Hotel a Boat Station 3, Isola di Boracay

Ci sarebbe un'opportunità - vorrei aggiungere 100 punti! L'hotel è sul lato della spiaggia, ha lasciato la stanza - e tu sei sulla spiaggia! Il colazione è sul lato della spiaggia! A proposito, il colazione è buono, anche se la scelta è la stessa ogni giorno, ma non lo considero una carenza. Posizione - lontano da ballare rumoroso, ma allo stesso tempo in camminare disponibile da tutto. Da piacere - ci sono le tue biancheria da letto e spiaggia. In breve, le mie raccomandazioni a tutti!

Ci piaceva davvero stare in questo hotel in un giardino tropicale vicino al mare. Camere pulite e grandi, c'è tutto quello che ti serve. Molto comodo ubicazione lontano dal rumore, ma a pochi passi da tutto ciò che ti serve. Il nostro volo è stato cancellato, abbiamo dovuto rimanere e ci è stato permesso di rimanere per un giorno libero, per il quale grazie a tutti i proprietari e al personale.

Boracay Sand at Station 3 offers a peaceful escape away from the busier parts of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and hassle-free. Rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quieter beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Minor upgrades in room furnishings would make the experience even better, but overall the excellent service makes it easy to recommend.

Удачное расположение, рядом море и много кафе, в номере чисто, мебель и сантехника не уставшие, душ работал исправно, хороший напор воды, кондиционер работает исправно, ставили на минимум и спали с ним, очень комфортно. Могу рекомендовать Indian spa который также находится рядом с отелем. Завтраки на заказ, заказывали ham cheese omlet. С террасы открывается красивый вид на пляж. Из минусов отметила бы отсутствие окна, но мы об этом знали поэтому не рассчитывали. Отдельно что я бы отметила, это персонал отеля. Нас встретили и помогли занести чемодан на 4 этаж . Когда уезжали также помогли спустить тяжелый чемодан на 1 этаж. Очень вежливые, готовые прийти на помощь по любому вопросу! Звонила на ресепшен, все вопросы решались за минуту. Никакого депозита при заезде в отель не берут. Я желаю этому отелю процветания! Очень не хотелось уезжать с замечательного острова Боракай!

Уютный небольшой отель с приятной зеленой территорией! Останавливались на 3 ночи, без питания, но в отеле есть завтраки за доп плату. Отдельное спасибо отелю, что заселили на 1,5ч раньше! Есть общий кулер с питьевой водой и холодильник, куда разрешают положить фрукты, так как в номере холодильника нет. В отеле отличный интернет, быстрый, стабильный, 2,5ч фильм грузился без проблем. Расположение хорошее, пляж в 2х шагах, единственный минус в том, что часть пляжа прямо напротив отеля все заставлена парусными лодками, вокруг которых много рабочих и торговцев, поэтому загорать и купаться не очень комфортно, но буквально 20-50 метров влево и это проблема решается. Территория уютная, чисто, тихо. Рядом с номерами есть столики с розетками, можно сидеть на улице и работать при желании или смотреть закат. К номеру претензий нет, белье чистое, полотенца выдают, плюс также пляжные, кондиционер работает, горячая вода есть, напор ок. Единственный минус - это запах канализации в ванной, довольно неприятный. Сотрудники помогут с чемоданами и трансфером в порт/аэропорт.

The hotel's location is great and accessible, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, I noticed some issues with the bathroom cleanliness. The dental glass had toothpaste residue, the silicon seal had mold and needed replacement, the shower fixtures were dull, and the cabinet under the sink and the floor underneath it were dirty. I pointed these issues out to the reception, and showed the photos, they apologized, but no action taken. Overall, the hotel was fine, and I hope they address these concerns for better service.” 😊

Отдыхали на вилле в ноябре 2025 года. Отзывов было мало, поэтому ехали с опаской) в итоге все отлично! Правда нужно понимать, что вилла «уставшая», мебель не новая, хотя сантехника явно менялась. В доме 4 спальни. Самая большая - на втором этаже, с личной кухней, балконом, своим большим санузлом. Так же на втором этаже еще одна спальня, но она очень маленькая, справа от входа стоит кровать и слева санузел (без дверей, что нас поразило). На первом этаже большая гостиная, где мы проводили время с друзьями. Там же отдельная спальная, достаточно большая, есть шкаф, комод и прикованные тумбочки. Напротив спальни большой санузел. Было решено, что он не общий, а тех кто будет жить в этой спальне) далее за дверью еще одна небольшая спальня со своим санузлом (к счастью с дверью)😃. В общем если ехать туда прям большой компанией, то придется вытягивать жребий кто и где будет спать🤣 но зато будет мега выгодно) либо аля домик на 2 семьи с детьми-тоже не плохо будет и по цене огонь) Вилла в 20 метрах от моря, где нет больших отелей и соответственно народа) относительно сразу глубоко, что для нас было плюсом) в шаговой доступности магазин, куча кафешек и вторая станция где вся движуха) В течении дня у виллы кто-нибудь есть из персонала, если что-то понадобится. С 18-00 до 6-00 сидит охранник) глядит, чтоб никто не зашел, так что чувствовали себя безопасно) Уборку ни разу не просили, хотя нас спрашивали. Полотенца без пробоем меняют, пляжные тоже выдают. Из минусов-нет одеял (только простыни), довольно жесткие матрасы, нет штор блэкаут, неудобно расположен уличный душ и нужно изловчиться, чтобы не заносить песок при входе в дом, нет лежаков и зонтиков (только пальма и полотенце), уставшая мебель и посуда, если соберетесь готовить(мы не нуждались, питались в кафе). В любом случае цена себя оправдывает) вернулась бы я еще раз туда-однозначно да!

Great location, right in front White beach, walking distance of less than a minute and once you are out of the structure, you are automatically inside the beach area. Truly next to the structure you have clubs, street food, restaurants and mini market. The staff is warm welcoming and chatting with them was a wonderful pleasure. Good WiFi, hot water and fan ventilator. Quiet in the night. Plus you have your own private room with your private bathroom.

L'hotel è un po' lontano dalla stazione 2, ma almeno la zona è tranquilla. Se qualcuno si gode di camminare lungo la spiaggia, saranno felici qui. Il posto è pulito e perfettamente bello per dormire e prendere una doccia. La stanza dispone di aria condizionata, quindi è piacevolmente fredda.
