UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato uno dei tanti hotel che abbiamo guardato, ma dopo tante recensioni positive sull'hotel e il personale non c'era alcun brainer da prenotare e non siamo stati delusi. L'hotel è pulito e gli adulti lo fanno solo un bonus. E 'a 10 secondi di distanza dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è una coppa mai sovraccarica e l'acqua è cristallina chiara e morbida per un lungo cammino. Molte piccole negozi e posti per mangiare in questo piccolo villaggio. Colazione in hotel era buona, deliziosa. Non sprecato per la scelta, ma abbastanza per qualsiasi gusto. Piscina è grande sempre ottenere un letto. Ma siamo andati principalmente alla spiaggia. C'è un posto per noleggiare una macchina vicino e un viaggio a Chania Old Town è assolutamente necessario. Volevo tornare qui per essere sicuri e a questo bel hotel. Molto consiglia.

UUtente ospiteDie Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut.
Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht.
Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

LLéo WThis hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

SSunny FLa struttura è stata molto amichevole e utile, e la camera è stata buona, abbiamo ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito, che ci ha trasferiti in un altro dei loro altri hotel (Corissia Princess Hotel) che è stato bello.
La custodia delle case avrebbe potuto essere più approfondita, abbiamo lasciato le tute sul pavimento del bagno e non sono state sostituite, non hanno nemmeno riempito i sacchi di tè, ma la ricezione è veloce per riparare.
L'acqua calda usciva uno dei giorni che era annoiante, ma la manutenzione era veloce per ripararla.
Le piscine, le sedie di spiaggia, la zona privata di spiaggia sembrava grande, ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usarle, perché il tempo non era grande e la piscina interna chiusa circa le 7:00.
La colazione era buona e la posizione era bella (non collegata all'hotel)

AA.BatiukWe had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season.
Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.

GGrimNon appena ho sentito le capre con le loro piccole campane, sapevo che mi piaceva questo posto.
La famiglia che la guidava era bella, e mia madre mi fece anche fare un picnic per andare in marcia prima che papà ci diede un ascensore al punto di partenza.
Forse perché non succede mai a casa, ma ho ordinato una birra in basso al mio arrivo, e ho ricevuto olive libere - che mi ha reso il giorno assoluto e, sebbene incorrutto in precedenza, la mia lealtà è stata acquistata immediatamente e completamente.
Ho anche il coniglio inghiottito una cosa che mi ha gusto molto, anche se la salata stessa era ancora migliore, anche se mi maledice la lingua carnivora di dire.
La camera da letto aveva un grande balcone per guardare fuori dalle colline verdi e rocciose; il letto era molto confortevole, e in realtà era un po’ più freddo in alto all’Omalo (in giugno), che rendeva il sonno molto facile per coloro come me che correvano caldo. Un grande trucco fluffy nel tavolo, però per coloro di voi che amano essere più caldi.
Il bagno è un po' piccolo e si trova all'altezza dello spettro di altezza dovevo essere attento a non sbattermi fuori sul bacino della mano quando si usa il bagno. Ma se sei sotto i 6 piedi, si appenderà la genetica sul loro piccolo schiena.
L'edificio è relativamente vecchio, quindi si aspetta di sentire qualche calcio mentre altri ospiti passano la vostra stanza, ma, oltre a questo, felicemente tranquillo di notte.
La figlia della famiglia parla davvero bene inglese, che ha aiutato un paio di volte, quando mi sembrava di aver dimenticato tutto il mio greco (che non avevo appreso prima di arrivare).
Non posso consigliare questo hotel a casa abbastanza, quindi se stai andando a camminare, parcheggiare la tua auto qui e rimanere la notte. Poi restare a Agia Romelli alla fine della camminata. Poi torna a Omalos il giorno dopo e ritrovi un po'di stile di casa cucinando nel tuo corpo stanco.
O qualunque sia il tuo traghetto.

The value for money was excellent, and the room actually exceeded my expectations—it looked even better in real life than in the photos. We had a beautiful view from the window, and the location was perfect: quiet, yet only a two-minute walk to the beach. Same for bus stop to Chania.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, and it was equipped with everything we needed. It felt more like a small apartment, complete with a kitchen and a spacious balcony where we really enjoyed spending time.
We liked it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the rooms were already fully booked for our dates. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

AAnastasia123We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water.
The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive.
The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care.
This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

UUtente ospiteThe staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.
