Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per cinque notti nel gennaio 2026 e abbiamo cambiato due camere una con vista sul mare e una con vista sul giardino. Le camere erano sorprendenti: spaziose, pulite, con mobili freschi e recenti riparazioni. Li amavamo davvero. Le grandi finestre e cortine controllate da una distanza è assolutamente meraviglioso aprire le cortine di mattina con una distanza mentre si trovano a letto. Il personale è molto attento, amichevole e utile, e si aspetta letteralmente i vostri desideri e aiutare con tutto da portare bagagli nella stanza a gonfiare una grande materassi di gomma per i bambini. Il ristorante è molto buono, con un menu vario e delizioso cibo. Il colazione ha tutto: diversi tipi di uova, pancake, frittelle, waffles, succo delizioso. Essentialmente, tutti i nostri desideri sono stati soddisfatti dal ristorante. Il centro è il Surf Club un'ondata artificiale e l'opportunità di surf, con un'ora libera al giorno per gli ospiti. Il mio bambino più vecchio viveva lì e imparò a stare sul tavolo. Vorrei anche sottolineare in particolare la pulizia della spiaggia, che è costantemente mantenuta: la sabbia non è solo ridotta con i racchiusi, ma è in realtà setata con attrezzature speciali. Non troverai una sola pila, una grossa scatola, un bastoncino di sigaretta o qualcosa del genere. La sabbia è perfettamente pulita, i saloni del sole sono buoni, le mattresse sono pulite. È semplicemente un paradiso. Questo posto è meraviglioso non solo per la sua posizione, ma perché il personale fa il massimo sforzo per creare comfort, pulizia e un'atmosfera veramente piacevole.

I have absolutely loved my stay here! My room was just perfect with a little plunge pool directly facing brilliant sunsets each night. The bed is massive and super comfy and they use lovely linen and fluffy towels! The staff are all so friendly and always make an effort to say hi whenever they see you. There are plenty of sunbeds and the beach is gorgeous. There are a few negatives but these are only for info only really. The resort is just that .. a resort. There’s not a lot around here .. a few makeshift mini marts and a couple of local restaurants. Apparently it takes 1 hour 45 mins to walk to Saracen Bay where there’s a bit more going on and I decided against that! I did get the taxi boat to Saracen Bay which I highly recommend, but it was quite treacherous getting on and off the boats and ensured I wasn’t in a hurry to do it again! The taxi is not free .. which I think is a shame based on the room rate .. and costs $10 return. Perhaps it would be more popular to do a ride there and back each day rather than separate trips for $10 a pop? I think the hotel could benefit from having a shop with products in like beauty products and chocolate and maybe offer some essential services like waxing in the spa? Just ideas to consider .. I will be sad to leave this little bit of heaven and hope to come back one day .. it’s been just lovely .. thank you 🌴

L'hotel è circondato da una foresta pluviale tropicale da un lato e da una spiaggia dall'altro. La posizione è ottima e molto privata. Ci sono due piscine, una sulla spiaggia. È fantastica per scattare foto o giocare con i bambini la spiaggia è così amichevole per i bambini. Ampie aree sono secche, che sono molto sicure e divertenti. È anche molto gratificante prendere il mare. I kayak e i paddle board forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel aggiungono molto divertimento vicino all'hotel sono particolarmente divertenti.Abbiamo noleggiato una barca per galleggiare sul mare.I bambini adoravano le immersioni subacquee e la pesca in mare, quindi sono andati di nuovo in mare, abbiamo incontrato il personale dell'hotel stavamo pescando in mare in vacanza e ci hanno invitato a grigliare il pesce sulla barca. Il cibo in hotel è delizioso e il personale è estremamente cordiale Anche se siamo rimasti per quasi una settimana, i bambini non sopportavano ancora di andarsene Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo!

