Sono rimasto molto colpito dal mio soggiorno in questo hotel! Il personale ha offerto un servizio eccellente, è stato cordiale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. L'alloggio era molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, il che ha reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. L'atmosfera generale era così piacevole che sicuramente tornerò.

Innanzitutto, un ringraziamento speciale alla receptionist! 👍👍 È stata incredibilmente disponibile, aiutandoci con i bagagli, fornendoci indicazioni per il parcheggio e spiegandoci pazientemente le opzioni per la ristorazione. Anche il personale del ristorante è stato molto cordiale, il cibo delizioso e i prezzi ragionevoli. La camera era pulita e ordinata e la vista dalla finestra sulla strada e sulle montagne era meravigliosa!

We had an amazing time staying at this homestay. The wife and husband who run it are so pure and lovely, we had such a laugh with them while trying to communicate in different languages, they are full of joy! The hotel itself is really lovely, very traditional design of the area and with fantastic views from the 3 terraces! The food was unbelievable, all grown by the family, pesticide free, and cooked freshly to perfection. Dinner was very well priced as well and super handy as we didn’t have a car. The lovely hostess even made us a packed lunch when we said we were going on a hike, and accommodated us with a very early breakfast when we had an early morning bus to catch. They also booked us a taxi which was super helpful. We loved staying here, it had a very homely vibe, would 100% recommend.

This hotel is fantastic, it will definitely be my top choice when i visit Bipenggou again. The hotel surrounding & room is very beautiful. Room & bathroom are spacious, modern & nicely decorated, it offerred a super comfortable & relaxing stay. A dip in their indoor hotspring pool definitely enhanced the overall experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel even peovide transfer service to & from the Bipenggou park entrance.

Il mio soggiorno allo Shitsan Bliss Qintai Boutique Hotel è stato a dir poco straordinario. Non è solo un hotel; è un'esperienza culturale profondamente immersiva, avvolta dal calore di un'ospitalità incredibile. Fin dal mio arrivo, il personale ha fatto di tutto per farmi sentire il benvenuto. La loro attenzione è stata impeccabile, anticipando sempre le nostre esigenze senza essere invadenti. Che si trattasse di prenotare un taxi all'ultimo minuto, di consigliare con attenzione le sale da tè locali o semplicemente di condividere un caldo sorriso nel corridoio, ogni interazione è stata autentica e gentile. Sono un vero vanto per questa struttura. Una menzione speciale va fatta al proprietario. Ho avuto il piacere di chiacchierare con lui più di una sera, e la sua passione per la cultura e l'arte ******* è l'anima di questo hotel. Si può percepire il loro tocco personale in ogni dettaglio curato con cura, dagli splendidi dipinti thangka che adornano le pareti ai bellissimi arredi artigianali. È chiaro che si tratta di un lavoro d'amore, non di un semplice business. L'esperienza culturale unica ******* è il cuore del Bliss Qintai. Svegliarsi in una camera splendidamente arredata, che fonde comfort moderni con il design tradizionale *******, è stato un piacere quotidiano. L'atmosfera è serena e autentica, offrendo un rifugio tranquillo dal caos cittadino, pur essendo in una posizione perfetta vicino alle attrazioni di Qintai Road. Se cercate un hotel di catena standard, cercate altrove. Ma se cercate un soggiorno memorabile e ricco di emozioni, con un team che vi faccia sentire come in famiglia, lo Shitsan Bliss Qintai è l'unico posto dove soggiornare a Chengdu. Ce ne siamo andati sentendoci non solo ospiti soddisfatti, ma come se avessimo vissuto un'esperienza davvero speciale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

A luxurious and enchanting forest retreat. When the sun filters through the bamboo-lined walkways, casting playful light on the green leaves, it feels like your soul is instantly illuminated. And when the rain falls, the forest comes alive with a natural symphony that’s nothing short of magical. Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

La camera è molto ordinata, con tanti piccoli dettagli. Il design moderno e semplice è piacevole. I servizi in camera sono completi e nuovi. Il bagno intelligente è fantastico. Anche il maggiordomo intelligente ”Xiao Ai” accanto al letto è molto utile. Il letto è molto comodo. La colazione in camera è buona, semplice e deliziosa. L'ambiente è fantastico e l'esperienza culinaria è perfetta. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile ed entusiasta, soprattutto il maggiordomo Xiao Ma 🐎, il servizio è superbo [forte] [forte]

Questa volta ho soggiornato in tre camere, ognuna in una grande casa con circa sei posti letto. Due camere erano estremamente soddisfacenti, mentre una era piuttosto vecchia e aveva un cattivo odore proveniente dallo scarico. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio, dato che il servizio di maggiordomo era disponibile a qualsiasi ora e il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto semplici. Qualsiasi problema è stato risolto immediatamente. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo posto. Se viaggiate con un gruppo numeroso – noi eravamo tre adulti e quattro bambini – questa casa è molto più comoda di un hotel. Quello che ho apprezzato particolarmente è che ognuna di queste grandi case aveva almeno tre bagni, quindi anche con un gruppo numeroso non ci sarebbero code al mattino. Anche la vista dalle finestre era molto bella.
