Il dipartimento frontale era professionale e super utile nel curare tutte le nostre esigenze.
Anche se il mobilio della stanza è un po'soppresso, è pulito e non ha influenzato il nostro soggiorno.
Godetevi il nostro soggiorno, e noi considereremo di rimanere qui se visitaremo Nanning di nuovo

LLIM RedIf you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel.
I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry.
I am a returning guest.
First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031
Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003
During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway.
On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet.
On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage.
I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them.
During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected.
This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing.
This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Il mio soggiorno si estendeva un giorno, poiché non potevo cambiare la prenotazione originale (un soggiorno di due giorni), e ne facevo un altro separatamente. Dopo l'ispezione, ricordava la ricezione, e il signore mi ha organizzato il check-in per tutta la tregua. Purtroppo, la stanza assegnata al 19° piano (?) ha un odore di fumo cattivo, quindi ho chiesto un cambio di stanza, prima la signora del servizio clienti mi ha chiesto di aprire la finestra, e di dare un'altra scusa e ho cercato di rifiutare la mia richiesta, Dopo molte richieste, ha detto che mi avrebbe organizzato e mi avrebbe rimesso. Ciò ha preso 15-20mins e ancora non ha richiamato per aggiornamenti, fino a quando non ho richiamato e finalmente ho cambiato la stanza al 18.
Un' altra esperienza cattiva è stata :
1) dopo aver cambiato la stanza al 18°, solo due giorni sono stati organizzati e il terzo giorno quando sono tornato in camera, la mia carta era disabilitata e dovevo andare in ricevimento e avere la mia carta riattivata, dove la ragazza mi ha contestato la mia prenotazione, ha detto che non c'è alcun record che dimostri che ho la prenotazione del 3° giorno ...
2) la mia prenotazione è una sala esecutiva, con servizio di soggiorno gratuito, dopo essere trasferito al 18°, non sono in grado di accedere al 19° per godere della sala, e, dovevo andare in ricezione, di nuovo ...
per il resto, il servizio generale è OK, e la sala è grande.

HHRKOOWe booked the hotel again for our return trip after seeing great reviews and no regrets! Near junction of shopping street, very convenient. Can walk to 三街两巷. Service on the ground floor was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was basic local food. Overall stay was pleasant and like the huge space. The opposite park had people singing for both times we were there and they stopped at 10pm sharp. Felt the vibrant city and how the folks enjoy life! The night market behind Uniqlo had people offering good and cheap massage along the street. People on the streets were friendly too. There are a few hotels in the same building so look out for the correct check in lobby.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.
