Hotel con colazione a Changsha

Questo hotel ridefinisce davvero il concetto di servizio di alta qualità negli hotel di lusso: personale cordiale, disponibile, attento e professionale. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad aiutare, estremamente comunicativo e reattivo tramite WeChat, e si prende cura di ogni esigenza. La mia impressione prima ancora dell'arrivo era già positiva, perché mi hanno aiutato a organizzare la spedizione anticipata di due pacchi in hotel. Mi hanno persino permesso di usare i loro recapiti come numero di telefono per effettuare l'ordine, dato che non avevo un numero locale. Al nostro arrivo, i pacchi ci aspettavano e il personale delle pulizie ha portato via gli imballaggi rimanenti. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito e non posso sottolineare abbastanza quanto fossero morbidi e profumati i nostri vestiti appena lavati. I prodotti da bagno sono del marchio di lusso Le Labo e l'acqua fornita è l'acqua minerale Evian. Ovviamente sono presenti anche asciugacapelli Dyson. I succhi di frutta sono freschi di giornata. Il barista ci ha persino preparato delle bevande da asporto da gustare durante le nostre uscite. Vengono offerti anche il tè pomeridiano e le zuppe serali, e gli ospiti possono scegliere l'orario e il luogo in cui desiderano riceverli (ad esempio, in camera o nella lounge dell'hotel). Ci hanno persino preparato del latte freddo per rinfrescarci dopo cena, dopo aver gustato il pollo piccante di Changsha. Un servizio davvero eccezionale! Una delle cose che distingue questo hotel da tutti gli altri in cui abbiamo soggiornato sono le attività pomeridiane offerte agli ospiti. Il secondo giorno abbiamo partecipato a un corso di smalto cloisonné in hotel e sicuramente esporremo i frutti del nostro lavoro a casa al nostro ritorno. Ci hanno fornito tutto il materiale necessario e una delle gentilissime commesse ci ha spiegato tutto con estrema pazienza, nonostante la barriera linguistica. Esperienze uniche come queste, offerte ogni giorno, rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Capisco perché questo hotel abbia vinto così tanti premi. Il personale se li è davvero meritati. È grazie alla loro dedizione che questo hotel si è guadagnato una reputazione così prestigiosa. Vale davvero ogni centesimo! Non so con precisione quando torneremo a Changsha, ma è entusiasmante sapere che l'hotel ha un'altra sede a Chengdu, che non vediamo l'ora di visitare, magari il prossimo anno. Posso solo dire che conserverò sempre un ricordo affettuoso di questo hotel e in particolare del suo personale, e che questo hotel ha sicuramente alzato l'asticella in termini di servizio eccellente.

Ho adorato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Sono stata in diversi hotel in Cina, sia di catene internazionali che locali, e credo che questo sia il mio preferito! Gli interni dell'hotel sono bellissimi, le camere sono spaziose, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero memorabile è stata la calorosa ospitalità del personale della reception. Non appena ho prenotato, mi hanno inviato un messaggio per aggiungerli su WeChat ed è stato facile contattarli per qualsiasi richiesta, a differenza di altri hotel in cui sono stata, dove è difficile raggiungere direttamente la reception. Mi hanno aiutato a raccogliere e ritirare dei pacchi presso la vicina fermata di CaiNiao quando mi trovavo in un'altra città e non potevo andarci. Ho apprezzato moltissimo questa premura! Quando sono arrivata in hotel, il personale è uscito fino alla macchina al freddo per aiutarci con i bagagli e ci ha offerto del tè caldo per riscaldarci. Dopo il check-in, il personale ha anche portato i nostri bagagli direttamente in camera. Pochi minuti dopo, mi hanno mandato un messaggio per chiedermi se fosse comodo ricevere i pacchi in camera tramite un robot. Poiché l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla strada principale, il personale ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare il taxi, assicurandosi che l'autista ci portasse direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel, così da non dover raggiungere la strada principale a piedi. If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti numero 2 e 3, è stato molto efficiente nell'emettere i biglietti e ha compreso le mie esigenze, provvedendo a fornirmeli secondo le mie richieste. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è stato ottimo. Le strutture erano complete e la comodità di non dover utilizzare una tessera per l'elettricità è stata un grande vantaggio, rendendo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

Approximate Spend: £84 (756 yuan). Very nicely furnished hotel in a very central area. One of the comfiest if not the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Great amenities with a mini bar that was replenished with each cleaning and a good hair dryer (which is so important). Good value! The only real issues I could mention were the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner) were named in Chinese and had random, non-indicative English names, so I had to translate to actually pick the correct item. I totally understand why this is the case, but maybe it is worth mentioning for the hotel. The mini fridge just didn’t cool anything, and was more just a cupboard. And only one toilet roll was given at a time, which was not ideal given I was ill throughout my stay. These are all minor issues and certainly don’t detract from my stay.

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10.
