I migliori hotel con spa a Batam

Sono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Nel hotel di posta elettronica dire ci darà una stanza collegata ma non l'ha fatto. Il mio amico dormire nella mia stanza n non è tornato nella sua stanza, la mattina dopo quando tornava nella sua stanza ...la stanza aveva un odore di fumo.. ha chiuso la stanza ma qualcuno ha perso la stanza.. Nessuna sicurezza.

There are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄

Il servizio è in alto, soprattutto il portatore e l'uomo della porta. Molto amichevole e sempre grande e offre assistenza. Il personale di ricezione è gentile e non molto disturbato. Stato della stanza alla torre A già in giù. È necessario un miglioramento.

Bella hotel e servizio clienti amichevole. Colazione così buona con molte varietà. Grab sono così molto più facile e veloce. È possibile tagliare breve a Nagoya ma la scala di corsa non è conveniente ma si può anche tagliare brevemente sul lato della strada molto vicino. Durante il CNY abbiamo ricevuto arancione e pacchetto di ang pow con note e token $$ per fortuna.

This hotel is spacious good location but has the worst internet reception . I have stay here 3 time n brought attention to ther reception but it fall on deaf years

Super bello e relaxante ambiente durante il nostro soggiorno.Il personale è amichevole e utile. Guardando in attesa di rimanere qui di nuovo

The view, the rooms, the service, all are the best! You are taken care of in this resort!! They make everything easy for you, and they are very responsive thru whatsapp. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Kudos to the team!
