La mia recente esperienza di colazione in questo hotel aveva le sue sopra e sotto. Siamo arrivati tardi venerdì, circa le 10:00, e siamo stati molto stanchi di scoprire il volume della musica che viene suonata nella zona di foyer/bar, ma abbiamo controllato facilmente e abbiamo dato un piccolo sacchetto di carta con sacchetti di tè, caffè e latte. Ci sono 4 piani e la nostra stanza era al piano 3. La stanza era certamente piccola, poiché la cabina dell'ascensore ha preso essenzialmente una grande parte della nostra stanza. Questo, purtroppo, significava che ogni volta che qualcuno usava l'ascensore, abbiamo sentito le voci e la commedia di Belfast che giocavano quando si arriva al pianoforte. Ho chiamato la ricezione e ho chiesto quando la musica è stata svolta fino a - e mi sono stato detto alle 1:00. Vergogna come volevamo dormire e tutto ciò che potevamo sentire - e sentire. La basso era così potente che poteva sentirla 3 piani su! Non mi sbagliare - è un hotel che si rompe in un posto grande - ma non restare qui se vuoi dormire di buona notte.È davvero un hotel di festa. Il servizio era buono e il personale era carino.

Abbiamo usato Trip.com per le nostre esigenze di viaggio dal 2017 e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Prenotati e pagati per il nostro soggiorno in anticipo. Quando arrivai, ci fu detto che la nostra carta era stata rifiutata e che dovevamo pagare di nuovo. Ho cercato di spiegare che non era così, ma il ricevitore insisteva, quindi ho immaginato che avessi fatto un errore e avevo fatto un pagamento (seconda volta) per la nostra stanza. Durante il nostro soggiorno ho controllato i nostri conti e ho ancora confermato che tutti erano stati prepagati in anticipo, quindi dopo aver controllato, ho nuovamente sollevato la questione e mi è stato detto che ero sbagliato. Non è stato fino a pochi giorni dopo che ho chiamato di nuovo e ho risolto la questione e la mia seconda e inutile commissione è stata rimborsata. Perdoniamo l'errore, ma la natura dismissiva del personale quando abbiamo cercato di spiegare la nostra situazione era completamente inprofessionale e ciò che si aspettava da un istituzione di questo calibro.

Stayed here for 3 nights for qcon, staff were very friendly and didn't judge on my cosplays. Enjoyed watching the channels challenge and citv on the tv when coming back after an exhausting day. Having the bath to relax my muscles was divine.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen! I stayed here with my wife and son in the second week of June 2023, we had never stayed in a raddison blu hotel before but I had only heard good things about the chain in the past so we decided to go ahead and book it! The location it great and the receptionist and bar staff were very nice but the room was so dirty upon arrival, both bedside lockers were extremely sticker with glass rings all over from the previous guests, hand prints on the walls from I don't know how long, we had the pull out couch for our son and after seeing how dusty under the TV and room service menu was I decided to check the gap between the wall and couch and I have never seen any hotel care so little about cleanliness! There was so much dust in behind and on top to the pull out couch, we brought the photos down to the receptionist who was very nice, as we wanted to change room because our son is asthmatic but there was no other rooms that night we were told that I would be cleaned right away and that we would be offered a different room the next night, when we returned the dust had been cleaned but the bedside lockers were still very sticky so we cleaned them ourselves, the next day we go no offer for a different room unfortunately. Also the light switch beside the bed was broken which would not be great to have children around Unfortunately I would would not recommend this hotel for families
