UUtente ospiteIl servizio del personale di galleria è gentile e ha un posto di parcheggio, ma è troppo tardi per arrivare, non c'è posto per fermarsi; la stanza è ampia e pulita, ma perché questa volta è una casa di famiglia, il giardino non è separato, quindi è un po'inconveniente; la sicurezza della porta è bloccata; il mercato notturno è vicino e mangia conveniente; La colazione è deliziosa e la macchina del caffè della sala è disponibile gratuitamente fino alle 20:30 ~

KKlo99L'albero pulito e classico con grandi aree comuni. Il personale della reception è professionale e gentile. Forniscono un deposito bagagli gratuito. L'unica cosa inconfortabile è che i letti di bunker non hanno così tanta privacy come le tende copre metà della perla. Non forniscono asciugamani.

Gg_raceGrande posizione, buono che hanno un parcheggio molto ma hanno bisogno di camminare a distanza, non conveniente con bagagli. L'hotel è pulito, ma la camera è molto piccola. Bagno e toaletta separati. Acqua più fredda proprio fuori dalla stanza. Raccomanda!

PPamelaThe staff are SUPER nice and friendly. My family and i felt very welcomed here. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and gave tips on where to go.
The room (we booked for 3 of us) was decent and had amenities like disposable toothbrush toothpaste, comb, soaps, shampoo and shaver. There was a hairdryer that was really weak 😂 but enough hangers for us to put up our clothes and a tv with a couple of channels. We stayed on level 7 (accessible by lift) which was quiet, didn't hear the road outside at all, other tourists were also quiet and people were respectful.
Breakfast was included in our stay, a relatively decent meal, there were toasts with different spreads, chinese noodles, veggies, meat, plain buns and porridge. Coffee, orange juice and chrysanthemum tea. Fruits were watermelon and oranges.
Highlight of our stay was a 7.4magnitude earthquake while we were having breakfast. The whole place was shaking and staff were alert and quick to guide everyone out of the restaurant. One male staff member even quickly responded to make sure guests didn't run under the chandelier in the lobby. Thank goodness everyone was safe, nothing was damaged in the hotel at all. After being shaken up (both physically and mentally), we quickly checked out, and whilst in the room, another 6.4mag tremor hit. Scared us silly again but thankfully, everyone was safe, nothing was destroyed. Staff were very reassuring and empathetic (towards us who have never experienced quakes).
All in all a great fuss free stay. Convenient location to get to the train station where you can get buses to Alishan or train to Alishan. Would stay here again if i had the chance!

Worth to mention that they provide luggage storage on the day of check out only until 3pm (I think you might need to pay a small fee if you need to store your luggage for a longer period of time). If you are having a hard time picking where to eat or where to go, they got a raffle to help you decide the location which is kinda cool😆

UUtente ospiteThe hotels in Chiayi were quite expensive and this hotel was very decently priced for the standard. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice. Breakfast was functional, and the staff were friendly. Right across from the train station. Close to eating places and walkable to the night market. Absolutely no complaints.

RREASONPEIUna volta entrato in tribunale, è venuto un profumo confortevole, e la spiegazione della signorina Liu Tai è molto gentile.Se il parcheggio alla porta è pieno, c'è un parcheggio esclusivo a meno di cento metri.Il colazione è molto elegante, può essere fatto da solo con panini bianchi e riso di pollo, e un uomo del ristorante è anche un buon servizio. La domanda più grande è quando, un po'di distanza dal mercato notturno della strada culturale ....

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
