Hotel con balcone a Ko Lan

Well what a place , excellent , on arrival a very warm welcome from the owner/manager and we were early but room was ready and happy for us to check in , they offer tea, coffee and noodles for free 😊 The room was perfect and probably the best bed we had slept in for 20days , fridge full of things that you can drink and pay for at end of your stay We then took a walk but with not a great foot from a injury we soon seeked for a scooter and the owner let us rent his at 250bht each so we had 1 each . Best thing we did was getting a scooter its only way to see this island and we only had 1 night. There are a lot of places to rent scooters but if you can deal with the 3min walk from the pier to this place I would you hang on so to give them the revenue The island is lovely , places to sea , seafood buffets at a low cost and I mean bargains I just wish we had longer I think I could of done a week lol Thanks from Dan and Bon

Ho soggiornato qui per due notti e mi sono svegliato il giorno del mio compleanno mentre guardavo una bellissima alba sul Golfo della Thailandia / Golfo del Siam. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera doppia panoramica e penso che il nostro balcone fosse grande quasi quanto la nostra camera! Avevamo una splendida vista sull'acqua e sulle montagne, ed era super tranquillo. La prenotazione includeva la colazione per due e durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo anche ricevuto una motocicletta gratuita (con benzina gratuita). *** Avevo letto delle moto in altre recensioni ed ero scettico, ma la nostra prenotazione includeva la moto. (Forse dipende dal tipo di camera che prenoti). La colazione era buona e potevo sentire il cinguettio degli uccelli mentre bevevo il caffè ogni mattina. Un giorno abbiamo portato la moto a Samae Beach, ma mi sono assicurato di tornare nella stanza prima del tramonto perché sapevo che sarebbe stata una bellissima vista dal nostro balcone. Una sera andammo in un ristorante vicino sull'acqua e cenammo. Gli unici lati negativi erano: c'erano delle formiche nella nostra stanza (ma è normale in Tailandia) e una sera un club vicino suonava musica ad alto volume. Nel complesso, ho adorato questo posto e ci tornerei in futuro.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

Comfortabile soggiorno 😊 Bel luogo, molto vicino al pier Na Baan, raggiungibile a piedi.. Ho raggiunto il soggiorno con la mappa di google e mi sono chiesto intorno 😀 perché la loro entrata è piuttosto nascosta-- Questa è la bellezza di esso, come il paradiso segreto ✨ Sono venuto qui per il mio lavoro di ricerca... la mia fine settimana di lavoro... Gli ospiti sono molto amichevoli e utili.. Sono molto bisognoso, hehe Mi serve un certo colore per il mio letto, forniscono. Mi serve un asciugacapelli, forniscono. Devo noleggiare una moto, forniscono. Ho bisogno di acqua calda, hanno ✨ Per colazione, sicuramente mangio molto. 1 cosa, il serbatoio di flusso igienico non funziona correttamente a meno che non riempia manualmente il serbatoio.. We originally booked 3 nights at Tawaen Beach Resort and ended up extending for another 3 nights — and honestly, that says everything. This is not our first stay. We were here six months ago, stayed in the same resort, and deliberately came back again. Consistency matters, and Tawaen Beach Resort delivers it every single time. The staff are outstanding — professional, genuinely kind, attentive, and always accommodating. You feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of from the moment you arrive. The food and coffee pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to neighboring resorts where prices feel exaggerated and borderline absurd. Here, you actually feel you’re getting value without being taken advantage of. Cleanliness deserves special mention. The hygiene standards are truly top-tier resort level — rooms, lobby, common areas — everything is spotless and well maintained. This is something many resorts on the island fail at, even if they look nice on the outside. Location? Simply unbeatable. You step out of the resort and within seconds, you’re standing in front of a magical turquoise-blue sea and perfectly clean, soft white sand — genuinely one of the best beach fronts in Koh Larn. They have beach lounges and chairs where you can relax all day, and the beach staff constantly adjust the umbrellas as the sun moves — a small detail that makes a huge difference. Service is attentive without being intrusive. What truly impressed us: Over the past few weeks, we met multiple couples (not one, not two — FOUR) who stayed at nearby resorts and had nightmare experiences — poor hygiene, bad rooms, disappointing service. After visiting our room, lobby, and seeing the standards at Tawaen Beach Resort, they immediately canceled their bookings and rebooked here. That alone speaks volumes. We live just outside Pattaya and come to Koh Larn almost every month. One thing is absolutely certain: We will never stay anywhere else. Ever. The pricing is very fair, especially compared to the nonsense prices next door that don’t deliver even half the quality. Try this place once — and you’re hooked for life. We proudly consider ourselves lifetime clients. Couldn’t ask for better. Period.

Everything is top notch. In hotel premise is a good spot to take photo too. Breakfast is provided and no limit for extra food. Bike is available but have to add 300 baht for the whole day use. When is the time to check out, they provide the service to send you to the pier. Just would be better if they do provide iron. Anyway i will come to stay in this hotel again if i woild visit Koh Larn

Nice location near the pier, although you need to wind between some alleyways. The view, as shown in the website photos, is not quite what you get. Lovely breakfast, made to order. Room and bathroom are both clean and comfortable. Scooters are available for hire at the premises.

Жили тут 11 дней, за это время в номере убрались 2 раза, когда кончалась вода/туалетная бумага/кофе приходилось выпрашивать у владельца. От отеля до Манки бич 2,5 км, до пирса Бали хай 700 метров, рядом много кафешек/магазинов. Байк (300) и такси (100)можно попросить у владельца. Ночью долбит музыка из кафешек,все бы ничего, но певцам на ухо медведь наступил. На улице где можно посидеть хорошо, но много мух, муравьев и Комаров. Из плюсов сад осень красивый,

La posizione eccellente sulla spiaggia di Tawain. Inizialmente prenotato sulla spiaggia di Samae, ma i piani sono cambiati e dovevano andare a questo hotel. Orentir era 7/11. E' emerso che la spiaggia ci ha organizzato al 100% . L'hotel è secondario, ma è stato decente e con vista sul mare delle camere. L'hotel funziona senza colazione, ma 7/11 in aiuto a notte pasticcerie con uova e banane che possono essere prese per colazione Noleggio delle biciclette 86 all'ingresso dell'hotel,300 bagni per un giorno intero..
