UUtente ospiteStavo in camera gemella sul secondo piano. Check-in era facile, il personale era davvero amichevole e il servizio eccellente. La stanza era bella. Comfortabile e tranquillo. Buona struttura e doccia erano fantastici. Nessun buffet caldo colazione, ma hai ordinato da un menu. Le porzioni sono piccole ma molto deliziose. C'era un buffet di stile continentale freddo. La giovane donna che ci ha servito entrambe le mattine era deliziosa. Non c'era molto problema. Vorrei aver preso il suo nome per farla cadere in questa recensione! La posizione era eccellente. A circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 2 minuti a piedi a tutti i negozi, ristoranti e bar, ecc. Quando si è verificato alle 11, l'hotel ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie lì fino alle 6:00, perché il nostro treno non era fino alla serata presto. Il mio hotel è stato il primo a scegliere se ritorniamo a Leeds.

UUtente ospiteLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name .
The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood .
The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it .
It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

UUtente ospiteLa stazione è molto vicina alla stazione degli autobus, che è la cosa più importante. Molto gentile e bel personale, accogliente e c'è sempre qualcuno nel desk quando hai bisogno di qualcosa. Il posto è pulito, un po' vecchio ma ancora comodo a dormire con. Il mio bambino è così felice, anche se pioveva tutto il tempo di visita. L'unico posto in basso non è un caldo per l'acqua calda quando vogliamo un drink caldo. Ma il nostro soggiorno è ancora una piacevole esperienza per noi.

NNeil CookeHotel carino e eccellente valore se si può prenotare in tempo. Molto lussuoso per il prezzo che ho pagato. Un po 'su un membro per l'accesso al centro della città di Leeds, ma un sacco di bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze di Headingley. Il ristorante principale dell'hotel è molto in alto mercato, ma il pub The Stable è un'ottima offerta di soldi.

BBradleyWe had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive.
The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments.
The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening.
Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .
