Bintan: trova gli hotel più romantici, popolari e convenienti

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

Had a very good stay in Banyan Tree, we like the spacious villa either our own jacuzzi. Room was clean and appreciate the staff to prepare our room for night setup, with the mosquito nets and cools. Food was good and had good selection too. Spa massage was also good. You can ask the buggy to drive you anywhere within the resort and their sister hotels. Staffs are all friendly and always greet with a smile. Just take note a lots of insects so bring your insect repellent. And don’t have complimentary shuttle from ferry terminal, its chargeable. The TV is old model so cant cast your phone to watch Netflix. The telephone line will cutoff during rainy days, however, whatsapp service and will still be contactable with the reception. Overall a good stay if you want a private and relaxing holiday.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno per noi. Il cabinetto di vista sul mare è bello e confortevole per me e mio marito. Il mio preferito è la vista sul mare senza ostacoli. Il servizio in camera era buono e il personale era amichevole e sempre ci saluta con faccia sorridente. Il nostro soggiorno è stato per 3 notti e ci siamo mangiati nei ristoranti del resort. Abbiamo cenato a Spice e al Kelong Seafood Restaurant. Dirò che le varietà alimentari sono limitate e preziose. Dirò che sono più costose di Singapore (una delle città più costose in Asia). Per due persone abbiamo speso circa 70-170 dollari per pasto... appetito, un piatto principale e una bevanda più economica. Quando abbiamo avuto piatto di marina, è costato più, naturalmente, circa 170 dollari. In generale, è stata una buona esperienza. Bella soggiorno tranne il cibo prezioso. Il gusto del cibo è solo buono. Ci siamo trasferiti 3 notti, quindi ci ha reso più difficile scegliere cosa mangiare quando non hai molto da scegliere e non è eccitante e sei al resort... quindi non puoi andare a comprare più cibo a prezzi più bassi fuori. Se il resort può avere più cucina cinese sarà buono. Quindi, se si sta per rilassarsi, allora è buono. Se si è dietetico,, questo posto non è per voi.

Greg e il suo staff erano così ospiti, che ci sentimmo confortevoli e confortevoli dal momento che siamo arrivati al terminale Ferry. Il servizio e le strutture erano eccellenti.. dalla camera al centro di cena. Le scelte del cinema sono state così aggiornate e ampia. Buona qualità igiene e snack in minibar Abbiamo avuto un po' di malcomunicazione su una tassa di servizio e siamo stati così grati che ci hanno sentito pazientemente e risolto rapidamente. This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Private Pool is around 1.2mtr so not suitable for toddlers. Room cleanliness could do better, there were a lot of small critters maybe because of the surrounding greenery. However, there were no nearby shops. Relaxing but abit boring for long stays. Service was ok, food was so so. Beach with clear waters is 2 mins walk away.

Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!
