"I had a great stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. They organized early check-in for me and even upgraded our room for us. I made a special request to celebrate my father’s birthday and they sent us a whole big cake!
The amenities were well rounded including a very large swimming pool, a spa and spacious rooms. The bed was very soft and comfortable.
This hotel is suitable for everyone from business travelers to families with travelers and couples. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service."

UUtente ospiteWe choosed this hotel to celebrate the new year with the family. This was my second visit to this hotel. We had an outstanding stay at this hotel—it exceeded expectations in every way. The property was immaculately clean and impressively equipped with modern technology, creating a seamless and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out.
A special mention goes to Ms. Luo at the front desk (前台罗小姐), whose warmth and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. She graciously upgraded both of our rooms and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful service added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a wide range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The breakfast area was bright and welcoming, offering a diverse selection of dishes that were especially accommodating for international guests like us.
Parking was hassle-free, with complimentary spaces available for hotel guests—a much-appreciated convenience.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

TTravelling HÈ un ottimo hotel. È un nuovo, lussuoso, bello appartamento. La stanza stessa è molto ben progettata e confortevole.
L'unica cosa che ha bisogno di migliorare è la qualità dell'aria delle camere. Non impongono una rigorosa politica di non fumare. È buona, ma non hanno nemmeno un purificatore dell'aria. Quindi se avete problemi di asma o di respirazione che potrebbero essere un problema. Ho già informato il manager e spero che prendano le misure necessarie per acquistare alcuni purificatori di aria, poiché sono solo circa 750 yuan.
Spero di tornare in futuro e se li vedo avere a bordo alcuni purificatori d'aria che potrebbero portare il loro rating a 5/5 in futuro. Ma se non; questa è la loro scelta come hotel 4-star anche.
Questo è un buon hotel.Nuovi, lussuosi, bellissimi impianti.La stanza stessa è ben progettata e molto comoda.

UUtente ospiteLa linea ferroviaria Guangzhou-Shenzhen si trova proprio accanto all'hotel. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di Shenzhen. Chioschi Starbucks nella hall. A pochi passi si trova un ristorante locale aperto tutta la notte, situato dietro l'hotel.
Camera spaziosa con ampio bagno. Buon isolamento acustico. Colazione con piatti occidentali e orientali.

But the place is hugely convenient to places of interest; breakfast and budget meals are aplenty around the hotel.
From Hongfu Road station take Exit C then C1. Hotel is located opposite ”One Mall”. There are steps going into the bathroom.
Slippers and blankets are thin; washing machine Y10 to use.
Walk about 5 min to 市民服务中心 (Shì rénmín fúwù zhōngxīn) bus stop to catch a direct bus#328 Y4 pp going to Huawei European Town
Journey takes more than an hour and alight at 滨湖西服务区 Binhu West Service Area.
Alternatively you can take a DiDi to the European Town and tell them (Bolang Ville) 波浪山庄.
