아파트먼트형 패밀리 숙소라 큰 냉장고, 전자렌지, 세탁기, 식탁 등이 있어서 좋았어요. 간단한 옷가지를 숙소에서 세탁하고 저녁때는 식탁에 모여 앉아 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 부모님의 만족도가 높았어요. 로비 엘베는 다소 오래 기다려야해서 불편했는데 다른 상가?로 이동하는 엘베를 찾아 이동했더니 편했어요. 같은 상가내 음식점, 스파 등 이용할 수 있어서 좋았네요. 로비 직원들 모두 친절했고요. 다음에 오면 또 방문 할 생각입니다.

We stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit. Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes. Where do I even start? The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference. Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures. One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy. We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care. To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here. This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dalian. The location was perfectly, everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast, which made our experience even more special. The hotel is relatively new, beautifully maintained, and has a fresh, luxurious scent throughout the property. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Dalian. Highly recommended.

Il Castle è davvero un hotel eccezionale! Dal momento in cui sono entrata nella hall, sono stata accolta da una fragranza meravigliosa, che in seguito ho scoperto essere quella dei prodotti da bagno dell'hotel. Mi è piaciuta così tanto che ho persino acquistato la crema corpo con la stessa fragranza. 😍 Situato su una collina, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato sul ponte Xinghai, così bello che non volevo nemmeno andarmene. A dire il vero, ho finito per annullare il mio programma solo per trascorrere più tempo in hotel! Anche se è leggermente distante dal centro città, non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi: i taxi sono sempre facili da trovare e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun inconveniente. La camera era assolutamente bellissima e immacolata. Non solo le condizioni della camera erano perfette, ma ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento. Vorrei esprimere in particolare la mia gratitudine a un membro del personale di nome Zora. 💘 Dopo il check-out, mi sono accorta di aver lasciato dei vestiti in camera. Anche se ho contattato l'hotel una settimana dopo, lei è stata molto gentile a controllare, mi ha inviato foto tramite WeChat e mi ha aiutato a recuperare i miei effetti personali. Le sono davvero grata per il suo aiuto. Se dovessi tornare a Dalian, tornerò sicuramente al The Castle. I really enjoyed my stay here. Spacious room, great location near Zhongshan Square with Little Venice also walkable distance. Service was excellent and offered great value. Views across harbour out to see were exceptional.

We had a lovely time Hard Rock Hotel Dalian. The check-in process is very smooth and our room was upgraded to higher floor. The room is clean and very comfortable. The front desk officer, 草蜢 and Lawrence, helped us receiving packages, recommending nice restaurants to eat, even lending us umbrellas when it's raining. We also enjoyed watching football match with live music at the bar. The bartender, 王晋伟, especially made us feel very welcome and made sure we had a fun night there.
