YYingruWe had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by how extremely service-oriented the staff were—everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to the lady who assisted us during check-in; unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she made us feel very welcome right from the start.
The laundry service was a big plus and very convenient. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, there was a very sweet cleaning lady in the lobby who proactively helped us with our luggage when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast spread was also really good, with plenty of variety and a great way to start the day. Overall, the level of service truly stood out and made our stay extra pleasant.

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.
Comfy robes and slippers.

RRubisushPer questo soggiorno, devi dare un buon complimento! La casa è dotata di un piccolo controllo intelligente, aria condizionata, luce, camera molto spaziosa e luminosa e letti molto comodi. La signorina e la sorella della ricetta sono molto responsabili. La colazione è anche molto buona. Il parcheggio è conveniente. Devo andare a prendere il bagaglio di assistenza e mettere il capanno in aria molto amichevole per le ragazze

UUtente ospiteThis is my second time at Nanning Crowne Plaza Hotel. I feel excellent in their service, cleanliness and wonderful breakfast. Only my bathroom door was unable to close properly and there was a gap. Please get maintenance to fit the door and the bathroom tub, water can't go through sinks. On the 15th December I forgot to collect back my cash deposit over the counter. Have asked my friend on behalf of me to collect back my cash deposit.

UUtente ospiteOverall the hotel is well organzied. Only staff not smart, careful and not detailed in mind.
My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

DDaniel_sg123Situato in un edificio con altri 5 hotel vicino alla piazza Chaoyang. Passeggiata a grandi negozi e alla vecchia città. Molte opzioni alimentari. Il minore punto è che si può sentire la musica difficilmente dalla piazza Chaoyang cantare e ballare dopo le 9:00, ma la musica sarà fuori alle 10:00. Il personale è utile soprattutto Xiao che ha aiutato con l'app Alipay a trovare la posizione per chiamare DiDi hail riding, 🙏

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

UUtente ospiteIn generale, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Delphie Sky era un sacchetto misto, che portava a una media di valutazione. Anche se ci sono stati alcuni positivi, i negativi relativi alla pulizia erano difficili da ignorare.
Il servizio era eccellente, il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare. Dal desk front al team di custodia, tutti i miei interagire erano piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è anche un grande plus. Si trova a buon mercato vicino [indicare un paesaggio o una zona, ad esempio, il centro della città, il trasporto pubblico, le attrazioni popolari], rendendo facile andare in giro e esplorare la città.
Ma la questione principale per me era la pulizia della stanza; quando entravo, c’era un leggero, ma notabile odore che proveniva dal letto, che era piuttosto insensibile. Il tappeto era anche sporco e tintato, che si detraeva dal senso generale della stanza; mentre le foglie e gli asciugamani sembravano puliti, questi altri problemi mi facevano sentire meno confortevole durante il mio soggiorno.
In sintesi, se cerchi un hotel con un servizio eccellente e una posizione di prima qualità, questa potrebbe essere una buona opzione. Tuttavia, se la pulizia è una priorità assoluta per voi, potrebbe voler prendere in considerazione altre opzioni. Con un po' di più attenzione ai dettagli delle procedure di pulizia, l'Hotel Delphie Sky ha il potenziale di essere veramente eccellente.

WWaibibabuahahaha網上看到這麼大面積的一房一廳才賣這個價格，性價比還可以，抱着試一試的心態預訂的。比預期好一點，風格是比較老錢風那種，房間打掃衞生還是乾淨的，設施設備這些都很齊全，客廳還有很大的沙發以及辦公桌，吃外賣放東西很方便，適合出來旅遊東西又比較多的，尤其是跟朋友一起出行還有個區域聊天。前台服務也挺好的，加微信還發一些周邊遊玩推薦。看推薦發現酒店地理位置位置也挺不錯的，酒店後巷很多吃的，埌西夜市也不遠，還體驗了茶麩洗頭，洗完火辣辣的那種，離民歌湖國際音樂小鎮很近，晚上和女朋友逛民歌湖很浪漫，延着湖邊散步，還有歌手駐場。對了，酒店的早餐其實還可以，是自助早餐，老友粉蠻好吃的，菜一看都是新鮮現炒出來的
