This is a greatly located hotel where everything is within walking reach, and it is very close to the old city. The reason it is called a ”house” is because you get the genuine feeling that you are staying in a cozy house rather than a traditional hotel. To top it off, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Questo hotel era bello. È molto convenientemente situato vicino ai mercati notturni e al ponte del drago. La stanza è sempre stata pulita e mantenuta bene. Il receptionista Phuong è stato molto utile nel aiutarmi a trovare posti da visitare! Mi consiglierei e visitare di nuovo !

adly, the second night was nothing short of awful. The room itself was actually very nice, but it shared a wall with a shop next door. The shop was closed, but for some reason every light was left on overnight. Normally that wouldn’t matter, except one entire wall of the room was made of glass, looking directly into the shop. The light poured through into the room, making it brighter than having the room lights switched on. Unless you enjoy sleeping under what felt like a 1,000-watt spotlight, it was impossible to get any proper rest. Like most people, my partner and I prefer to sleep in the dark. Unfortunately, the curtains only covered about half of the glass wall, so blocking out the light wasn’t an option. We tried calling the 24-hour support line several times, but no one answered. We also contacted them through the Trip app and via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp messages were read but ignored, and the Trip app didn’t receive a response until the early hours of the morning, far too late to be of any help. In the end, I didn’t manage to fall asleep until around 5 a.m., when the lights in the shop finally went off. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no offer to discuss what had happened, and certainly no offer of any compensation or refund for the completely sleepless night. At checkout, the only thing we were asked was to pay for a bottle of water. It’s a real shame because the room itself was actually pretty good. Had someone simply responded and dealt with the issue, this could have been a very different review. Sadly, a hotel is ultimately somewhere you’re supposed to sleep—and on our second night, that proved impossible.

Очень хорошие апартаменты. Есть все для комфортной жизни - горячая вода с хорошим напором, стиральная машинка, плита, матрас, подушки, постельное белье - все отлично. Все новое, свежее. Нигде ничего не течет. Кондиционер исправно работает. Бесключевой доступ в номер. Очень удобно, не ищешь постоянно ключи) Уборка раз в три дня. Единственное не совсем удачно расположен, немного вдалеке, но Grab приезжает моментально. Рядом куча ресторанов, кафе и продуктовых магазинов. Как и везде в Дананге рядом стройки. Жили на 5 этаже, особо не слышали. Окна с балконом выходили на соседнее здание в метре от окна. Кому важен вид из окна - учитывайте это и бронируйте номер с видом на дорогу. В целом отличный вариант, рекомендую!

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect for us. The only downsides were that housekeeping was only provided every three days and that we had to pay a 2 million VND deposit, which was inconvenient at the end of our trip because we had to exchange the money again after it was refunded. We also suggest installing blackout curtains, as too much light came through the windows early in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.

Avete un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso a Khách Sạn Cân Hộ La Maison Des Delices! Il proprietario è incredibilmente amichevole, accogliente e molto ospite mi hanno fatto sentire comodo dal momento che sono arrivato. Puoi davvero sentire il caldo e la cura che danno ai loro ospiti. Le camere erano pulite, accoglienti e rilassanti, ma l'accento per me era certamente il caffè al tetto assolutamente fantastico! L'atmosfera, la vista e la vibrazione erano perfette, soprattutto per rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato la città o per ottenere un lavoro remoto. Molto consigliato per chiunque visita Hue che vuole un'esperienza più calda e personale invece di un solito soggiorno alberghiero.

Great aparthotel! The room was clean, modern, and very cozy. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Convenient location with shops, cafes, and transport nearby. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

È un posto discreto in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tuttavia, ho avuto un'esperienza spiacevole: sono stato punto frequentemente dalle zanzare che comparivano spesso in camera da letto. Inoltre, poiché l'alloggio si trova proprio sulla strada, sono stato molto infastidito dal rumore costante e assordante delle motociclette nella hall. Die Lage war sehr gut, mit dem Rad konnte man gleich um die Ecke zu den Reisfeldern. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer, die Möbel und der Balkon sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, aber könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Im Hausflur gibt es lange Hängelampen an der Decke, die voller Staub und Haare waren, was keinen guten Eindruck macht. Der Pool und Garten sehen sehr schön aus, trotzdem wirkt der Pool nicht sehr einladend (direkt an der Straße). Ingesamt trotzdem gut für den niedrigen Preis.
