Hotel con piscina a Batam

Il personale è molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato una camera comunicante anche se avevamo prenotato solo una camera normale. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e alcune strutture sono piuttosto logore. Ma nel complesso è ancora buono per questa fascia di prezzo. Anche la posizione è buona. Usciti direttamente e puoi individuare numerosi ristoranti.

Aston Batam Hotel & Residence ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e anche con bagno, e il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è la migliore per camminare, che rende super facile per arrivare. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno conveniente e piacevole.

From the entrance till check in everything was great. They allow to check in earlier then expected. We book 2 single bed and get them combine for us. The only minus point is the hotel should provide shuttle to and from ferry terminal. We look forward to come again.

Already stay at harmony a few times, clean, comfortable, convenient, room bigger than other hotels I have stayed before.

Resort is really a distance from the town. Had to travel ard 35min on the road and road was busy. Resort is super big thus, we had to take mini van or buggy to our Apartment every time from the lobby or vice versa. Grab food delivery is not allowed. Apartment is spacious but can be better maintained. Overall experience is still considered pleasant.

Was apprehensive after reading the reviews. But this hotel had many pleasant surprises! Inwas greeted with a massive lobby. Space is what this hotel has. Corridors are wide. Rooms are larger than normal. I needed a quiet room to rest after a long week at work. I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel, come 9pm the karaoke opposite the street started. Oops! But Yuli, who had a great smile from front desk reception was at hand to assist me select another room which was more pleasant and had a garden view. She called me by name the following day as as well! (Maybe coz I forgot my passport, double oops 😅) Breakfast selection was good. Trays were full to feed the many guests. There was a cooking station to literally a fire wok to whip up hot and spicy local noodles in the morning. Nice 😀demonstration. But the chefs can’t make poached eggs which is my travel comfort food. Tried over two days 😔. I selected this hotel because it is one of the few hotels that had a bathtub at a reasonable price. I like to soak myself to relax and unwind. COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to/fro Harbour Bay Terminal (5min). Only found out on check-out. Ms Yuli was again on duty to assist me. And she gracefully walked me to the car. The hotel driver was also full of smiles and he was conversational and made my journey very enjoyable. What great hospitality. In summary, this old dame of a hotel (changed name 4 times) still has grand old charm and is well-maintained for a pleasant stay. Hit a like if you found this useful ☺️

Il servizio è in alto, soprattutto il portatore e l'uomo della porta. Molto amichevole e sempre grande e offre assistenza. Il personale di ricezione è gentile e non molto disturbato. Stato della stanza alla torre A già in giù. È necessario un miglioramento.

Arrived at 230pm and was told room not ready. Waited at the lobby, checked again at 250pm, and again was told not ready. I have specifically told the front staff that I'm waiting at the sofa and please let me now when ready. However, upon checking again at 310pm with another staff and the room card was already prepared and left at the pigeon hole. Very disappointed that there is no handling over between staff knowing that a customer is waiting for a room.

Il nostro soggiorno per 2 notti è molto bello , siamo molto felici con i servizi e la posizione è anche grande . È semplice trovare cibo lì, proprio all'opuscolo del tribunale di Nagoya.Hotel sagge è un po' vecchio ma ok per rimanere per un breve tempo.La colazione è buona i cambiamenti del menu ogni giorno. In generale è piuttosto buona.

Small unit with 2 bedrooms, it’s a cheap place to stay.. checkin at 23:15 and checkout at 9:00 a short period for transition. beautiful view and good location. Small swimming pool
