Hotel con colazione a Nanchino

La posizione del B&B è eccezionale; sia Laomendong che il Tempio di Confucio (Fuzi Miao) sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche il Museo delle Mura della Città. Il servizio è discreto, anche se sarebbe stato molto apprezzato un aiuto con i bagagli durante il trasferimento. La pulizia della camera è buona, e la stanza è spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione, sebbene non abbondante, si distingue per la sua pulizia, il buon sapore e la freschezza, con una quantità giusta per non sprecare nulla, il che è un punto a favore. Xiao Mai è molto docile e i bambini l'hanno adorata. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. La prossima volta che sarò in zona, tornerò sicuramente qui. Consigliatissimo!

Sto viaggiando a Nanchino. Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. I vantaggi di questo hotel sono: 1. È vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana. Ci vogliono circa otto-dieci minuti a piedi senza dover attraversare la strada. La stazione di Xinjiekou è vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni. 2. Ci sono moltissimi centri commerciali nelle vicinanze, tra cui Deji, Golden Eagle, New Department Store, Central, Golden Wheel, Friendship e marchi alimentari di lusso. 3. L'hotel è un edificio separato. L'ascensore sale al piano superiore con una tessera e non c'è attesa. L'ascensore è veloce e il robot per la consegna del cibo lo consegna rapidamente in camera, il che è molto comodo. 4. L'hotel ha buone recensioni per l'accettazione dei pacchi. Prima del mio viaggio, ho ordinato 15 pacchi e li ho spediti all'hotel. La reception li ha ricevuti tutti. Più tardi, hanno trovato due pacchi mancanti e il robot li ha consegnati. Uno era in ritardo, quindi la reception ha gentilmente rifiutato e lo ha restituito. Mi hanno anche dato dei souvenir di cioccolato al momento del check-in e della frutta al momento del check-out. Mi hanno persino dato dei timbri nella hall. 5: La pulizia della camera era abbastanza buona. Ci sono dei lavori in corso nelle vicinanze, ma il rumore non è forte. È generalmente tranquillo, con circa una dozzina di camere per piano. Basta portare giù i capi sporchi e indicare se possono essere mescolati, e loro li laveranno, asciugheranno e li consegneranno in camera. 6: La reception è stata attenta, paziente, gentile e accogliente, e il loro valore emotivo è stato molto buono. Contro: La camera era un po' piccola, più piccola del previsto.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Molto buona esperienza.La nuova decorazione dello stile cinese interno è semplice e pulita, e il champagne è molto comodo.La stanza è grande, la disposizione è buona, il letto è molto morbido, e i pannolini sono particolarmente comodi. Esci per una passeggiata di notte, il lago artificiale centrale è molto carino, il panorama della piattaforma è anche molto buono, e c'è una biblioteca e un museo.Luffy e Greta Daniel sono molto presenti. Il punto di forno consegnato ha un buon gusto, e la vendita ci aiuta a mandare alla porta.

Quando arriverai, trova Frankie: lavora qui e è assolutamente brillante, gentiluomo e conosciuto. In questo modo, si amano assolutamente la cucina locale e occidentale, il bar, la spiaggia falsa, il lago con i kayaks e le camere balconi sono straordinarie. Il posto è enorme e ci fa qualcosa per tutti, sia tu sia in famiglia. Però, i bambini di fine settimana sono troppo numerosi, quindi non si aspetta che le piscine siano belle e lussuose. Qualunque cosa, il prezzo è molto utile, e il servizio in camera è molto veloce quando hanno il personale di lingua inglese che prende la vostra chiamata. Le strutture sono grandi, la vista è semplicemente respiro, e i taxi locali e i camion didi possono facilmente entrare all'interno per cadere o prendere. Oh, e lo spettacolo della fonte è anche eccezionale!

Posizione eccellente dell'hotel, sia l'uscita 2 che l'uscita 7 della linea 3 della metropolitana (stazione Fuzimiao) sono comode. Dalla finestra della camera assegnataci potevamo vedere il Tempio di Confucio. Siamo andati al Festival delle Lanterne di Bailuzhou e a Laomendong a piedi, ed è stato molto comodo tornare direttamente in hotel a riposare dopo aver ammirato le luci e passeggiato. Anche la camera era pulita, il personale di servizio puliva e svuotava i rifiuti ogni pomeriggio. Se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa, rispondevano prontamente ai messaggi e risolvevano il problema immediatamente. Anche la consegna dei pasti tramite robot era estremamente comoda. Ottimo 👍👍👍

This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Just had the most incredible stay at Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel! As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all! My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance. A huge shoutout to the hotel staff and managers for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Questo soggiorno è stato fantastico! La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era soffice come una nuvola e ho dormito profondamente tutta la notte. La receptionist è stata incredibilmente disponibile e la vista dal sesto piano dell'hotel, con vista sulla zona del Tempio di Confucio, era incredibile. La colazione era eccellente, con piatti caldi, frutta e snack, tutti deliziosi. La posizione è super comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta!

La posizione è molto comoda, proprio nel cuore della zona panoramica del Tempio di Confucio, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'uscita 2 della stazione della metropolitana Confucio Temple (linee 3 e 5). Si trova diagonalmente di fronte al ristorante Nanjing Impressions. Molti ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Servizio: Il personale della reception e dei piani è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La receptionist mi ha persino offerto un upgrade della camera. In generale, sono stati molto disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Pulizia: La camera era molto pulita; non c'erano odori sgradevoli o problemi di igiene all'ingresso. Servizi: Forse a causa della posizione privilegiata, il bagno è un po' piccolo e bisogna attraversare la zona del WC per arrivare alla doccia, il che non garantisce molta privacy. Un altro problema è che il fumo di sigaretta proveniente dagli ospiti del piano superiore o inferiore potrebbe entrare in camera. Ho sentito odore di fumo due volte al mio rientro in camera e di nuovo la mattina presto. L'ho segnalato alla reception al momento del check-out e mi hanno detto che poteva provenire dall'impianto idraulico. Nel complesso, è accettabile, dato che il problema si è risolto rapidamente aprendo la finestra per arieggiare.
