Hotel con colazione a Leeds

Una bella soggiorno presso la piazza del parco, ideale per shopping ecc, proprio nel centro della piazza della città, la stanza era ben progettata con grandi viste dalla finestra del quadro dal 18° piano, la stanza era spaziale, con un comodo letto matrimoniale, tea e caffè complimentari con caldaia, frigorifero & sicura accanto alle porte di tavolo di vetro, il bagno era eccellente, con bagno profondo & doccia, incluso corpo era ecc, TV aveva una grande scelta di canali tra cui tedesco, francese,e italiano

It was a great place to visit, I enjoyed it so much. As the name was shown on the Television when u get in. Awesomeeeeeeee.. I would luv to go there again it was truly an amazing experience.

We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Hotel was lovely, fab location. However breakfast could be more organised was very chaotic. Coming from a hospitality background I appreciate things can be difficult when busy, which it was but a bit of added customer service and a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Staff rolling their eyes and sighing during service made us feel unwelcome, like we were a problem being there as they were struggling with the amount of customers.

Mi piaceva stare in Quebec, ero qui per un viaggio solitario e solo per una notte. La sua boutique, il personale della reception erano carini e professionali, spiegava tutto quello che dovevo sapere. La mia stanza era molto spaziosa e confortevole. Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo qui, forse più di una notte la prossima!

The hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name . The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood . The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it . It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable and with a great location. The windows to the room do not open and the air handling shut itself off in the middle of the night so woke up feeling queasy for lack of fresh air. The breakfast is a disaster. Poor quality materials, poor hot breakfast alternatives for vegans/vegetarians/pescatarians. Items there were cold and flavourless. Cold options were poor. Only one cereal on offer. Presented with chipped crockery. I drink espresso and only offered massive mugs. Bread is poor quality. Toaster set up incorrectly. Orange juice was not orange juice but water with a bit of orange flavour.

Ehi ragazzi! Sto scrivendo un commento per informare tutti prima di prenotare questo posto! L'hotel Leonardo è davvero buono considerando il suo vicino alla città e la stanza è abbastanza pulita. Tuttavia, vi prego di venire pronto a portare le vostre strutture. Parlo della tua spazzola, della pasta dentale, della lozione corporea, ecc. L'hotel non vi fornisce nessuna di queste, l'hanno in hotel ma costano circa 3 sterline ciascuna! Se dimenticate i vostri elementi essenziali, suggerisco di andare a controllare le scarpe o i superdroghi per comprare qualcosa! Il colazione è buono, 14 sterline per persona.

Il servizio è stato molto buono, ma oggi povera mangiare, salsa rosa e senza sapore, il burro è solo diffuso a buon mercato. La doccia è rotta e la fine è rotta e fredda, solo dopo aver fatto un sacco di giri a chiave libero, Luke ha avuto acqua calda. La ragione principale per rimanere qui è che la piscina per rompere un lungo viaggio su A1 ma è arrivato a essere detto che era chiuso e non disponibile ma nessuno si è disturbato di e-mail a noi in anticipo nonostante 5 e-mail che confermano la prenotazione.  Grande posizione di parcheggio facile appena fuori A1 Alle 11:00, i bevitori gridavano fuori con la lingua appassionante sul loro telefono e gli altri ospiti dissero che li aveva tenuti svegli.  Prenotato una camera da letto per trovare la sua unica letto matrimoniale standard e si è sentito sbagliato dalla descrizione, chiedendo di trasferire le camere che erano facili con letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da letto da Non resterà la prossima volta.

A Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Facilities It was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. Facilities: The facilities are simply amazing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, the pool/spa area is clean and relaxing, and the common lounge spaces are beautifully designed and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and up to date, and it was clear the hotel takes real pride in its amenities. I made full use of them throughout my stay. Room: My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept everything fresh every day. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. Staff & Service: The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. Food: Breakfast offered a nice variety of local and international options, and the quality was consistently good across my whole stay. Location: The only minor drawback is the location — the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so reaching the main attractions requires a taxi or public transport. On the plus side, this makes the surroundings quieter and more peaceful, which is great if you want to relax away from the city noise. Just factor in some extra travel time when planning your days. Value: Considering the quality of the facilities, the comfort, and the level of service, I found it to be good value for money. Verdict: Despite being a bit removed from the center, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service. I would definitely return!
