Hotel con colazione a Nanning

Our 2nd visit, though I imagine our last. Location is quite good and check in and out were easy and painless. However some things felt noticeably not as good as before. The breakfast lack the choices we experienced in 2024. The pastries and cereals were stale, I also got up to make myself a tea and when I returned, not only had my breakfast been cleared away but another family had been placed there.  The lifts seemed to not be acting at capacity which worsened the experience down substantially (when you have to go the 80th floor before anything else)  The room however was lovely, comfy and spacious with a gorgeous view on the City.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

La stanza è pulita e pulita, e la versione confortevole 1 (commentario generale) La stanza è pulita e pulita, i prodotti per letto sono morbidi e dormi molto stabili, e la saliva è asciutta.La luce è ben ventilata, l'infrastruttura è completa e l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è stabile.Il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta e prudente e gestisce l'efficienza di soggiorno. La posizione è comoda per il viaggio, il rapporto costo-beneficio complessivo è molto alto, l'esperienza di soggiorno è confortevole, e la prossima volta il viaggio sceglierebbe l'hotel.

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito, le camere sono pulite, spaziose e il personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima. Purtroppo c'è stato un inconveniente che non mi è piaciuto. Si accede alla piscina solo con la cuffia ma questo non è indicato da nessuna parte, in hotel vedono le cuffie a circa 12 euro cadauna. Trovo scandaloso un servizio così per un hotel 5 stelle. Se c'è l'obbligo della cuffia va indicato in fase di prenotazione anche perché normalmente chi viaggia non si porta la cuffia.

Excellent service from the staff, who were consistently polite, warm, and attentive. Nice and comfy room. The room was impeccably clean and very well maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotel is located in a central area close to all the shopping and night markets. Lots of food choices. 5 minutes walk to Chaoyang metro station which is super convenient. Hotel room is clean and well equipt with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was so so with mostly similar items daily. There is a self catering laundry room for your washing needs.

Abbiamo pernottato per un volo del mattino successivo in ritardo, ma nessun problema, dato che l'hotel ci ha permesso di tenere la camera fino alle 14:00 senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Non è stato richiesto alcun deposito all'arrivo. Per il prezzo non ci aspettavamo molto, come ci si può sbagliare? Ho soggiornato in hotel che costavano quattro volte tanto quello che abbiamo pagato e che non si avvicinavano minimamente a questo. La camera era climatizzata, ben preparata e pulita, con una doccia eccellente, un must per noi. Alla partenza, un membro del personale ci ha aiutato con i bagagli durante il breve tragitto fino alle partenze, ci ha lasciati solo dopo averli trovati e ci ha accompagnati al check-in corretto. Un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e cortese. La prossima volta che andremo a trovare la famiglia a Nanning, sicuramente utilizzeremo questo hotel sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole!

The rooms are OK. But the other facilities are rundown. The breakfast area needs renovation. Also. Room and toilet is separated by a frosted glass which can see the shadow of person vathingvery clearly. Practically no privacy if staying with friends and family. Not recommended.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

My comments not meant to be criticism, but to help improve the service... i stayed at room 2715. Originally booked for 5 nights, but cancelled for 4 nights. 27th floor corridors are literally black and narrow, it feels depressing. Not only that, it is extremely hot and stuffy. The room is fully carpeted, but i don't think it has been cleaned for a long time. The whole time i was there, it smelt like an unwashed sock. The closed windows, heat, humidity and dark decor only made it worse. Notes: bedside left light and wash room mirror right side lights are not working. bathtub is also leaking. the windows are long overdue for cleaning. On the bright side, the staff are helpful and doing their best to help.
