Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

UUtente ospiteCheck in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

DDaigezhentouqulvyouSono venuto a Dongguan per mangiare l'oca arrosto il Primo Maggio e ho scelto Dongcheng, che è molto conveniente. La camera è pulita e confortevole e il servizio è attento. Anche la posizione è buona, non ci saranno ingorghi nel centro della città e viaggiare è molto conveniente.

PPinnk PinnkIl mio soggiorno recente nel lago di Songshan Ramada è stato superiore a tutte le aspettative. L'hotel è incredibilmente pulito, dal lobby alle camere, creando un'atmosfera fresca e confortevole. Ci ha sorpreso di ricevere un complimento per un'ampia e ben designata camera di amministrazione con moderne strutture.
Il buffet e il buffet sono stati ottimali, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose per adattarsi ai gusti diversi.
Uno dei punti di attenzione è stato il servizio di consegna robot dell'hotel, che ha portato efficientmente oggetti direttamente nella nostra stanza, aggiungendo un divertente e conveniente contatto con il nostro soggiorno.
In generale, è stata una fantastica esperienza, e consiglierei molto il lago Ramada Dongguan Songshan a chiunque visiti la zona.

The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action.
Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations
The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered.
Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell
The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it.
Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic
Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby.
Overall:
This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.
Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast.
Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

DdenaldozLa struttura è stata molto confortevole, molto conveniente per andare in giro e vicino a tutto. L'hotel era pulito e ben mantenuto, rendendo il soggiorno comodo. Il personale era amichevole e utile, e l'esperienza complessiva era ben sistemata. Le camere erano decenti e avevano tutto per un breve soggiorno.

SsublegeServizio reception ottimo. Camera sufficientemente pulita ma non la sedia. Il lavandino ha un problema di scarico e di flusso dell'acqua calda. Bagno e doccia buoni, colazione quasi esclusivamente cinese, per me non è un problema ma alcuni potrebbero decidere una maggiore scelta.

JJun__KI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff, especially Abby and Goya were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized. I really appreciated the warm service and would be happy to stay here again.

Camera spaziosa con ampio bagno. Buon isolamento acustico. Colazione con piatti occidentali e orientali.

L'hotel è situato a 700 metri dalla metropolitana, rendendolo facile raggiungere. La struttura è spaziale e comprende una piscina all'aperto, una piscina all'aperto, una sauna, un giardino di tennis (per i dettagli di seguito), una grande sala da pranzo e due aree di massaggio separate che offrono diversi trattamenti.

Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Ci ha sorpreso di essere aggiornate gratuitamente in una camera più grande al momento dell'arrivo.

We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily towards Chinese cuisine. Breakfast was not to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massaggio:
Ci sono due saloni di massaggio.Abbiamo prenotato un massaggio a piedi, ma i terapeuti si sono fermati a dare un massaggio quasi completo, prestando particolare attenzione alle aree ferite. È stata una splendida esperienza 5 su 5.
Polacco & Sauna:
Entrambe le piscine sono aperte dalle 6 alle 11:00. Se preferite meno persone, consigliamo la piscina interna alle 7:00 e la piscina all'aperto alle 2:00. Le piscine erano pulite e calde, e apprezzammo la sauna svedese nella sala di serratura.
Giocatori:
La palestra è ben attrezzata e non è mai piena di persone. Aprite dalle 6 alle 11 .
Tennis Court:
Purtroppo, questa è stata l'unica grande delusione. Nonostante diversi tentativi di prenotare e presentarsi al momento previsto, non c'era nessun personale presente. Le chiamate telefoniche sono state ignorate o ci sono state detto: “Non ho tempo per parlare. ”Abbiamo finalmente ottenuto un rimborso (prenotato via *******), ma l'esperienza è stata frustrante e non professionale.

Oltre alla questione del tennis, siamo stati molto felici di stare e consigliere questo hotel ad altri.Grandi attrazioni, camere pulite e un ambiente tranquillo.
