callmejackThis was a great place. Obviously you need a car to reach, but then most places on the island outside the city do. Plenty of parking on site.
Family run. Super nice and friendly. Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views of sea. Our room wasn't too big, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we're out most of the time.
The pool was cute. We went early in morning and evening and didn't find it busy. Breakfast buffet was small but again, nothing really to complain about. We ate the food and were satisfied.
It can be a bit tricky initially to navigate and find your way to the hotel from the main road. There are several routes. Just drive slow and you'll be fine.
Overall, we had a nice holiday and if we're coming back to the same area we would probably choose to stay here again.

L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato a 30 metri dal mare e dispone di letti solari. Ho avuto una stanza al primo piano (altre stanze sono diverse, consiglio di negoziare il primo piano quando si prenota). È stato un appartamento quasi perfetto per 1-2 persone. ”Quasi” solo perché la cucina è davvero fondamentale, non si può davvero cucinare niente più complesso di una salsa. D'altra parte, perché si cucina anche una salsa, se ci sono così tanti posti carini con cibo eccellente intorno? Il letto, il bagno, i mobili e tutto il resto sono in ottima condizione.
La parte migliore è Maria e Veronica, che la mantengono in ordine e pulita e gentile aiutate con tutti i vostri problemi. Non essere timido di chiedere. Ho avuto un volo molto tardi, quindi mi hanno lasciato atterrire in un'altra stanza extra fino alla sera. Apprezzo davvero l'atteggiamento personale caldo che è impossibile in grandi resort di fantasia.
E sì, la palma data all'ingresso sembra fantastica! vedi la foto

Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season.
Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water.
The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive.
The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care.
This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

The place is good looking and clean but it is not functional. The light could not be on while you open the door. You cannot go outside and take the key if someone else is in the room or they lose electricity. The shower has so little pressure that you simply cannot keep the water temperature, it is always too cold or too hot. There is no insolation so you hear everything from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. It is located in coviniently at the old town center which is good if you do not have a car. If you do have a car it is very difficult to find parking and you will face heavy traffic every day.

Oggi sono tornato a casa dopo aver passato una settimana straordinaria in questo hotel a famiglia, e posso dirvi che è stata una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto, piena di persone carine e di grandi condizioni meteorologiche greche. L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato, si dispone di molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Lidl è a piedi solo 5-7 min. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel c'era un grande negozio di caffè- Muoversi. Il centro di Chania si trova vicino all'hotel, con una fermata di autobus che vi porterà a una bella passeggiata e a una deliziosa cena. Ogni giorno le ragazze si assicuravano che la nostra stanza fosse pulita e che abbiamo nuovi asciugamani, e facevano composizione piuttosto impressionante da fiori e asciugamani 😁 Il manager dell'hotel era estremamente amichevole e sempre affrontato in modo efficace le richieste che avevamo .La colazione era deliziosa e il nostro soggiorno era estremamente piacevole. Visitare questo hotel per sentire l'ospitalità greca sorprendente.

The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
