I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was.
The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year.
Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

Beh, che dire, proprio come in quella storia, tutto è iniziato così bene))) bella gente, un posto suggestivo, e il servizio è così così: in primo luogo, non hanno nemmeno offerto il trasferimento dal molo a l'hotel e ritorno al molo, ho camminato lungo la spiaggia con una valigia. Al momento del pagamento, si è scoperto che sul conto erano stati aggiunti $ 27. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel al mattino è sporca, non pulita e in parte nella spazzatura del bar. Rumore dal soffitto, la sera e dalle 5 del mattino (!) rumore dietro il soffitto, i gattini venivano fatti uscire sul tetto e giocavano... prenotando una camera nelle opzioni - vista giardino, si è scoperto che era vista sul recinto dei vicini, musica al bar fino alle 23:00, il personale inizia a lavorare alle 17:30 e comunica ad alta voce. Il bar non sa fare i cocktail; il classico pinot calada è stato trasformato in liquido con scaglie di latte di cocco.

Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge.
I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è a pochi passi dal molo. Il personale dell'hotel ci aspetterà anche al molo per aiutarci con i bagagli. Il servizio è molto premuroso. Il personale della reception è stato molto accogliente e parlava un po' di cinese. Ci hanno anche portato a visitare la stanza prima di confermare se effettuare il check-in, ed è stato molto paziente. Le strutture sono relativamente semplici, ma dispongono comunque di tutto il necessario. C'è una piscina davanti alla porta della stanza, una piscina nell'atrio e una palestra. I prezzi al ristorante sono un po' più alti rispetto all'esterno. C'è un barbecue il sabato sera e si può mangiare sulla spiaggia. Ma la temperatura di tostatura non era ben controllata: alcuni pezzi erano troppo bruciati, altri troppo teneri. Ci sono solo pochi hotel, bar e ristoranti su questa spiaggia, ma noi siamo rimasti solo in questo e non siamo andati negli altri. Non ci sono molti posti dove camminare, ma il mare da solo è sufficiente per farci giocare a lungo. L'acqua è così limpida e la spiaggia è così bianca e bella. L'hotel offre anche il noleggio gratuito di kayak. Ci sono motociclette a noleggio nelle vicinanze

UUtente ospiteL'ambiente è super bello, la spiaggia è molto bella, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca e l'acqua limpida sono piene di sciami di piccoli pesci. Anche il servizio in libreria è molto attento happy hour per un drink ogni pomeriggio È delizioso ed economico ~ Altamente raccomandato!
Tuttavia, il sole qui è il più forte dell'isola, quindi assicurati di indossare la protezione solare. Inoltre, se paghi con una carta di credito come me, ti addebiteranno una commissione di servizio del 3%. Non ci sono negozi qui e puoi farlo scegli solo gli hotel per i pasti.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldWe were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem.So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️

UUtente ospiteUn ambiente sereno ha decorato la nostra villa e balcone sul mare, la acqua di mare è in fondo. Villa 126 con decorazione vogue & una vista involucro per corrispondere è stato così perfetto come la abbondante vita marina che esiste sotto con crabs che si curano di fare il loro business a vista di magnifici pesci tropicali di molti colori tra cui una scuola di Angelfish & an intera marcia costiera di Pearl Resorts, di corallo sempre colorato.
La visione che si è resa più chiara sotto la superficie delle acque alle 6:30, il vetro silenzioso e sereno come l'acqua del mare ha consentito una visione disgustosa; un array di coralli colorati intricati con centinaia di pesci che si sfilano attraverso i suoi canali, incredibile nel nostro clima sempre cambiante, ma era reale! Non posso colpire questo resort dal momento che siamo arrivati alla sua fine le strutture e le attività & al personale ospite incl. i manager al personale di servizio erano tutti eccellenti & bellazza e trattamenti corporei con Jenny it’s well & truly beyond a 5 Star Resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. I loro cuochi I’d rate come Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay devi davvero prelevare un campione qui!

UUtente ospiteQuesto è il posto migliore in cui soggiornare a Koh Rong, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il traghetto GTVC va direttamente lì. La stanza e molti alberi di fronte danno la vera sensazione di vivere a Hills. La camera è bella alta e di grandi dimensioni. La piscina è vicino all'oceano e bella vista. La spiaggia è molto bella per nuotare, puoi andare molto all'interno. La colazione è buona, chiedo vegetariana quindi preparano appositamente verdure saltate con riso. Questo posto è isolato da altri posti vicini, quindi noleggiare una Moto e andare in un altro ristorante vicino o qualsiasi altra cosa è una buona opzione.

UUtente ospiteSeconda volta che ci andiamo. Adoro la posizione vicino a sok San Village, che ha diversi buoni ristoranti. Proprio sulla spiaggia. Potrebbe essere molto meglio, ma i proprietari sembrano felici di andare avanti. Il ristorante potrebbe avere più opzioni. Il WiFi potrebbe essere molto più veloce, ma è comunque un bel posto dove rilassarsi per qualche giorno.

AAyakhaIl bungalow aveva solo un letto, non nemmeno una sedia o altrove per mettere le tasche, così tutto finiva sul letto o sul pavimento.
Solo la metà dei punti di contatto funzionava, quindi ci è voluto un po' per scoprire chi lavorava.
Le luci non funzionavano, quando ho detto alla ricezione, sono venute e hanno fissato la luce del bagno; la luce principale della camera da letto non era fissata; quando ho riportato la luce il giorno dopo, hanno detto che sarebbero venuti e lo hanno controllato; mi sono aspettato per ore, nessuno è venuto. Poi sono tornato al ricevimento per riferirlo, e mi hanno detto che la luce era rotta e non avevano gli strumenti necessari per ripararla.
La chiusura della porta era una bugia, metà del tempo che non funzionava e le tue dita ti feriresti cercando di farla funzionare. Non potevo lasciare i miei valori nella stanza.
Mi hanno messo (una donna sola) in un bungalow lontano con una chiusura di porta che non funzionava bene, che dice molto. Il WiFi non funzionava nemmeno nel bungalow.
Non potevi pagarmi di nuovo per rimanere in quell'ostello. La posizione dell'ostello è una buona, vicino alla spiaggia, ma nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato deludente!

UUtente ospiteThe bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security.
There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.
The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any!
Location is good and WiFi is good.
