Molto buona proprietà.Vedi la posizione che ti va come quello che fai, ma a parte questo, il prezzo, la pulizia, la dimensione delle camere, le strutture, la natura amichevole del personale. Tutto era perfetto e non ci sono denunce e la dimensione della camera era anche molto buona con cortine automatiche, una buona dimensione del bagno . Returning for my fourth time! feeling calm and knowing exactly what to expect and what standards will be met. It is so reassuring. The staff here are truly amazing. They are incredibly responsive on WeChat, handling any request or issue instantly, and you can trust them completely to ensure a smooth stay. The air conditioning is strong and efficient, and most of the room's features are controlled by buttons right next to the bed, which is incredibly convenient. There is an air purifier for smoking rooms. The room also has a large, comfortable desk for work, plenty of power outlets, a mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. Food delivery is even brought right to your door by robots! Right behind the hotel, there is a huge supermarket stocked with everything you could need at very good prices, along with a McDonald's, various restaurants, and a small mall. Highly recommended! 🌷 This is an aesthetic, pleasant, and well-equipped hotel that strictly maintains its standards over time and provides very good value for money. Truly they deserve applauses 👏👏👏👏👏

A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

Check in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

Bathroom are equipped with both shower and large bath. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, full of roses. We prepared our own, I think you can ask for them to prepare it for you. Here you will get a nice view, especially at night. The location is good as you're next to a mall where you can find a big supermarket if you go upstairs. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel, a KFC open 24/7, McDonalds until 22pm, chinese restaurants closes very late so if you want more tasty and nutritious food try it out :) I recommend you try out the cooked chicken from the restaurant that has an oven on the right side of the entrance. This chicken is on the first page of their menu, it's a must try ! if you just need a snack, there are convenience stores too

La custodia ha risposto rapidamente alle richieste, completando i servizi entro 30 minuti, che è stato molto impressionante. Il colazione dell'hotel è stato eccellente, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni che vanno dalle opzioni occidentali come torte e pane a autentici piatti cinesi locali come noodles fritte e riso fritte. La posizione strategica dell'hotel è un'altra grande attenzione, con molti ristoranti e negozi di comodità vicino. Per i pasti più leggeri, ci sono anche stanze stradali al di fuori dell'hotel dove si può facilmente trovare cibo delizioso e conveniente. Inoltre, un grande centro commerciale si trova a circa 1.5 km, rendendo conveniente camminare lì e trovare tutto quello che ti serve. 其實位置可以嘅，行十分鐘就到 超大型商場又有地鐵站 。職員都好殷勤 。張床係我瞓過咁多間酒店最好瞓嘅，床褥夠挺身唔會腍啤啤， 但枕頭就 一般啲。 加枕頭都冇問題 。洗衣房一般啲 ，早餐都麻麻地， 但係酒店出面好多車仔檔任君選擇， 早餐宵夜都冇問題。 估唔到喺東莞睇唔到tvb😅

The staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. No problem about staying at this hotel. Really nice safe feel to it. I didn't find anything negative about staying here at all and will be booking this again next time i am here.
