UUtente ospiteStayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

UUtente ospitePark Plaza è un servizio eccezionale, eccellente attrezzatura, pulizia è di alto livello, il suono è provato, nessun rumore, un ambiente rilassante, il cuoco e il menu è delizioso, il servizio in camera ordinato e è molto palabile e delizioso!! La posizione è grande al centro e al mio evento. Il personale era sorprendente. Il loro sistema di contatto è anche di alto livello. L'amore e una bella notte. Spero di tornare di nuovo.

VVictor O.Siamo un paio di persone che hanno deciso di visitare Leeds e prenotare questo hotel l'ultimo minuto.
Il servizio clienti era di prima importanza dall'inizio al termine il personale era davvero utile e accogliente con ogni richiesta.La stanza e tutte le aree comuni erano senza spot, che immediatamente ha dato la giusta impressione.
La colazione superava le aspettative: fresca, ben organizzata e di scelta. Il contesto generale era anche grande. Le armi reali sono dietro l'hotel, con laghi intorno alla zona, rendendolo un bel posto rilassante. Siamo stati fortunati a avere un tempo soleggiato il sabato, che ci ha reso ancora meglio.
Molto raccomandato. Esperienza solida in tutto il mondo.

UUtente ospiteLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

AAndy DudgeLa posizione era grande. Le strutture erano molto buone. Il servizio era molto efficiente e amichevole. Il colazione era eccellente con una vasta scelta. La stanza era pulita e avevamo tutto quello che ci serviva. La TV era grande e buona internet. Il bagno e la doccia erano molto buoni. Francamente, non potevo fare nulla di male.

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.

I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

NNeil CookeHotel carino e eccellente valore se si può prenotare in tempo. Molto lussuoso per il prezzo che ho pagato. Un po 'su un membro per l'accesso al centro della città di Leeds, ma un sacco di bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze di Headingley. Il ristorante principale dell'hotel è molto in alto mercato, ma il pub The Stable è un'ottima offerta di soldi.

UUtente anonimoDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!
