L'hotel è situato in una posizione magnifica, un'atmosfera circostante e conveniente per la zona centrale di Songpan. All of staff was welcome and the manager, ‘Xiaozeng’ was accommodating right from the moment we took off the train and arranged the driver to pick us up from the station. Don't worry!!! La nostra stanza era molto pulita e conveniente. L'hotel era ben progettato, mescolava stile tradizionale e moderno insieme. Ci siamo davvero divertiti e molto ripresi.

Eravamo in tre: io, mia madre e mio padre. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto. È pulito, accogliente, tutto è in ordine e confortevole. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla e comoda, ma facile da raggiungere. L'host è stato gentile e sempre disponibile, e il check-in è stato veloce e senza intoppi. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e ci torneremmo volentieri. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Ottima posizione per la stazione dei treni. Camere tranquille e pulite. Vicino a numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Imperdibile la visita al Budda gigante. Comodo per andare al parco dei panda a Chengdu (treni ogni ora, durata meno di un'ora di viaggio) colazione consona.

La posizione è eccellente, proprio nel centro città, con un ambiente vivace e ristoranti e negozi comodi. La corsa in taxi dal terminal delle navi da crociera ”Leshan Giant Buddha” costa 10 RMB. Un punto di forza dell'hotel è che include tre pasti al giorno; sebbene i piatti siano fatti in casa, sarete sicuramente sazi. Tutte le stoviglie sono sterilizzate e la cucina a vista è pulita e igienica. Suggerimento: aggiungete i cartelli di svolta a sinistra alla rampa di uscita del parcheggio, poiché la pendenza è ripida e ci sono angoli ciechi. Le guardie di sicurezza dovrebbero anche ricordare agli automobilisti che provengono da fuori città di evitare di imboccare accidentalmente strade a senso unico.

Overall had a comfortable experience. The location is convenient for visiting the scenic area, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging transport and giving directions. The room was clean and warm, which was very important after a long day in the cold. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good choice if you’re planning to explore Bipenggou and want something practical and comfortable.

這次入住體驗遠遠超出了我的預期。暮山映雪坐落在山腳一隅，推門而入，便是一座保存完好的傳統四合院落，青磚灰瓦在冬日薄雪的覆蓋下顯得格外清寂。民宿主人顯然深諳東方美學，室內設計在保留原木樑柱結構的同時，融入了現代化的舒適設施——地暖温和地驅散了山間寒氣，智能衞浴系統則確保了使用的便捷。最令人贊歎的是其極致的潔凈，無論是古舊的窗欞還是嶄新的床品，都一塵不染，光可鑒人。管家服務低調而周到，為我們備好了温熱的迎客茶，並輕聲細語地介紹了周邊幾條鮮為人知的徒步小徑。這裏交通稱得上便捷，自駕可直達門口，但又因選址巧妙，完全隔絕了塵世的喧囂，真正做到了“結廬在人境，而無車馬喧”。它並非單純的住宿，更像一處讓人暫時忘卻煩憂、與自我安靜對話的精神棲所。

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.
