UUtente ospiteIl nostro bagno è stato molto spazioso e con buone attrazioni.
Il dipartimento frontale era professionale e super utile nel curare tutte le nostre esigenze.
Anche se il mobilio della stanza è un po'soppresso, è pulito e non ha influenzato il nostro soggiorno.
Godetevi il nostro soggiorno, e noi considereremo di rimanere qui se visitaremo Nanning di nuovo

UUtente ospiteHotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

Colazione ottima.
Purtroppo c'è stato un inconveniente che non mi è piaciuto.
Si accede alla piscina solo con la cuffia ma questo non è indicato da nessuna parte, in hotel vedono le cuffie a circa 12 euro cadauna.
Trovo scandaloso un servizio così per un hotel 5 stelle.
Se c'è l'obbligo della cuffia va indicato in fase di prenotazione anche perché normalmente chi viaggia non si porta la cuffia.

LLIM RedIf you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel.
I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry.
I am a returning guest.
First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031
Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003
During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway.
On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet.
On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage.
I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them.
During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected.
This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing.
This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

PPatsimHighly recommend to stay here. Bed is very comfortable and we continue to stay for another 2 nights. Love the laundry room with washer, dryer and detergent provided. Walking distance to shopping area and easy to access to places of interest.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo pernottato per un volo del mattino successivo in ritardo, ma nessun problema, dato che l'hotel ci ha permesso di tenere la camera fino alle 14:00 senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Non è stato richiesto alcun deposito all'arrivo. Per il prezzo non ci aspettavamo molto, come ci si può sbagliare? Ho soggiornato in hotel che costavano quattro volte tanto quello che abbiamo pagato e che non si avvicinavano minimamente a questo.
La camera era climatizzata, ben preparata e pulita, con una doccia eccellente, un must per noi.
Alla partenza, un membro del personale ci ha aiutato con i bagagli durante il breve tragitto fino alle partenze, ci ha lasciati solo dopo averli trovati e ci ha accompagnati al check-in corretto. Un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e cortese.
La prossima volta che andremo a trovare la famiglia a Nanning, sicuramente utilizzeremo questo hotel sia all'arrivo che alla partenza.

UUtente ospiteWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto a Sanzan Hotel, situato vicino alla stazione di metropolitana Jinhu Square a Nanning, e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza.
Posizione:
La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano di esplorare la città. Ci sono anche molti negozi, ristoranti e mercati locali nella zona circostante, che è incredibilmente conveniente.
& Servizio di check-in:
Il processo di check-in era semplice ed efficiente. Il personale era amichevole e parlava abbastanza inglese per aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Erano sempre pronti a offrire orientamenti o aiuto con i taxi, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più facile.
Camera:
La camera che mi sono fermata era pulita, moderna e confortevole. Il letto era morbido e le mutandine erano a posto per un buon sonno. La camera è dotata di tutte le comodità, come TV a schermo piatto, minibar, Wi-Fi gratuito e un'unità di aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente.
Servizi:
L'hotel dispone di un piccolo ma funzionale centro fitness, che ho usato poche volte durante il mio soggiorno. Anche se non è un palestra massiccio, ha abbastanza attrezzature per un allenamento decente. È anche un ristorante sul posto che serve una varietà di piatti cinesi. Il buffet del colazione è semplice ma delizioso, offrendo una combinazione di opzioni locali e continentali.

Il Sanzan Hotel offre un'ottima qualità per i soldi, in particolare per un hotel situato in una posizione così conveniente vicino a una stazione di metro.
