Hotel con colazione a Changsha

L'atmosfera e il servizio in questo hotel erano davvero eccellenti. Sia nella hall, nei corridoi o negli ascensori, i membri dello staff ti salutavano sempre con un sorriso. Anche il terzo membro dello staff era molto gentile e cordiale. Durante tutto il soggiorno mi sono sentito particolarmente a mio agio e ho vissuto un'esperienza meravigliosa.

Questo hotel ridefinisce davvero il concetto di servizio di alta qualità negli hotel di lusso: personale cordiale, disponibile, attento e professionale. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad aiutare, estremamente comunicativo e reattivo tramite WeChat, e si prende cura di ogni esigenza. La mia impressione prima ancora dell'arrivo era già positiva, perché mi hanno aiutato a organizzare la spedizione anticipata di due pacchi in hotel. Mi hanno persino permesso di usare i loro recapiti come numero di telefono per effettuare l'ordine, dato che non avevo un numero locale. Al nostro arrivo, i pacchi ci aspettavano e il personale delle pulizie ha portato via gli imballaggi rimanenti. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito e non posso sottolineare abbastanza quanto fossero morbidi e profumati i nostri vestiti appena lavati. I prodotti da bagno sono del marchio di lusso Le Labo e l'acqua fornita è l'acqua minerale Evian. Ovviamente sono presenti anche asciugacapelli Dyson. Le colazioni giornaliere sono davvero sontuose: abalone la prima mattina e controfiletto di Angus la seconda. Potevamo ordinare il bis di qualsiasi piatto ci fosse piaciuto. I succhi di frutta sono freschi di giornata. Il barista ci ha persino preparato delle bevande da asporto da gustare durante le nostre uscite. Vengono offerti anche il tè pomeridiano e le zuppe serali, e gli ospiti possono scegliere l'orario e il luogo in cui desiderano riceverli (ad esempio, in camera o nella lounge dell'hotel). Ci hanno persino preparato del latte freddo per rinfrescarci dopo cena, dopo aver gustato il pollo piccante di Changsha. Un servizio davvero eccezionale! Una delle cose che distingue questo hotel da tutti gli altri in cui abbiamo soggiornato sono le attività pomeridiane offerte agli ospiti. Il secondo giorno abbiamo partecipato a un corso di smalto cloisonné in hotel e sicuramente esporremo i frutti del nostro lavoro a casa al nostro ritorno. Ci hanno fornito tutto il materiale necessario e una delle gentilissime commesse ci ha spiegato tutto con estrema pazienza, nonostante la barriera linguistica. Esperienze uniche come queste, offerte ogni giorno, rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Capisco perché questo hotel abbia vinto così tanti premi. Il personale se li è davvero meritati. È grazie alla loro dedizione che questo hotel si è guadagnato una reputazione così prestigiosa. Vale davvero ogni centesimo! Non so con precisione quando torneremo a Changsha, ma è entusiasmante sapere che l'hotel ha un'altra sede a Chengdu, che non vediamo l'ora di visitare, magari il prossimo anno. Posso solo dire che conserverò sempre un ricordo affettuoso di questo hotel e in particolare del suo personale, e che questo hotel ha sicuramente alzato l'asticella in termini di servizio eccellente.

Questo hotel è stato eccezionale! La pronta risposta del team tramite trip.com ha reso facile la prenotazione dei servizi. La disponibilità di snack in camera e la pausa tè pomeridiana sono state un gesto gentile da parte dell'hotel per gli ospiti stanchi e affamati che avevano bisogno di una breve pausa dal viaggio. Anche la vasca da bagno in camera era molto piacevole. La colazione era un'idea originale, con specialità di Changsha. Peccato non aver mangiato il tofu fermentato, quindi non l'abbiamo provato. L'hotel è pulito e situato in un quartiere tranquillo. Prendere un Didi può essere un po' difficile perché ci sono due punti di raccolta (uno proprio fuori dall'hotel e un altro appena in fondo alle scale di fronte all'hotel). La disponibilità di lavanderia self-service e detersivo è un vantaggio. L'hotel offre la maggior parte, se non tutti, i servizi necessari per un viaggio.

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

Dopo tre notti, l'hotel è molto tranquillo e il servizio è molto buono. Devo ringraziare in particolare il personale della zia e della lavanderia del ristorante.Ho visto il personale maschile lavorare nella lavanderia a piu'di undici ore di notte. Il ristorante è apparso di nuovo la mattina. La mossa è stata responsabile del lavoro. Camminare a Dajiang Shandong Donggate, prendere la strada per la montagna, e tornare all'hotel sulla metropolitana di South Gate, è molto conveniente.

La mia scelta a caso del Nuomenuo Hotel è stata un successone! 💘 Non è solo una trappola per turisti; è comodo e senza problemi. La posizione è assolutamente fantastica! 👍 A 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Wuyi. Non c'è bisogno di infilarsi nella metropolitana o prendere un taxi; a pochi passi dal centro città! 🚶♀️ Super comodo per visitare Orange Isle e il Monte Yuelu. È così turistico! La camera ha uno stile minimalista, degno di Instagram, che adoro 📸. Ogni foto che scatto è fantastica! Il bagno ha doccia e WC separati 🚿, e lo specchio ha persino una luce integrata 💄, rendendo l'applicazione del trucco incredibilmente facile! Il proprietario e la receptionist sono stati super accoglienti 😊. Mi hanno consigliato proattivamente i ristoranti locali preferiti 🍜. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è fenomenale!

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10. My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Tyndall Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with great attention to detail. Staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Location-wise, it was very convenient and easy to get around, whether for sightseeing or dining nearby. Overall, it felt like a boutique experience with high standards and personal service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
