As most of the reviewers commented were spot on. Location is great. Room is very small, but that's typical in Japan. There is 2 coined laundry. Washer is 300¥ and the dryer is 100¥. Needs exact coin change. Washer Auto adds detergent. Room is clean. The check-in counter there are a few employees that aren't friendly at all. Not sure because I'm English speaking. And most of the employees here does not speak English. The manager at first weren't very friendly, but once I joked with him a bit he loosen up. But very limited English. Check in time is after 3pm. You can leave your luggage if you came early, but you can't take anything out or they'll charge you I recall 550¥ before your check-in time. The house thing is, they'll bring your luggage to your room by the time you you came back after 3pm. Check out time is at 10am!!! That's right! 10am! Every hour after they'll charge you if you are in your room after 10am. If you want to do leave your luggage after after you checked out, they'll charge you, it's 550¥. It isn't free as it mentioned on here. My room, the TV is a projector to the wall using Google TV. They'll leave you with 2 keys and a phone. They specifically, ask me not to call them. Only message them through the phone they left me. If you want your room to be cleaned, you'll need to bring both keys and the phone to the counter before 10am. You will be asked not to come back to the room till after 3pm.

總括而言,有以下幾點非常不滿: 1) 冷氣機風力不平均,時大時小,風力不平均,是帶直吹窗簾(百葉簾),會吹到個百葉簾撞床頭,發出一下一下的嘭嘭聲,非常滋擾。 2)酒店非常不隔音,窗外就是馬路,夜晚的時候,車輛行駛聲音很大,影響睡眠。 3)床墊左邊高右邊低,平躺的時候感覺到很明顯床。而被鋪很粗糙,令到皮膚不舒服。 4)樓下接待處服務員英文很差,溝通很懶,不願意使用翻譯器,只是瘋狂說出日語,根本無法溝通。另外,不願意幫忙代打電話預約餐廳,儘管我已經跟他解釋過,我已經打過電話,但是對方聽不懂,想讓職員幫忙用日文講出預約時間,職員都不願意。 5)2:45 check-in ,明明有房間,必須讓客人拎着行李等到三點才讓入住,非常不變通。

東京駅から近いとありましたが、実際に歩くと若干距離があるように感じました。 ただ、テレビではなくプロジェクターが設置してあるホテルが新鮮で大画面で見たい方にとても嬉しい部屋だと思いました。

員工服務態度好好,地理位置好又易揾,環境乾淨又舒適,雖然房間不算很大,但設施各樣需要都非常齊全!!

在我住過這麼多地方酒店,這是家奇葩酒店,主要是服務態度非常惡劣,人生第一次被人叫“get out” 我衹不過和他説希望能快些入住,因為很晚了。 為什麼會不耐煩聽他説話希望快點?因為這家酒店有着非常非常多的要求和條件!隨便舉例説一條,搞房間衞生,必須在它規定某個時間節點,不遵守的話你別想今天的你用過的毛巾有得換,鑰匙還得先給前台,換一張卡,才可以打掃衞生…聽上去是不是很奇葩? 對了,你12點前沒完成退房,會收取滯留費…是不是也很沒人情味? 房間的過道完全衹能推開門,房間巨小,洗手間也是小到窒息。服務員心眼也是小小。由於我是幫朋友訂的酒店,它叫我“get out” 沒和它吵,畢竟我訂了5天,怕朋友受欺負。不會再住了,小日子,小酒店,拜拜(差)

酒店職員好有禮貌,服務態度好好,有帶住客上房。酒店位置都算方便。唯一不足係房間好細,用大尺寸行李箱不可攤開放平。

我是4/13入住的台灣旅客 服務人員很親切,下雨也會提供出借雨傘,非常棒。 房間小而巧,該有的都有,水壓也很大,洗澡也很舒服。 房間很乾淨,用投影機代替電視機,省了一些空間, 而且還可以看NET與YT,對外國旅客非常方便。 地點位於神田與東京車站的中間,往哪裡走都很方便。 缺點應該是燈比較暗,拍戰利品比較拍不出美感,哈哈。

방 청결도는 무난. 화장실 새거처럼 깨끗함. 화장실에 예민한 사람이라 화장실만 보고 방 고를 정도인 사람인데 만족!! 프로젝트 빔 있었고 호텔 프론트 전화 없다며 아이폰을 하나 줌 ㄷㄷ 아이폰으로 연결 가능 ㅎㅎ 뭔가 신세대 숙소 같았음...ㅋㅋ HDMI 선도 있었음 ㄷㄷ 밤에 숙소와서 폰화면 연결해서 뭐 보기 좋음. 그리고 숙소까지 같이 올라가서 설명해주심ㄷㄷㄷ 타이밍 좋아서 엄청 싸게 5만대에 예약했었고 위치는 그냥 고려 하지않았었는데 만족함. 그리고 너무 친절하심. 구글 리뷰 평점 박살났던데. 체크아웃 시간 뭐 1분이든 지나서 초과비용 드는건 미리 안내 해주는데 자기들이 못지키고 조금 지났다고 돈 내라고 했다고 안좋은 후기랑 평점 테러하는건 그들이 미개한거같음. 어쨌든 해당 손님이 늦게 나온거잖음. 감수해야지...

備品に不具合がありましたが、すぐに新しいものと交換していただけました。 駅から少し歩きますが、道が広く分かりやすいので問題なく到着できました。

It was a very bad experience. I had booked for 2 people through online travel agent and my friend was suddenly unable to come on the day . The hotel then charged me 100% cancellation fee because the contract for 2 people was broken and asked me newly higher room rates on the same day. Hotel said , I had to pay 100% cancellation fee for contract of the online travel agent, and new one was a new direct contract with the hotel. When I checked in, I would be asked to write my name and phone number, which they said was a direct contract with the hotel. Fortunately, I was able to change the number of people on the online travel agent web where I made the reservation originally and I paid a small additional fee. All that the hotel said was "100% cancellation fee and extra new room fee". The hotel said it was a contractual relationship and they are following the law. It was very scary what would charge me the extra fee.

皆さんの口コミを読んで、数年前のコロナ禍の時の事ですが投稿致します。 多分同じフロントスタッフかと思いますが、とてもホテルマンとは思えない不遜で無礼な態度を取られました。 私が説明を求めた案件に対して 一方的に私を悪いと決めつける態度には閉口した記憶があります。 でも、同じ様な体験をされた方々がいたので 納得致しました。
