1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. 第一次住這間飯店，被安排住三館，隔音奇差，不只房間之間的隔音差，落地窗的隔音也超差。房間陽台外樓下是飯店開放式露台休息區，從我房間可以清清楚楚聽到住客聊天的內容。一個晚上斷斷續續會聽到從樓上傳來類似摩擦牆壁的聲音，其它房間住客的交談聲，導致我一個晚上難以入睡。 退房時我告知前台，結果前台說三館只有我跟我兒子住（所以聲音從哪裡來的？前台說我應該是聽到二館的聲音🙃） 整個飯店設計很奇怪，分三館，要用餐或泡湯只能到一館，雖有高爾夫球場接駁，但遇到搭車人潮較多時，還是不太方便。 兒子有使用大眾池，認為大眾池還不錯，設施齊全，是這次入住唯一的優點。

Di recente abbiamo soggiornato al Wellspring by Silks a Jiaoxi per una breve vacanza con il mio bambino di 7 anni, ed è stato uno dei soggiorni più rilassanti e adatti alle famiglie che abbiamo mai trascorso a Taiwan. Posizione: L'hotel si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Jiaoxi, il che lo rende facile da raggiungere con un bambino e i bagagli. La temperatura dell'acqua era facile da regolare ed è diventato il nostro rituale quotidiano per immergerci e rilassarci. Adatto ai bambini: Sebbene l'hotel abbia un'atmosfera elegante e rivolta agli adulti, il personale accoglie i bambini con piacere. Hanno fornito pantofole a misura di bambino, il che ha fatto sentire il mio piccolo un ospite VIP. Anche l'area della piscina sul tetto era adatta ai bambini (con supervisione) e abbiamo trascorso una splendida giornata sguazzando con vista sulle montagne. Un piccolo extra: anche dopo il check-out, ci è stato comunque permesso di utilizzare la piscina sul tetto e le terme. Questa maggiore flessibilità ha fatto un'enorme differenza per noi: ci ha permesso di goderci un altro bagno rilassante e un po' di tempo in piscina prima di prendere il treno per tornare a casa. Ha dimostrato come l'hotel faccia il possibile per accogliere le famiglie. Servizi: La piscina a sfioro sul tetto e l'area delle terme sono bellissime come nelle foto: tranquille, panoramiche e ben tenute. C'è anche un'accogliente lounge con snack e bevande gratuiti, utile per brevi pause tra un'attività e l'altra. Tutto sembrava pulito, ben progettato e di facile accesso, anche con un bambino. Servizio: Il servizio è stato cordiale, professionale e sinceramente gentile. Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile a suggerire ristoranti nelle vicinanze e ha sempre accolto mio figlio con un sorriso. Ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti dall'inizio alla fine. Colazione: La colazione è stata una vera delizia per adulti e bambini: un ottimo mix di opzioni occidentali e *********. Il mio bambino di 7 anni ha particolarmente apprezzato la frutta fresca, le uova strapazzate e i mini croissant, mentre io ho apprezzato i dettagli locali come il porridge di patate dolci, i pancake al cipollotto e il latte di soia fatto in casa. In generale: Wellspring by Silks è un perfetto mix di lusso e tranquillità e comfort per le famiglie. Che viaggiate da soli, in coppia o con bambini, è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il meglio della cultura termale di Jiaoxi. Non vediamo l'ora della nostra prossima visita.

Sweetme Hotsprint Resort è un fantastico luogo per rilassare e ricarregare. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti’ a piedi dalla stazione Xinbeitou e convenientemente vicino a molti ristoranti. Una delle principali caratteristiche del soggiorno è stata l'esperienza di spa. Gli ospiti possono godere sia della primavera calda privata in camera che delle strutture di spa pubbliche. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e concisa per il comfort. Il pranzo è stato un altro punto forte, con una buona selezione di cibo per iniziare il giorno giusto. In generale, Sweetme Hotsprint Resort offre un'esperienza ben arrotondata con grandi strutture, una posizione di prima qualità e un'atmosfera rilassante.

A well equipped hotel in a quiet spot in town. Conveniently located off the main road with a great buffet breakfast and dinner. Service was great. The upkeep of rooms could have been a little better as some amenities were a little worn, such as the carpet and console. Loved the onsen water in the bathtub. The children appreciated the complementary jelly cups and cookies left for us each day.

Pertanto, le foto del bagno sono del 3° piano e quelle della camera dell'11° piano. Il buffet si trova al 2° piano e c'è ampio spazio per una sedia a rotelle vicino al bar centrale. Le sorgenti termali interne ed esterne al 1° piano meritano un'esperienza in famiglia. Anche l'ingresso è accessibile. L'ascensore per i piani superiori è spazioso e accessibile alle sedie a rotelle. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e attento. Hanno fatto sentire la mia famiglia personalmente attenta e premurosa. Se dovete prendere il treno 🚄, siete pregati di comunicare all'hotel l'orario con due giorni di anticipo. Una mappa delle attrazioni vicine è disponibile alla reception per consultazione. 👀

[Vasty Hotel è un resort boutique in Jiaoxi 3-star che offre un estetico nordico, minimalista con ospitalità eccezionale. La proprietà dispone di tubi di primavera caldi privati in camera, un bar a snack 24/7, una piscina al tetto, La struttura è molto attraente, e si trova in una posizione privilegiata vicino alla stazione di autobus.

Pensavo di essere passata da 36 m² a 28 m² (dalla camera Happiness alla suite Love), quindi si trova al piano superiore, non al piano terra. Notate solo che ci sono due scale all'interno della suite Love (una porta che conduce alla camera e una che conduce alle sorgenti termali), quindi in realtà sembra più piccola rispetto alle foto. Il piano originale era di ospitare mia zia over 65. Le scale potrebbero presentare qualche difficoltà, quindi chiedete all'hotel prima di confermare il vostro viaggio se avete anziani o bambini piccoli. A questo prezzo (il più basso è di 46 HKD per la tipologia di camera base) non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Quindi prenderei sicuramente in considerazione l'idea di tornarci in inverno. Contro: l'impianto idraulico è vecchio perché è in salita. Il WC può gestire solo rifiuti liquidi. Sarà necessario un intervento di pulizia per lo smaltimento di eventuali rifiuti solidi... Il rumore delle pulizie (e del personale di cucina che porta la colazione in camera) può disturbare il sonno di chi ha il sonno leggero. Quando hanno cambiato la colazione a buffet con il servizio in camera, sono andata a prendere una tazza di acqua calda. Un membro del personale mi ha intercettato e mi ha chiesto delle tazze. Per rassicurarlo che non le porterò via, mostrate la foto qui sotto alla reception (留下三大跟三小的杯). Spero che capisca che le viaggiatrici sole sono comuni altrove, anche se sembravo una persona del posto; e semplicemente perché la mia compagna di viaggio è dovuta partire prima del previsto.

My family and I stayed at the Yun Estate Hotel this past December, and we had a truly lovely time. Nestled in a quiet area, the hotel offers the perfect sense of serenity and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The absolute highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodation. The room was incredibly spacious, but the game-changer was the private in-room hot spring. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of us, and the kids absolutely loved splashing around in the warm water. We opted to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was a convenient and nice touch in theory. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful but it looked way better than it tasted, unfortunately. While the meal wasn't bad, the flavor didn't quite match the high standard of the presentation. For the little ones, the hotel is a dream. There is a playroom where they can watch movies, as well as a mini race track where they can drive electric cars. To top it off, the unlimited supply of drinks and snacks was a huge hit with them, making the stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing retreat.
