L'accoglienza è stata super. Gentilissimo e molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. La camera non è grande ma molto accogliente con un letto super comodo. La stanza era molto silenziosa. La posizione dell'Hotel è perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Nessun problema di parcheggio, di fronte all'Hotel ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento durante la giornata ma gratuiti dalle 18 alle 8

Clean, tidy and comfortable room. Good central location. Very friendly reception and restaurant staff. Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Meal deal was excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

Premier Plus room lived up to expectations, room was immaculate and lovely walk-in shower (though not much water pressure). Bar area needed cleaning, the food was awful (heated up and delivered with clingfilm still on it). Early check in advertised but was not available. Lack of staff at reception several times.

Avoid this hotel at every cost, torn bedsheet, no water in room, receptionist said bathroom water is good for drink water, no phones in room, avoid

My husband recently passed away so we came to Belfast to visit his family. Stayed here a few times with him before so returning was a no brainer. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and staff are lovely and friendly.

Location was great for the centre of town. Our room was ok but a little noisy due to being right by the door to our floor from the lifts. Staff were ok, but not enough of them.

Premier Inn does what it says on the tin - gives you a good night's sleep. Very comfortable bed, excellent blackout curtains, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout. Very easy walk down to City Hall/city centre.
