UUtente ospiteI checked in at the same time with my colleague in separate rooms. After he got to his room, reception sent him a plate of fruits to welcome him. I got nothing to my room.
During check out, reception gave him a free gift, water bottle, and I got nothing.
Then my colleague told me reception asked him to fill in a good rating for the hotel and then even gave him the text to write in the review.
This hotel is double standard.
I would have given a good rating if I did not know about such double standard treatment of hotel guests.
Nonetheless, hotel is clean and new. Location is quite far from town as it is meant to service visitors to the industrial park region.

UUtente ospiteWe choosed this hotel to celebrate the new year with the family. This was my second visit to this hotel. We had an outstanding stay at this hotel—it exceeded expectations in every way. The property was immaculately clean and impressively equipped with modern technology, creating a seamless and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out.
A special mention goes to Ms. Luo at the front desk (前台罗小姐), whose warmth and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. She graciously upgraded both of our rooms and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful service added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a wide range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The breakfast area was bright and welcoming, offering a diverse selection of dishes that were especially accommodating for international guests like us.
Parking was hassle-free, with complimentary spaces available for hotel guests—a much-appreciated convenience.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

MMichael Sullivan 3028Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero confortevole. La reception, la palestra, la lounge al secondo piano e il bar della hall, tutto eccellente. Jasmine, che si è presentata alla reception alle 14:00, è stata estremamente disponibile. Anche la camera era molto bella, direi al di sopra della media di un hotel a 5 stelle. The Hotel Staff are very friendly their smiles make your day. The Chinese style morning breakfast is excellent, the breakfast serving staff are very polite and serve you well
The receptionist at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
The Cleaners are cool and keep the hotel rooms clean and very polite and always greet you.
Overall I give thumbs 👍 for this Hotel Royal . Very big and spacious room worth for the money . I stay for 6 days five nights , very good memories on this hotel at Donguan city at Shenzhen China
