Hotel con colazione a Lucerne

Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

L'hotel situato di fronte al parco ma girare subito dopo la strada dove vedete McDonald vedrà un ristorante “Bar” . Non lontano dalla metropolitana e considera conveniente La stanza era pulita e la ricezione era utile, ma non c'era nessuna chiusura all'interno della stanza dove la signora ha pulito la stanza dopo 2 colpi.

La camera dell'hotel è grande e nuova, arredata secondo gli standard domestici di un quattro stelle. Il servizio alla reception è molto buono e in camera vengono fornite gratuitamente 2 bottiglie di acqua pura, nonché una macchina per il caffè e caffè in capsule ad uso gratuito. L'hotel ha una posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal molo di Lucerna. L'effetto di insonorizzazione della stanza è molto buono e nel corridoio non si sentono voci nella stanza. Durante l'alta stagione turistica il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto buono rispetto ad altri hotel a Lucerna. La particolarità per i turisti cinesi è che oltre a molte prese standard svizzere nella stanza c'è anche una presa target con spine di conversione standard europee, il che è molto comodo! Viaggiare in più paesi in Europa può essere fatto con una sola presa...

The location was very good, near the chapel bridge and close to a number of restaurants, including in the hotel itself and not too far from the train station. The rooms were a decent size and had a definite retro feel. There was no air conditioning, but were provided with a fan. The bed was an old spring style one with a lean on it and I didn't really get a good night's sleep both nights I was there. In addition the first day my shower was barely luke warm, but luckily the situation was better the next day. I defintely loved the old time feel of the hotel, as it was memorable and different and on my trip it had to be one of the standout ones., but the bed was a bit of a disappointment and the fan was useful but not as effective as air con.

La posizione è buona, chiude il monumento del leone e si trova a pochi passi dal lago. La stanza è molto fredda, il riscaldamento non funziona davvero poiché è controllato dal governo della città, quindi dovresti portare la tua coperta riscaldata se vieni in inverno. La colazione è la stessa per 5 giorni e il flusso libero di bevande e gelati è buono

Adoro questo hotel. Si trova proprio fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria, con comodi negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tra cui uno Starbucks e un McDonald's al piano inferiore. La pulizia e i servizi sono eccellenti. Il personale della reception è composto da uomini e donne affascinanti, che offrono un servizio cordiale. Le mele gratuite alla reception sono state una vera delizia. La mia camera si affacciava sull'uscita della metropolitana e aveva una vista sul lago. Questo hotel è stata un'esperienza deliziosa per la nostra prima notte in Svizzera!

Good breakfast spread by swiss standards. Room was clean however the underlying structural deficits are hard to miss like bathroom getting wet after a shower as there are no shower curtains. The water is unable to be drained due to lack of drainage hole. The Trip.com booking indicated a city tax of 14 swiss francs but I was charged 16.40 swiss francs on check in for my 2 days stay.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

La stanza era un po' fredda, anche con il riscaldamento al massimo. La posizione è buona e le strutture della stanza sono eccellenti.
