Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti numero 2 e 3, è stato molto efficiente nell'emettere i biglietti e ha compreso le mie esigenze, provvedendo a fornirmeli secondo le mie richieste. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è stato ottimo. Le strutture erano complete e la comodità di non dover utilizzare una tessera per l'elettricità è stata un grande vantaggio, rendendo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

Un'oasi di tranquillità nel cuore di Chaozong Street, un quartiere in leggera fase di riqualificazione che conserva ancora il fascino delle sale da mahjong e della vita quotidiana. Lo chef è di altissimo livello e i pasti equilibrati rappresentano un sano contrappunto ai piatti speziati. Se avete la possibilità di optare per un pacchetto che include colazione, tè pomeridiano e cena a tarda notte, fatelo! Il menù cambia ogni giorno. Tutto il personale è caloroso e accogliente, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni desiderio, premiando i viaggiatori che apprezzano l'indipendenza e la flessibilità.

My stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Hotel 1968 was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the hotel’s location, facilities, to its outstanding service standards, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the warm, thoughtful, and highly professional service. Even before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WeChat service group to assist guests with every detail. Throughout every minute of my stay, I could truly feel the team’s meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This was one of the best butler-style service experiences I have ever had. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful community area while still being within walking distance of Wuyi Square. Unlike hotels located directly beside busy main roads, this property offers a unique sense of tranquility. You can either walk through the charming side alleys or stroll along the driveway and community square to reach the bustling streets nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and exceptionally well maintained. This garden-style property preserves the elegant charm and architectural spirit of the Republican-era buildings while seamlessly integrating modern facilities and technology. It creates an immersive atmosphere that makes every guest feel like a “time traveler” enjoying both historical aesthetics and contemporary comfort. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay. My sincere thanks to the entire service team for their dedication and hospitality. I truly look forward to returning in the future and bringing my family to experience this wonderful hotel together.

連住了三晚，酒店很安靜，服務也很不錯，特別要表揚餐廳的阿姨和洗衣房的工作人員。昨晚十一點多還看到男性工作人員在洗衣房工作，早上又出現在了餐廳，動作利落負責很是敬業。步行可達嶽麓山東門，坐索道上山，南門下山地鐵回酒店，都很方便。

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

A Wonderful Family Stay at Jato Hotel in Changsha! My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Servizio: Il servizio merita davvero un grande plauso. Il personale della reception è stato estremamente accogliente e il check-in è stato molto rapido. Ci hanno persino aiutato a portare i nostri bagagli pesanti in camera. L'hotel dispone anche di posti auto riservati. Se avete difficoltà a trovare la strada, potete rivolgervi al personale per il pagamento; vi forniranno ottime indicazioni. Altamente raccomandato per chi viaggia in auto.

L'hotel è stato ben progettato con un'atmosfera tranquilla ed elegante che ti fa sentire rilassato quando arriva. La stanza era senza spot, confortevole e con grande attenzione, con grande attenzione ai dettagli, il personale era caldo, professionale e veramente utile per tutta la permanenza, il che rendeva l'esperienza ancora migliore. Localizzazione, è stato molto conveniente e facile da raggiungere, sia per la vista che per la cena vicino. In generale, si è sentito come un'esperienza boutique con elevati standard e servizio personale.

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10.
