"Mi sono goduto il mio soggiorno di 4 notti al Nature Hotel, 8A Nam Ky. Era proprio il tipo di sistemazione che cercavo. Posizione centrale. Camera pulita con arredi moderni. Tutto il personale alla reception parlava un buon inglese ed è stato estremamente disponibile. Ci sono molte opzioni di cibo e bevande a due passi dall'hotel. Il mercato notturno di Dalat è a soli 5 minuti a piedi."

"A well appointed Hotel of the highest standard. Rooms are a good size amazing views overlooking DaLat City centre all the way out to the mountains. Spectacular views.
Breakfast is of the highest standard and there is a lot of choice. Different meats, vegetable dishes, excellent omelette and sunny eggs station, coffees ☕️, tea 🍵, fruit selection, fresh pastries ..everything included 😋.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Concierge staff are on hand to help with anything - even operating the photo booth (Duc Nguyen in the hotel lobby was awesome and nothing was too much effort 👌). They have a fun photo booth and guests can use for free.
Large reception area is very tastefully decorated ( had Christmas decorations ).
All the staff are very helpful and friendly (and they speak English as well which is super helpful)

"I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China.
Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy.
Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation.
Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights.
Well done,
The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations.
Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score."

"L'Hotel Pink ha reso la mia prima visita a Da Lat davvero memorabile.
La camera accogliente e estetica, il delizioso cibo e il caffè, e soprattutto il personale gentile e utile mi hanno perfettamente reso il mio soggiorno perfetto.
Ho avuto problemi a prenotare un autobus a causa della barriera linguistica, ma il personale mi ha aiutato gentilemente!
E' un po' lontano dai principali luoghi turistici, ma questo lo rende più tranquillo e più rilassante.
Rimarrò qui, sicuramente. Molto consiglio!
Il primo luogo di visita a Dalat ha reso il viaggio più speciale, l'Hotel Pink.
Grazie all'interno confortevole e emotivo, al cibo delizioso e al caffè, e soprattutto al personale molto amichevole, sono stato felice per tutta la mia permanenza.
Non ero bravo nella lingua e non era facile prenotare un autobus, ma il personale era così gentile e utile che mi colpì molto; mi sentivo sincero in ogni piccolo aiuto, e grazie a ciò il viaggio era molto più confortevole e piacevole.
La prossima volta che torno a Dalat, rimarrò qui senza esitazione.
Anche se è un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, è più tranquillo e più tranquillo, che è il luogo perfetto per riposare.

"The room was very nice, stylish and clean. Location is not very far from the night market (we found the short cut.) but it was the most quite room we had in Vietnam.
Service was very appreciated. Staffs were very nice and caring. Amenities were far from standard, such as facial masks and Chinese tea in the room, offer artichoke tea while we were sitting in the lobby area. Just 1 minus was no airconditioning in the room so it was a bit warm in the evening since our room got some sun, but it was cool during the night."

"It's my second time staying in this hotel, the location is within walking distance to the night market and breakfast variety changed daily. "We really enjoyed our stay at Le House DaLat. We could walk down to the town, lake and to crazy house but often preferred to use Grab. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was buffet style pastries and fruit. You could get noodle soup and omelette by request. The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff are all very nice and helpful."

UUtente ospiteNIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat.
What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar!
When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price.
We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.

WW_HanOther than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato tre notti nella suite al piano superiore.La stanza è grande e c'è un balcone.C'è una grande finestra, dare una sensazione di apertura.E un grande divano.
Temo di non avere aria condizionata, ma il gilet è molto freddo, quindi non c'è problema.Il tempo è molto freddo, ho preso in prestito una gabbia.
Nessuna pressione di acqua, la pressione di acqua è debole, ma se aspettate circa cinque minuti, l'acqua calda uscirà 々.La potenza di secco incorporata è grande.
La colazione non è un buffet. Puoi scegliere salate, caffè o frutta in noccioline o pane, quindi è poca quantità.Dovresti considerare i benefici aggiuntivi.Se uscite, ci sono molti ristoranti e bar.Dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, diversi negozi di pollo accanto sono molto amichevoli e deliziosi.
Percorso 7-8 minuti può arrivare al mercato notturno.
Il personale è molto amichevole.
Anche nella suite, ci vorrà circa 7600 yen ogni notte, quindi penso che la cospa sia buona.

The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there!
The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet!
All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building).
All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new.
The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory.
The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️
In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic.
The bed and pillows are super comfy.
The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity.
Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry.
Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service.
The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.

Resort was very clean and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Exceptional stay here.
Breakfast was hearty with a wide we range of international food. Best of all was the back to nature feel with deers and peacocks roaming the place.

OOnejiajiaHo prenotato questo hotel solo poche ore prima dell'arrivo della notte. Il ricevitore letteralmente “corre” per accogliermi al mio arrivo. L'iscrizione era molto veloce, la camera è spaziosa e classica (vintage style).
Molto pulito, il bagno è il tipo intelligente (un po' troppo intelligente, e apre ogni volta che mi sono messo in bagno).
Super super super innamorato del ristorante dell'hotel, si può vedere l'intera città dal ristorante dal Dalat. La varietà di cibo è buona, si può semplicemente sedersi vicino alla finestra godere della vista tutto il giorno!
L'unico punto di svolta è il cane bark al mattino dalla strada, ma non è colpa dell'hotel, può portare le pendule.
Molto raccomandato!

AAngela Wong YYThe hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

Il bagno è molto lento. La dimensione della coperta di cavallo non corrisponde alla cassa originale. Fortunatamente, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è ancora buona.
