Ho trovato il direttore dell'hotel e la reception le persone più maleducate del mondo. L'hotel ha probabilmente 20 anni e ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Ho visto degli scarafaggi gironzolare in giro. L'atteggiamento dell'hotel era tale che probabilmente non vogliono che gli indiani vengano nel loro hotel. Lasciatemi inviare la foto dello scarafaggio. Vi consiglio di farmi rimborsare l'intero importo. Ho dovuto fare il check-out una sera prima e si sono comunque rifiutati di rimborsarmi i soldi. Ho dovuto fare il check-in in un altro hotel.

We are enjoy our vacation this is very nice hotel I hope I will come back again but I face a problem when’s I booked this hotel I put 4 adult but when’s I reached the reception there is a lady she tell us this kind of room only for 2 adult but we are 4 parsons…and than I have to booked one more room for 2 nights

The hotel itself is in Pratunam, the heart of Bangkok. The room is clean and spacious, the mattress is comfortable and the view from my room is something I look forward to when I get up from sleep. The only thing is inflexible check out time. They are strict that I have to leave at 12. Overall, it was a good stay. You will encounter many Indian tourists there.

It was good but service is late .we ordered food n drinks in pool , it comes after 45 minutes , There were no one working in gym and pool .

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. • kitchen Staff: friendly and accommodating and courteous. • Location: Accessible to platinum central mall, walkable but a bit far to walk— not recommended to those with someone not comfortable to walk (with Elders) • Amenities: building is a bit old, The hotel had amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a decent breakfast but less choices— as their majority guests is Indian— food served is mostly Indian food. 🔧 What could be improved: 1. Selection of food 2. Room fridge not working— not getting cold.

2nd time staying, perfect location and perfect service!

Location in good for family to stay !! Many Indian restaurants down to hotel !! Easy excess to shopping center

**Worst Hotel Experience Ever - Ramada DMK Bangkok** I had the absolute worst stay at the Ramada DMK Hotel in Bangkok. This place is a complete disaster and not worth a single star. The rooms were filthy, with stained sheets and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting like they couldn’t care less about guests’ concerns. The most outrageous part? There was NO WATER provided in the room—not even a single bottle. When I asked the front desk, they had the audacity to charge extra for it! In a city as hot as Bangkok, you’d expect basic hydration to be included, but no, they nickel-and-dime you for everything. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, the air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the nearby airport kept me up all night. This hotel is a total rip-off, and I’d never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

So so for family leisure. Near to market so have a advantage. Hospitality is not excellent

Good clean facilities. Good pool for swimming. Breakfast buffet OK but have had better in the past at this hotel over all. Excellent service.

Good location . The hotel is a bit old , but was clean . Comfy bed, pillows. Breakfast was ok . Not a big pool but luckily there was no one swimming so the all pool was only for myself ))

The room was great but the food is more focus on Indian food which we cannot eat. Its not worth it for 20$. The front desk doesn’t smile. I forget her name but she seems not in the mood. I request one queen bed & one single bed but they are too strict with the number of person. Add 1pax is 30$ , too expensive & no consideration to receive even 1 guest even if we booked 3 rooms in total. I will not be going back again . Im sorry for my review please be better next time.
