I think this hotel is quite okay! Acceptable breakfast acceptable room acceptable amenities except the fact that they are a bit crowded (with all the constructions around)

The location was excellent—super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It made getting around really easy, and we were able to maximize our time during the trip. Staff were warm and friendly, always ready to help with a smile 😊. Their hospitality added a lot to the comfort of our stay. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the room had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. It was a peaceful base to recharge for the next day’s adventures.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family!

Worst experience with Trip.com and Hilton. Trip.com search results clearly stated this hotel have kids toothbrush and slippers, we also reminded front desk we need 2 of each when check in. Over an hour after checked in they brought one pair of teenagers size slippers and 2 adults size toothbrush. Called the front desk again but no one brought anything over until evening of day 2. Even worst what they brought over ONE pair of old, used kids slipper full of 毛頭！ That is totally disgusting and unacceptable they expect kids to wear second hand slippers?? Also after we came back to hotel on day 2 evening the dishes were not washed in the sink and I can still see water stains etc on both bathroom and mini kitchen countertops. A thumbs down for the housekeeping team 👎 DO NOT state you have those kids items when you actually do not! We end up buying our own!

all the facilities and services are very good, except the location, no main entrance so that hard to fix the location when you call for cars

Very clean and comfortable. The lobby staff 小王 is also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is under renovation but they have offered compensation for a fruit plate, I think overall the hotel is nice as a business hotel but not really for family.

Location is not convenient and it’s near business area and construction site. But overall it’s new and stylish and best value for money.
