Hotel a 3 stelle a Bangor

Sono rimasto all'hotel una notte. Quando ho controllato, c'era un prezzo da pagare dal bar per $7. Non ho usato il bar e non ho pagato alcun prezzo per altro. Quando mi lamentai, mi è stato detto che dovevano chiamare il bar per poter controllare tutti i pannolini di carico. Ho chiesto quanto ci vorrebbe e non mi hanno risposto. Ho detto che mi aspettavo nel lobby. Dopo circa dieci minuti, mi chiesi quanto più tempo e ancora non rispondei, dicendomi che mi stava arrabbiando, non mi avevo fatto il reclamo e volevo che fosse rimosso dal mio conto, mi ignorarono e continuarono a lavorare. Chiese di parlare al direttore e ho saputo che la donna che lavorava lì era il direttore, e ho chiesto quanto ci vorrebbe, e lei ha detto qualcosa all'influenza che ci vorrebbe per quanto ci vorrebbe. Ho detto che pensavo che fosse un servizio clienti sfavorevole, che non mentissi su queste cose, avesse un conto di scelta per molti anni e non mi avevano fatto la parola per un costo di $7. Ha detto che potevo andarmene e se non fosse il mio, mi avrebbero creditato. Ho lasciato molto infelice. Ho ricevuto un e-mail e un credito il giorno dopo. Non è abbastanza buono. Non mi sono creduto e hanno fatto un errore. Quando ho lasciato non avevo fiducia che questo sarebbe stato risolto. Il personale era inconsiderato e coraggioso per me.

It was the cheapest place to stay the night near the airport. Were the rooms updated? No. Were they clean? Absolutely. The staff was very friendly. Anyone complaining about the breakfast need to get a grip, this is a MOTEL with limited space. It's very much a grab and go kind of deal. Overall I enjoyed my stay, a lot of the other places in bangor were ridiculously priced.

Having an opportunity to visit in Bangor, I decided to stay at this Holiday Inn. My first impression of the property was positive. Although the hotel looks dated from the outside, there are numerous renovations inside the rooms. Upon checking in, I mentioned that I had mobility issues that precluded me from stepping into a standard bathtub. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to upgrade me to a junior suite with a walk in shower. I was very impressed with this level of customer service. One thing of which to be aware is that the hallways are not typically situated. By that I mean the building is designed in a box pattern. The room I was offered is in the back of the building so I had to drive around and enter in one of the many entrances. Not a problem as my room was just a few steps from this entrance. The room is well equipped with the standard amenities one would expect to find in a full service hotel. The bed was big and comfortable. The only negative aspect I encountered was the fact that the rooms are not totally sound-proof. I was able to hear conversations coming from the room next door. Not a valid reason for not booking at this place, but keep this in mind if total peace and quiet is what you seek. The hotel is situated next to the interstate which makes it easy to come and go. Traffic noise was not an issue. There is a pub and restaurant onsite offering an array of menu choices. Also here is a pool and small workout facility. Overall, my stay was relaxing and I went away quite satisfied. If you are seeking accomodation in the Bangor area, I would recommend the Holiday Inn.
