Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton . The staff were absolutely exceptional. I was in touch with Vincent on we chat before I came and he helped us organise Christmas Dinner at the Westin . Throughout our stay he was there for our every need , nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to look after us . A real asset to the hotel . Other members of staff I’d like to mention - Julie at breakfast who noticed as soon as we came in , remembered and served us our drinks , laid the table with a knife and fork and anticipated our needs . Likewise Tyler in the Ski equipment area - who went out of his way to help us every day always with a smile on his face . I have to say that the service we received has been the best we’ve had in any hotel in China in the 18 months we’ve lived here . The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was right on the slopes and the next to the ski hire shop. I would highly recommend this hotel

L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.
