UUtente ospiteStayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

RrianimielleRecentemente abbiamo soggiornato a Holiday Inn con amici visitanti dall'Australia, e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza! L'hotel ha offerto un ambiente confortevole e accogliente per il nostro gruppo, rendendo il nostro soggiorno piacevole.
Il colazione era eccellente, una grande selezione di opzioni fresche e deliziose per iniziare il giorno giusto. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente, assicurandoci di avere tutto quello che ci serviva per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Le camere erano pulite, ben mantenute e spaziose, offrendo un’atmosfera rilassante dopo un giorno di esplorazione.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e si consiglierei assolutamente Holiday Inn a chi cerca un hotel confortevole e ben servito.

From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across.
The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too
Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

UUtente ospiteCome prima volta una sola donna, ero all'inizio preoccupante, ma non devo essere stato. A colazione, mi sedevo da solo e un membro del personale venne a chiedere se mi sentissi bene, e mi serviva qualcosa. Pensavo solo che fosse un bel contatto personale, soprattutto oggi, dove un buon servizio al cliente sembra essere una domanda dura. Questo hotel è sicuramente raccomandato, e sarò sicuramente tornato la prossima volta che sono in città. Mantenete il buon lavoro!!

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable.
The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁

RRoger PowI recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite mixed.
The location itself is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, there are several issues that affected my stay.
First, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, even when set to the lowest temperature. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during warm weather.
Second, the WiFi provided was an unsecured public network, which did not feel safe for handling any personal or sensitive information online.
While the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom had a persistent mouldy smell that did not go away throughout my stay.
Another inconvenience is that the parking area is not located directly at the hotel, which can be quite awkward if you have luggage or need to access your car frequently.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. There are better options available in the same area.
