Hotel con balcone a Lucerne

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

The hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.

La stanza è molto antiquata, dovrebbe essere completa.Ci sono piscina e sauna.L'hotel stesso è come un museo, molto caratteristico. La colazione è anche fantastica! La posizione geografica non deve essere detto!Il parcheggio è un parcheggio valet, e ho sentito il parcheggio opposto.Devo prendere il furgone per dirlo alla reception dieci minuti prima.

L'ambiente esterno dell'hotel e l'igiene sono buoni, la posizione geografica è buona!Il servizio e alcune strutture dell'hotel sono insufficienti!Esci dal paesaggio, giocare con il ponte di fiori e la vecchia zona urbana sono molto conveniente, e molto vicino alla prigione di morte. Vivere qui può basta per camminare.Una buona esperienza di soggiorno!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

Come Svizzera, non ho mai viaggiato molto in Svizzera. Viaggio di solito in Asia, come Giappone, Thailandia, Taiwan. Così mi sono davvero sconvolto quanto basso siano i suoi hotel. Inoltre, ero anche in Interlaken, e devo dire che gli hotel sono semplicemente standard Motel a un prezzo tag da 300-500$ per 15m2 non nemmeno pulito. E non è solo questo hotel, molti altri intorno a me hanno mangiato o cena sono in una condizione così cattiva Ma al ”Art Deco” Montana ... La parte migliore è all'inizio. Arrivare all'ingresso da una Cogwheel Car è grande, il lobby è anche bello e la terrazza con vista sul lago è bella. Ma poi, il problema, il prezzo è cambiato, il giorno del check-in è stato 180 dollari più economico per la stessa stanza che quando l'ho prenotato. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna compensazione che non mi aspettavo comunque in Svizzera, ancora un po' deluso. Ma ok ... fuori alla stanza dell'hotel.Le foto mi hanno preparato a non avere troppe aspettative, ma la realtà è proprio così peggiore. Sono rimasto in hotel a buon mercato per 80$ in Cina o in Thailandia con lo stesso standard. Il Dyson Hairdryer non ha salvato l'impressione. Siamo stati i primi 30 minuti di depressione, seduti sul letto pieno di rimpianto che andava a lucentare. E' tutto cosi' economico per quel prezzo. Beh, ci siamo recuperati e abbiamo lasciato l'hotel per viaggiare. Ma, in basso, gli hotel più economici in Svizzera sono a malapena peggiori della gamma da 400-600$ come il Montana. Se vuoi il lusso, preferisci scegliere quei hotel Instagram famosi per 1200$ + Qualsiasi altra cosa è la stessa bassa norma. Nota laterale: In Svizzera 3-4 Stars Hotel Minibar non è gratuito.

Molto vicino al ponte della Chapel di Luzern e ad altre località, le cose sono molto utili

Had a wonderful stay. We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!
