UUtente anonimoAround 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby.
The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet.
The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

Hhappy travel funOrange hotel wenhua is located nearby wenhua road night market, location is convenient. I book room for 3, the bed is comfortable with a soft comforter. Downstairs have one convenient store. Breakfast buffet is good with multiple choice. Have turkey rice, and is so good.

JJonas.Nice and clean accomodation. Staff amazing, housekeepers amazing. The only dirty bits I can find in my room is the mould on top of the shower (small amount). Location is wise… near to the station, night market and Smart Fish, a bit of a distance to local attractions (Hinoki Village). Facilities, lots of common areas. I will stay here again.

HHhtnkd在嘉義市區和平路圓環旁邊，很顯眼的一棟建築。
本來以為外觀就夠浮誇了，沒想到一進大門內部的擺設還是讓我內心不自主的讚嘆了一下。
各式的古董及人造綠植，配合花磚與布簾，營造的很具氛圍。頂樓還有一個晚上八點到十二的半的酒吧，很具特色的飯店，很適合安排小渡假。

XXianJennifer0510La posizione è molto conveniente! È molto conveniente andare alla stazione ferroviaria, negozi famosi, e mercati notturni! È a distanza di passeggiata! L'hotel offre biciclette gratuite! Inoltre, se arrivate presto, potete immagazzinare il bagaglio! L'hotel offre anche un pianoforte! Colazione gratuita! Anche se l'hotel sembra vecchio all'interno, la camera è molto spaziosa! Ci è anche un grande bagno 🛁! Family Mart è all'opuscolo dell'hotel, che è molto conveniente! Mi piace l'hotel Colazione gratuita, molto locale stile.

IIvy_OhStayed for 2 nights and everything seems ok except the wifi is poor. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You can get free detergent from the lobby but both the washer and dryer need to pay : NT50 for the washer and NT50 for the dryer. Breakfast was ok.

GGinny Qiu JCThis hotel's location is convenient as just across the road from the Chiayi Train station and bus stop to Alishan as well as the yellow tourist shuttle bus which takes you to Hinoki village City Park and other interesting sites. It's also about 15 min walk to the Wenhua Night Market a very vibrant spot for tourists looking for street food.
The Bf included in the hotel bookings has a very good variety of food buffet style and it was very tasty. Service is also excellent.
Reception was however a bit slow as there was only one staff there when we checked in.
The receptionist was helpful though in recommending bus and giving directions.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
