Fantastico
UUtente ospiteEsperienza fantastica, davvero il prezzo. Bella camera, pulita e confortevole. Molto conveniente come è vicino alla zona commerciale solo 5–10 min a piedi, e anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. È proprio meraviglioso.

UUtente ospiteWe booked this hotel last minute and it was absolutely brilliant, I decided to have a little trip with the kids while the husband was at work for a day as it was in the summer holidays and it was lovely the breakfast was included, price was good, even the price of the drinks in the evening when we got there my kids are 8, 13 and 14 and the room had a double bed and a sofa bed very comfortable aswell since it was me and my youngest on the sofa bed and that was still very comfortable, we then checked out and had a wonder around Leeds got bk on the train and headed for home and it was a lovely like night away and rather fun considering it was just a last minute up and go ☺️

From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across.
The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too
Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

UUtente ospiteGenerous sized family room. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. Managed to get over 8 hrs sleep which is great. Very convenient location with less than a 5 min walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

UUtente ospiteIt is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.

UUtente ospiteFrom arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help.
From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable.
The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁

NNeil CookeNic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company

UUtente anonimoDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!
