvero 5 stelle. Ci sorprendevamo felicemente di sapere che la piscina all'interno è in realtà solo un gigante giaccheggio. Abbiamo trascorso un'ora la nostra notte scorsa, che era molto bello. Il letto è davvero comodo e il posto è tranquillo. Ci è un servizio valet per parcheggiare la vostra auto e abbiamo bevute e snack benvenuti all'arrivo. Grazie ancora per la bottiglia di vino e frutta gratis come regalo di benvenuto VIP. Ci siamo davvero goditi e torneremo in questo hotel se mai visitare Chania un giorno di nuovo.

Il personale molto sforzato, erano 3 notti in aprile - per la piscina e il mare troppo freddo, In pochi minuti si trovano nel ”centro” - alcuni locali e supermercati - per noi è stato più basso per le escursioni Nel settore SPA si costruisce una piscina all'interno se si può usarla - sarebbe fantastico per la stagione incrociata Colazione eccellente, parcheggio disponibile.

Superbe hôtel ! Moderne et service très agréable dès votre arrivée à la réception. Très bon petit déjeuner! Varié et de qualité avec un service à table pour la partie cafétérie. Jus d’orange frais( c’est rare pour le signaler) Le buffet du soir est trop chère pour ce que sais si je devais trouver un défaut.

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Great all-inclusive hotel for families: food and drinks are very good, 3 large pools, fun evenings, only 10 minute walk to beautiful beach, bus stop nearby, large parking. We had a wonderful time there!

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