Senza dubbio, una delle migliori camere di vista sull'oceano che abbia mai sperimentato a Sihanoukville. Le viste erano sorprendenti, la colazione era eccellente e la piscina gigante ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Overall, a pretty nice resort on a Cambodian island. While the employees can be a little slow and inattentive, they get the job done. Breakfast is ok and the food is pretty good. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. If you want to go somewhere and sit on the beach and have drinks, this place is ideal - calm atmosphere, comfortable beach chairs, and beautiful ocean. The resort is on one end of a large beach and you can walk 20-30 minutes down to a store and a few other establishments. This place also has a good pool that is surprisingly deep. I was there by myself, but I think it’s best for families or couples (there were other single people at the resort and on the beach). I would have no problems staying here again.

Il personale parla inglese in modo molto limitato, il che può rendere difficile la comunicazione. Preparatevi a un po' di avventura: se il tempo cambia (anche nelle giornate di sole), verrete portati in trattore attraverso la parte posteriore dell'isola per raggiungere il molo di Sooneng, poiché il percorso sulla spiaggia non è percorribile a piedi.

Il primo giorno di andamento, dopo un'ora di Wifi, la cellulare dell'isola di Golong non ha segnali, quindi Xiaolong può usare Wifi dell'hotel e chiedere al personale della reception quando può essere riparata. Il supporto dice che la zona è rotta, quindi trovare un altro bar spiaggia Wu Wifi lungo la spiaggia. Il WiFi è stato riparato fino alla mattina successiva, ma ho scoperto che il clima e la camera erano rotti. La manutenzione dell'apparecchiatura era davvero molto scarsa. Volevo vivere ancora una notte. Dopo tutto, la sok San Beach Pesha dell'hotel era bella e poche persone, ma l'apparecchiatura mi ha portato a perdere la fiducia in questo hotel e a cambiare un altro resort. L'isola di motocicletta è stata affittata, e la sera quando la moto è stata ancora chiusa, ho scoperto che l'hotel era di nuovo in arresto. Non c'era nessuna receptionista. Tutti gli ospiti erano all'emergenza del ristorante. Puo' dire che non c'era una casa continua. È troppo. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e deliziosa.E'la migliore esperienza.

Si tenga sempre presente che si è su un'isola che non è troppo lontano era solo una giungla. Il posto è molto bello, l'idea sulla quale si è costruito è stata molto buona, ma c'è molto spazio per migliorare in termini di manutenzione. Le camere dovrebbero avere sedie e una piccola tavola dove si possa mettere le vostre cose. Le porte dovrebbero essere sostituite da quelle che possono essere chiuse, la questione dell'odore delle fogne nelle lavanderie dovrebbe essere risolta. Non sono cose importanti, ma piuttosto i dettagli che contano. Ancora una volta, si è al bordo della giungla, è normale incontrare tutti i tipi di fauna selvatica come le uova, i gecko, le spider, ecc, ma nei 5 giorni trascorsi lì non ho visto nessun pericoloso fauna selvatica (slangi, scorpi, Tarantula e il tipo di prodotto).

Pure paradise I was lucky to grab the available room by the end of the day and arriving at the resort with the last ray of sunshine I realized I made a truly best booking. The property is located excellently- away from the village main road, so you won’t hear ANY noise from the motos. There’s a pier but again quite far and it’s barely busy daytime, so you wouldn’t be bothered by speedboats, at all. No banana riders, parachute gliders, scooters - NOTHING. Only you and pristine rainforest and mesmerizing turquoise sea. There’re few dozens of chalets with the different features inside. Mine was pretty modest yet stylish and decorated wonderfully with the distinctive Khmer style. I can’t remember when was the last time I experienced such a tranquility and peace, quietness and warmth as I enjoyed at the resort, surprisingly even no birds twittering at the sunrise hour! Breakfast was great at all times. Dinner was delicious indeed, barracuda fish is your number one choice! The beach is awesome! The sand as White as one can be. Service was outstanding, no single trouble. You may read or play snooker at the lobby. For those partygoers there’s a tiny village just few hundreds meters away, where you may pick some restaurant or bar. My best stay so far!
