Superb location. We upgraded to a suite with a spa bath. Lovely view overlooking the harbour. Free water in the fridge. Very spacious room. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choice.

bellissimo hotel!! siamo stati per 2 notti. camere pulite e ordinate, personale cortese e attento. colazione buonissima e tipica !! posizione ottima nel centro, vicino a tutto. non c’è il parcheggio ma è facile trovarlo sulla strada o in quelli privati vicini (consiglio il parking plaza, a buon prezzo e praticamente in centro). consiglio!!!!

The bedroom was large and felt very comfortable with high ceilings, although we didnt have views of the water we had views of the cobble stone street which was pretty also. The windows are sensored so when you open them the air-conditioning turns off. I wouldnt recommend staying here if you plan on hiring a car as parking would be difficult or if you found it hard to walk as there is no lift access and getting bags up and down the stairs is difficult especially if you opt for the higher level. Staff were accommodating and friendly, one of them offered to assist in carrying one of our bags up the stairs.

The hotel itself is so cute and the bed is SO comfortable. Our room was on the non-port side so it was quiet but I imagine it could be noisy if you have a waterfront view. No elevator but our room was on the first floor so that didn’t bother us! Luggage storage was convenient. Breakfast was supplied. We would stay again! The staff were friendly well. Location was great for access to the port. Insider tip: If you are going to use the bus station, keep in mind that it is hilly and you will be carrying luggage for about 10 mins up and down hills.

This was a great hotel that was in a nice central location right next to the harbor in Chania. The hotel itself is located in a building that is at least 200 hundred years old but has been tastefully updated and has all the modern conveniences while still retaining its old world charm. The rooms were spacious, had lots of light and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel also offers a great breakfast option that had hot and cold items and was a wonderful way to start our day. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Chania, Crete.

Great breakfast choice, staff were very helpful and friendly, very clean.
Especially loved the 'towel dog' wearing sunglasses (my ones! :)) which greeted us when we returned to the room after breakfast, talented and lovely cleaner.
Would return to Chania and the hotel.
