È un ottimo hotel. È un nuovo, lussuoso, bello appartamento. La stanza stessa è molto ben progettata e confortevole. L'unica cosa che ha bisogno di migliorare è la qualità dell'aria delle camere. Non impongono una rigorosa politica di non fumare. È buona, ma non hanno nemmeno un purificatore dell'aria. Quindi se avete problemi di asma o di respirazione che potrebbero essere un problema. Ho già informato il manager e spero che prendano le misure necessarie per acquistare alcuni purificatori di aria, poiché sono solo circa 750 yuan. Spero di tornare in futuro e se li vedo avere a bordo alcuni purificatori d'aria che potrebbero portare il loro rating a 5/5 in futuro. Ma se non; questa è la loro scelta come hotel 4-star anche. Overall, the comfortable ambience, along with the cozy bed and pillows, ensured a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of authentic local dishes as well as freshly brewed coffee for guests who enjoy starting their day with a cup of coffee. The hotel's strategic location is another major highlight. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and hawker stalls are situated within walking distance, offering plenty of dining options. There is also a local market just behind the hotel, where guests can enjoy authentic local food and browse a variety of shops. In addition, a large shopping mall is located approximately 1.5 km away, making it easily accessible on foot and providing a convenient place to find everything you need. Transportation is very convenient, with taxis and ride-hailing services such as DiDi readily available from the hotel to various destinations. However, one drawback is that the hotel shares the building with commercial lots, and the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from people talking in the corridors and surrounding areas could be clearly heard, even as early as 5:00 a.m., which occasionally disturbed the stay. Despite the minor issue with noise, my overall experience was very positive and well worth the price paid. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would also gladly choose to stay here again on my next trip to China.

I made the right choice to stay at this 4 star hotel with my family on the last day of Chinese New Year 2024. Although it is an old hotel but it is well maintained, looks new and very clean. It has various health care services from massage to sauna and others. We did enjoy a variety of delicious foods from delicious fruits to local food and more. The facilities are not less than other 4 star hotels but at a reasonable price. It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with my children. We were given welcome fruits. Helpful and friendly staff. A large supermarket is located just 100 meters from the Hotel and several restaurants are located not far from the hotel. We enjoyed walking into the CBD through the large and beautiful public park. This is an ideal hotel to stay in with such good amenities and facilities. Will stay at this hotel again on my next trip.👍🙏

This is a serviced apartment in a cluster of apartment complexes on the Wanda shopping plaza. Finding the exact location of the lobby is not easy as it's on a different floor. In most of these services apartments, you add the caretakers WeChat and chat with them to find the location and the access to the room keys of lock no. Location is great with the shopping centre below and lot of street food around. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of the apartment when I went in. Someone did use the apartment after it was cleaned, the toilet was dirty. So I had to message the caretaker and asked her to get someone to clean it. She immediately sent 2 kids to clean them all (I guess the teen kids were the culprits in the first place). So small glitch but it was ok. The apartment room is a bit run down but for the price I wouldn't complain. The room I booked had a good view of the inner side of the wanda plaza complex. I stayed for 2 nights but they don't clean the room every day and replenish the water bottles and towels. Maybe I should have asked but I would expect them to do that by default....but other than that, it was good. Oh BTW it's near the metro and easy to get to from the HSR.

Outstanding destination hotel outside of Dongguan. Modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms. The balcony and separate bathtub area were very welcome, and the views over the lake were pleasant. The service was excellent, and the breakfast very good, with a wide range of options. Highly recommended!

Everything is good. Family room was clean and nice. Swimming pool and hot springs are excellent and were very clean. The whole layout and area is lush green and pleasant to look at. We only faced some food related issues because we were expecting a decent continental spread for the breakfast and those options or options of food for vegetarians are less in general. If the management can also have the names of food items written in both English and Mandarin, foreigners like us would be greatly benefitted because we didn't know what ingredients are in the food due to our dietary preferences. Those would be my only suggestions. I must also add that when we shared our food restrictions, the Chef came out and discussed with us and helped us by cooking the food which wasn't on the menu... so thats what I would call hospitality. A big cheers to him for that.

Ho avuto il piacere di visitare l'hotel Dongguan MCB Lake all'inizio con i colleghi e poi sono tornato con la mia famiglia per un'altra fantastica esperienza. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, i membri del personale erano amiche e accoglienti, e l'accento era la piscina spaziosa e piacevole, e soprattutto la piscina indoor jacuzzi, aggiungendo al nostro relax e piacere. La mia famiglia ha avuto un bel tempo e si è sentita completamente rilassata durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo aspettato di tornare al Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in futuro.
