Fantastico
MMartusiaAbbiamo avuto una straordinaria esperienza in questo hotel e abbiamo goduto di ogni momento della nostra permanenza. Dalla prima parte, siamo stati accolti con un servizio eccezionalmente caldo e attento, che ci ha reso veramente benvenuti.
La struttura è ben progettata e mantenuta, crea un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.La nostra camera era spaziosa, senza spot e molto comoda, offrendo tutto ciò che ci serviva per un soggiorno perfetto. La spiaggia era assolutamente stupenda, con sabbia morbida e acqua cristallina per il relax.
Il pranzo è stato anche un punto di vista, con una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose da scegliere.
In generale, ci siamo sentiti completamente alzati e apprezzati l’ottima ospitezza dell’hotel.

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

· Pulizia perfetta in camera, cambiamento quotidiano di indumenti e asciugamani.
· Situazione molto tranquilla e tranquilla con una vista chic sul fiume e sulla montagna.
· Delizioso e vario colazione (come frutta, pancake e crema di ghiaccio).
· Spiaggia pulita con sabbia bianca, tutti hanno abbastanza buchi e ombrelli.
Minus: Minusov non ha trovato.
Riassunto: Un ottimo hotel per un riposo tranquillo e confortevole. Tutto è pensato fino a piccole cose. Raccomandato!

The hotel grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and offer a wonderful tropical atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The beach was simply breathtaking—crystal-clear water and soft, white sand made it feel like paradise.

VVadimir RainBeh, che dire, proprio come in quella storia, tutto è iniziato così bene))) bella gente, un posto suggestivo, e il servizio è così così: in primo luogo, non hanno nemmeno offerto il trasferimento dal molo a l'hotel e ritorno al molo, ho camminato lungo la spiaggia con una valigia. Al momento del pagamento, si è scoperto che sul conto erano stati aggiunti $ 27. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel al mattino è sporca, non pulita e in parte nella spazzatura del bar. Rumore dal soffitto, la sera e dalle 5 del mattino (!) rumore dietro il soffitto, i gattini venivano fatti uscire sul tetto e giocavano... prenotando una camera nelle opzioni - vista giardino, si è scoperto che era vista sul recinto dei vicini, musica al bar fino alle 23:00, il personale inizia a lavorare alle 17:30 e comunica ad alta voce. Il bar non sa fare i cocktail; il classico pinot calada è stato trasformato in liquido con scaglie di latte di cocco.

MMarinaThe hotel itself is new and quite clean except the beach area where it should be regularly cleaned as there are quite noticeable debris and trashes.
The ocean view room is very beautiful, the room is abit small comparing to the price but acceptable. However I find the bed and pillow are not comfortable. They are soft but somehow gave me body aches and every time you move there is a sound which is quite annoying.
Also to my surprise, with the price we paid, there was no welcome drink or cold towel. The reception staffs somehow didn’t really give me a welcoming/engaging or pleasant impression.
Also I forgot my baby swimming suit at the public shower near the pool and contacted the staff a day later to check and they said they couldn’t find.
Overall, I had a fun time with my little family there but the overall experience want up to my expectation considering the price.

EErik_12Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel sulla spiaggia! La posizione è invincibile solo passi lontano dall'oceano, con splendide viste sul risalto e sul tramonto. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, con tutte le attrazioni che avevo bisogno.
Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, sempre pronto a aiutare con un sorriso. Il ristorante serviva cibo fresco e delizioso, e mangiare mentre guardavo il mare era un'elemento di punta del mio viaggio.
Che siate alla ricerca di una fuga rilassante o di una base per le attività di spiaggia, questo hotel è una scelta perfetta. Sono gia' in attesa della mia prossima visita!

WWinston1979Een onzettende warm welkom ontvangen! Behulpzame Staff! Hebben me geholpen bij het boeken van mijn scuba diving en mijn ticket met de ferry . De kamer was goed en gekoeld! Ik mis alleen een telefoon en omdat ik ziek was moest ik zelf naar het restaurant om mijn eten te bestellen (geen room service). Menu kaart was niet ingericht voor vegans. Tevens ook het ontbijt niet. Ik kon letterlijk alleen fruit en aardappelen eten bij het ontbijt.
Uiteindelijk heb ik door onderhandelen met de Staff wel uiteindelijk lekker gegeten!
Ik had wel graag de kamer met zeezicht gehad, die twee glazen wanden had.
Verder heerlijk op de beach vertoeft! Ik als solo reiziger die echt er was voor mijn rust was dit een geweldige locatie op Koh Rong!

DDeekzLovely island with even lovelier staff! Was a great place to stay. On the other hand, I wouldn’t spend more than 2 nights without hot water, air conditioning and decent WiFi when in the room (wasn’t aware of this when booking however this was a fault on my behalf). However, when in reception it was very strong and was able to charge everything in the hotel to the room and pay on exit which was great and they even helped organise our boat home for $15. Also had a cute lizard friend on our last day
