Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Non solo ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere le camere di connessione, hanno anche dato consigli e hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro bagaglio da inviare all'hotel mentre un conducente privato (costi aggiuntivi) ci ha scelti dalla stazione ferroviaria per iniziare immediatamente la nostra tour di Changbaishan. E' stata la prima volta che la nostra famiglia ha cercato di sciare e abbiamo chiesto al nostro concierge di organizzare un allenatore privato (costi aggiuntivi). Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.

L'hotel dispone di tutto quello che ti serve (grande colazione, negozio di comodità, struttura e cammino interno per la sala sci). È stata la nostra principale contattatrice e assistente durante il nostro soggiorno e lei è stata davvero la migliore. Era superresponsiva, ci ha dato grandi consigli di ristorante e solo un grande aiuto quando non parliamo cinese. Ha anche aiutato i trasferimenti di libri dall'hotel, che apprezziamo davvero. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

L'hotel è molto nuovo e tutto pulito senza spot. La posizione è un po 'di periferia (ma per questo estremamente tranquillo e tranquillo) e le camere sono in piccole case (tipo cinese tradizionale) diffuse in un ambiente parco-come. La casa principale (con la colazione) è una bella passeggiata o una corta autobus con un piccolo autobus rosso, che si può chiamare facilmente in qualsiasi momento. Le strutture sono bellissime, solo il doccia un po 'debole. Ma sotto le camere molto belle e spaziose e la colazione di alta qualità voglio sottolineare il personale meraviglioso, soprattutto Amber e Angel, ma anche il resto del personale, che sono molto amichevoli, aiutanti e fanno tutto, per rendere il soggiorno una esperienza molto piacevole, che amiamo ripetere. It was such a nice stay. The check-in went smoothly, no long waiting time. The facilities are just like they are captured in the pictures on the website. The staff is friendly, prompt, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the AC that would not cool the room but make a horrible noise. The breakfast provided various options and could satisfy both eastern and western testes. I highly recommend this hotel and its attentive staff. I would argue that this hotel is better than some other well-established options in the city.
